BACKGROUND Accumulating evidences confirm that epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutation and anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)rearrangement have coexisted in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD).However,Its biological mechanism,clinicopathological features,and optimization of targeted drugs have not yet been completely *** To explore the clinical profile of LUAD patients with co-mutations of EGFR and ALK genes,with hopes of scientifically guiding similar patients towards selected,targeted *** Two hundred and thirty-seven LUAD patients were *** mutations were detected by the amplification refractory mutation system-peptide nucleic acid technique,while the expression of ALK rearrangement was screened by the 5′/3′imbalance strategy for reverse transcription followed by quantitative polymerase chain reaction *** clinicopathological features of these patients were analysed retrospectively,and the follow-up data were *** There were six cases with co-mutations of EGFR and ALK genes,which were more common in women,non-smoking and stage IV LUAD patients with bone metastasis,hence a positive rate of 2.53%(6/237).EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKIs)were their preferred drugs for targeted therapy in these patients,with progression-free survival ranging from two months to six *** In Gannan region,the positive rate of co-mutations of EGFR and ALK genes in LUAD patients is relatively high,and the co-mutations are more common in women,non-smoking and stage IV patients with bone *** patients prefer EGFR-TKIs as their preferred targeted drugs,but the therapeutic effect is not ***/ALK dual-TKIs may be more effective targeted drugs,which needs further study.

结合解析计算与数值模拟本文研究了均匀细棒低速入水过程中水的阻力系数和细棒密度这两个因素对其入水过程的动力学特性的影响.根据牛顿第二定律首先建立动力学微分方程并求得了解析解,由此进行数值计算并对其运动状态的动力学特性进行了分析.结果表明若细棒密度比水的大,不管以任何初速度入水,最终都会趋向于一个稳定的极限下沉速度,该极限速度正比于细棒与水的密度差,反比于水的阻力系数.但当密度差较小时,细棒的下沉速度先达到一个峰值,然后减速并逐渐趋向于稳定极限下沉速度.相反,如果细棒的密度不大于水的密度,则细棒入水后最终会静止不动而悬浮于水中.

A novel nano-WS_(2)/graphene nanosheets(GNSs)composite is obtained by ball milling with xylitol as auxiliary agent and hightemperature *** improves the shear force during ball milling and well overcomes the van der Waals interactions between the interlayer of graphite and WS_(2).Through high-temperature calcination,GNSs and WS_(2) nanosheets can form tight interface *** produced WS_(2)/GNSs composites can be used as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,while maintaining a high reversible specific capacity of 705 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 95%at a current density of 250 mA·g^(-1)after 200 cycles,mainly because WS_(2)/GNSs composites have a higher Li^(+)diffusion coefficient of 2.2×10^(-9)cm^(2)·s^(-1)and a higher specific surface area of 70.10 m^(2)·g^(-1).As a result,the xylitol-assisted ball milling method designed in this work is suitable for extended preparation of peeling of two-dimensional layer materials into nanosheets.

Robot-Oriented 6G Satellite-UAV Networks: Requirements, Paradigm Shifts, and Case Studies

Networked robots can perceive their surroundings, interact with each other or humans,and make decisions to accomplish specified tasks in remote/hazardous/complex environments. Satelliteunmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) networks can support such robots by providing on-demand communication services. However, under traditional open-loop communication paradigm, the network resources are usually divided into user-wise mostly-independent links,via ignoring the task-level dependency of robot collaboration. Thus, it is imperative to develop a new communication paradigm, taking into account the highlevel content and values behind, to facilitate multirobot operation. Inspired by Wiener’s Cybernetics theory, this article explores a closed-loop communication paradigm for the robot-oriented satellite-UAV network. This paradigm turns to handle group-wise structured links, so as to allocate resources in a taskoriented manner. It could also exploit the mobility of robots to liberate the network from full coverage,enabling new orchestration between network serving and positive mobility control of robots. Moreover,the integration of sensing, communications, computing and control would enlarge the benefit of this new paradigm. We present a case study for joint mobile edge computing(MEC) offloading and mobility control of robots, and finally outline potential challenges and open issues.
