AIM：To investigate the effects of exogenously mutated p27^kip1 （p27） on proliferation and apoptosis of human cholangiocarcinoma cell line, QBC939 in ***： Adenviral vectors were used to transfect mutated p27 cDNA into human QBC939 cell line. Expression of p27 was detected by RT-PCR. Western blot. Cell growth, morphological change, cell cycle, apoptosis and cloning formation were determined by MTT assay and flow ***： The expression of p27 protein and mRNA was increased signifi cantly in QBC939 cell line transfected with Ad-p27mt. The transfer of Ad-p27mt could signifi cantly inhibit the growth of QBC939 cells, decrease the cloning formation rate and induce apoptosis. p27 over expression caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase 72 h after infection with ***： p27 may cause cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase and subsequently lead to apoptosis. Recombinant adenovirus expressing mutant p27 may be potentially useful in gene therapy for cholangiocarcinoma.

Three-dimensional （3D） porous V2O5 octahedrons have been successfully fabricated via a solid-state conversion process of freshly prepared ammonium vanadium oxide （AVO） octahedrons. The formation of AVO octahedrons is a result of the selective adsorption of capping reagents and the favourable supersaturation of growth species. Subsequently, 3D porous V2O5 octahedrons were obtained by simple thermolysis of the AVO octahedrons via a calcination treatment. As cathode material for lithium batteries, the porous V2O5 octahedron cathode exhibits a capacity of 96 mAh·g^-1 at high rate up to 2 A·g^-1 in the rang of 2.4 4 V and excellent cyclability with little capacity loss after 500 cycles, which can be ascribed to its high specific surface area and tunable pore architecture. Importantly, this facile solid-state thermal conversion strategy can be easily extended to controllably fabricate other porous metal oxide micro/nano materials with specific surface textures and morphologies.

Anion-exchange membrane water electrolyzers(AEMWEs)for green hydrogen production have received intensive attention due to their feasibility of using earth-abundant NiFe-based *** introducing a third metal into NiFe-based catalysts to construct asymmetrical M-NiFe units,the d-orbital and electronic structures can be adjusted,which is an important strategy to achieve sufficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance in ***,the ternary NiFeM(M:La,Mo)catalysts featured with distinct M-NiFe units and varying d-orbitals are reported in this *** and theoretical calculation results reveal that the doping of La leads to optimized hybridization between d orbital in NiFeM and 2p in oxygen,resulting in enhanced adsorption strength of oxygen intermediates,and reduced rate-determining step energy barrier,which is responsible for the enhanced OER *** critically,the obtained NiFeLa catalyst only requires 1.58 V to reach 1 A cm^(−2) in an anion exchange membrane electrolyzer and demonstrates excellent long-term stability of up to 600 h.

With inherent ionic priorities, mixed ion and electron conductor hybrid devices have been proposed for brain-inspired neuromorphic system applications, demonstrating interesting neuromorphic functions. Here, mixed proton and electron conductor (MPEC) hybrid oxide neuromorphic transistor is proposed by adopting aqueous solution-processed mesoporous silica coating (MSC)-based electrolyte as gate dielec- tric. With optical and electrical synergetic coupling behaviors, the device demonstrates typical synap- tic responses and transition between short-term plasticity and long-term plasticity. With unique field- configurable proton self-modulation behaviors, a pseudo-diode operation mode is demonstrated on the MPEC hybrid transistor. Moreover, the device demonstrates interesting non-associative learning, including habituation and sensitization behavior. The results show that the proposed MPEC hybrid oxide neuromor- phic transistor has great potential in the field of neuromorphic engineering and would have potential in the bionic visual perception platform .

Since the wave equation of magnetoteiluric (MT)field is similar to the one of seismic , the migration techniques used in seismic can be applied to MT data . In this paper we make use of the principle of reflector mapping (i. e. U/D imaging principle ) to image MT data . That is, the MT wavefield observed on the surface of the earth can be resolved into upgoing and downgoing waves , the waves are extrapolated downward by the phase - shift method or the phase - shift plus interpolation (PSPI )method . Conductivity interfaces of the medium could be found by using the time coincidence of the upgoing and downgoing waves . Theoretical calculations show that the migration technique of MT data presented here is very effective . It can not only enhance the lateral resolution of MT data , but also obtain the visual image of subsurface interfaces . As compared with the conventional 2 - D inversion , this procedure is more simple in calculation and can be easily put into practice on a personal computer and is able to obtain the MT depth section , which is similar to seismic section .

The lymph circulation plays an important role in interstitial fluid balance, protein transport, and immune system. However, its mechanism is poorly understood, and associated pathologies are mostly untreatable. By following Sungawa＇s method of discussing the heart output, a hemodynamic model of lymph circulation was set up. The model was used to demonstrate how the lymphatic fluid formation, investigate the relationship between the lymph flow rate QL and physiological parameters, and explore how local massage influences QL Computer simulation results show that QL is linearly proportional to the interstitial fluid pressure P~, which is similar to experimental observations. Comparing the simulated value of QL during the massage of different frequency with the experimental data from Ikomi shows that they are identical, which indicates that the presented model is rational to explain the mechanism of massage treatment in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.

The infectious bursal disease virus（IBDV）,a member of the Birnaviridae family,containinga bisegmented double-stranded RNA genome,encodes four structural viral proteins,VP1,VP2,VP3,andVP4,as well as a non-structural protein,VP5,In the present paper,the segment A from two IBDV strains,field isolate ZJ2000 and attenuated strain HZ2,were inserted into one NaeI site by site-directed silent mu-tagenesis and subcloned into the eukaryotic expression plasmid pCI under the control of the human cy-tomegalovirus（hCMV）immediate early enhancer and promoter to construct the recombinant plasmids pCI-AKZJ2000and pCI-AKHZ2,*** of the two recombinants was combined with another recombinant pCIplasroid containing the marked segment B of strain HZ2（pCI-mB）,and injected intramuscularly into non-immunized *** chimeric IBDV strains were recovered from the *** out of eightchickens in each of two groups showed the bursal histopathological *** reassortant virus derivedfrom pCI-AKZJ2000/pCI-mB can infect chicken embryos and shows relatively low *** havedeveloped a novel virus reverse genetic approach for the study of *** results also form the basis forinvestigating the role of VP1 in viral replication and pathogenecity.
