In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Symmetry,including the parity-time(PT)-symmetry,is a striking topic,widely discussed and employed in many *** is well-known that quantum measurement can destroy or disturb quantum ***,can and how does quantum measurement destroy the symmetry of the measured system?To answer the pertinent question,we establish the correlation between the quan-tum measurement and Floquet PT-symmetry and investigate for the first time how the measurement frequency and measurement strength affect the PT-symmetry of the measured system using the 40Ca+*** is already shown that the measurement at high frequencies would break the PT ***,even for an inadequately fast measurement frequency,if the measurement strength is sufficiently strong,the PT symmetry breaking can *** current work can enhance our knowledge of quantum measurement and symmetry and may inspire further research on the effect of quantum measurement on symmetry.

A peptide-based near-infrared fluorescence probe for dynamic monitoring senile plaques in Alzheimer＇s disease mouse model

In vivo monitoring neuropathological changes in Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） animal model is critical for drug development. Here, by integrating blood-brain barrier penetrable peptide, we have developed a peptide probe which based on angiopep-2. Angiopep-based probe exhibited high binding affinity to Aβ aggregates and labeled senile plaques in vivo. Remarkably, the in vivo near-infrared imaging data revealed that fluorescence signals of this probe were nearly 3-fold higher in the brains of 16-monthold APP/PSI transgenic mice compared to C57 mice and exhibited linear correlation with the senile plaques load process in 4-, 8-, 16-month-old APP/PSI transgenic mice. Moreover, senile plaques load was detected in vivo as early as 4 months of age that even at the very beginning of plaques developed in APP/PS1 transgenic mice. Taken together, this novel peptide-based probe achieved dynamic monitoring senile plaques in APP/PS1 transgenic mice and have been ready to use in drug development in AD mouse model.

INTERFERENCE ESTIMATION AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN COGNITIVE RADIO NETWORKS

Cognitive Radio(CR) has been proposed as a system-level means to improve the spectrum utilization *** most significant premise for CR networks is to avoid harmful interference to the licensed ***,it is very important to estimate the potential inter-ference introduced by the deployment of CR networks so that CR networks can be coexistence with Licensed User(LU) networks by designing proper system *** this paper,two statistical models of potential interference due to CR networks are developed based on transmitter and receiver oriented spectrum sensing schemes,*** approximate probability dis-tributions of aggregate interference introduced by CR networks are then derived with respect to the obtained *** the help of these probability distributions,a method is further pre-sented to get the critical system parameter,i.e.,sensing distance and user density of the CR networks,so that the introduced interference can be controlled to predefined *** results validate the proposed interference estimation method and confirm the effectiveness of in-terference distribution based system parameter design.

AIM：To investigate the effects of exogenously mutated p27^kip1 （p27） on proliferation and apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma cell line, QBC939 in ***： Adenviral vectors were used to transfect mutated p27 cDNA into human QBC939 cell line. Expression of p27 was detected by RT-PCR. Western blot. Cell growth, morphological change, cell cycle, apoptosis and cloning formation were determined by MTT assay and flow ***： The expression of p27 protein and mRNA was increased signifi cantly in QBC939 cell line transfected with Ad-p27mt. The transfer of Ad-p27mt could signifi cantly inhibit the growth of QBC939 cells, decrease the cloning formation rate and induce apoptosis. p27 over expression caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase 72 h after infection with ***： p27 may cause cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase and subsequently lead to apoptosis. Recombinant adenovirus expressing mutant p27 may be potentially useful in gene therapy for cholangiocarcinoma.

Novel photoelectrochromic cells fabricated with wirelike photo-electrode

A novel structure of photoelectrochromic cell fabricated with titanium wirelike photo-electrode is introduced in this paper. The transmittance spectra show that average transmittance of devices is 68.0% (from 400 to 1100 nm) at bleached state and 26.1% (from 400 to 1100 nm) at colored state, respectively. And the maximal photopic transmittance of the device varies from 81.9% (bleached state) to 30.3% (colored state) at 736 nm. Compared with traditional devices, the spectral response range is improved obviously, which solves the problem of lower transmittance at bleached state for traditional devices.

Numerical Simulation of Methane Distribution and Sensor Placement in 2-Dimension Roadway

In order to provide a theoretical basis for methane sensor placement in the vertical direction of a tunnel,the software Fluent was used to simulate methane distribution. A geometric roadway model was established and divided by grids. Methane distribution in both level and vertical sections was simulated using a realizable k-ε model with the Fluent software according to a conservation equation in a turbulent state,a turbulent kinetic energy equation and a turbulent dissipation rate equation. The realizable k-ε model and the Fluent software were used to simulate methane distribution according to the principle of the conservation equation in a state of turbulent flow. The results show that after overflow-ing,a methane level with a certain thickness is formed. Methane density curves at three specific levels were internally consistent and methane density at higher levels is denser than that at lower levels. Methane distribution becomes thinner in the direction of wind and methane in the vertical direction becomes uniform if wind speed is high. The distance be-tween sensors and roof should be less than 300 mm which is in agreement with mine safety regulations.

Noninfectious Fever Following Aortic Surgery:Incidence,Risk Factors,and Outcomes

Objective To determine the incidence, course, potential risk factors, and outcomes of noninfectious fever developed in patients after aortic surgery. Methods Patients who received operation for aortic aneurysm or dissection in our center from January 2006 to January 2008 were reviewed. Patients who met one of the following criteria were excluded： having a known source of infection during hospitalization; having a preoperative oral temperature greater than or equal to 38.0℃; undertaking emergency surgery; having incomplete data. Univariate analysis was performed in patients with noninfectious postoperative fever and those without, with respect to demographics, intraoperative data, etc. Risk factors for postoperative fever were considered for the muhivariate logistic regression model if they had a P value less than 0.10 in the univariate analysis. Results Totally 463 patients undergoing aortic surgery were enrolled for full review. Among them, 345 （74.5%） patients had noninfectious postoperative fever, the other 118 （25.5%） patients didn＇t develop postoperative fever. Univariate analysis demonstrated that several risk factors were associated with the development of noninfectious postoperative fever, including weight, surgical procedure, minimum intraoperative bladder temperature, temperature upon intensive care unit （ICU） admission, discharge, and during ICU stay, as well as blood transfusion. In a further multivariate analysis, surgical site of thoracic and thoracoabdominal aorta （odds ratio： 4.861; 95% confidence interval： 3.029-5.801; P=0.004）, lower minimum intraoperative bladder temperature （odds ratio： 1.117; 95% confidence interval： 1.01-1.24; P=0.04）, and higher temperature on admission to the ICU （odds ratio： 2.57; 95% confidence interval： 1.28-5.18; P=0.008） were found to be significant predictors for noninfectious postoperative fever.
