Certain inclusions in high-strength 60Si2Mn-Cr spring steel result in poor resistance to localized *** this work,to study the effect of inclusions on the localized corrosion behavior of spring steel,accelerated corrosion tests were performed by immersing spring steel in 3wt%FeCl_(3)solution for different *** results show that severe corrosion occurred in areas of clustered CaS *** inclusions containing Ca and Mg induced the strongest localized corrosion *** the case of(Ca,Mn,Mg)S inclusions,the ability to induce localized corrosion susceptibility is ranked as follows:MgS>CaS>***,CaS,(Ca,Mn)S,and(Ca,Mn,Mg)S inclusions were mainly responsible for inducing environmental embrittlement.

Controlling the precipitation through thermomechanical treatment is an important method to improve the corrosion resistance of Al–Cu–Mg alloys. In this study, the corrosion behaviors of Al–Cu–Mg alloys in the solution-treated state and retrogressiontreated state under cold rolling deformation and then natural aging were investigated. In the solution-treated series alloys, the cold-rolled deformation improved the resistance to intergranular corrosion by suppressing the precipitation of the S-phase on the grain boundaries. The increased pitting potential and corrosion potential were related to the increased concentration of solute atoms within the grain interiors and the eliminated S-phase on grain boundaries. In the retrogression-treated series alloys, the 30% cold rolling deformation stimulated the growth of the S-phase and transformed the S-phase distribution from discontinuous to continuous on the grain boundaries, thereby changing the pitting corrosion to the network corrosion morphology. The precipitation of the S-phase with large dimension within the grain interiors contributed to the decreased pitting potential and corrosion potential.

This article proposes a distributed dynamic event-triggered data-driven iterative learning control(DET-DDILC)scheme under a predefined performance to tackle the bipartite tracking control problem for multiagent systems(MASs). An improved dynamic linearization technique is utilized to convert the nonlinear MASs into an iterative linear data model. First,a peer-to-peer mapping function is introduced to map the constrained distributed system output homeomorphism to an unconstrained one. In addition, a DET mechanism based on a time-iteration-varying function is devised to conserve network communication resources. Based on the unconstrained transformation and the designed DET mechanism, the DET-DDILC algorithm is devised to ensure that the bipartite tracking performance of MASs can be within the preset range. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the designed control scheme are demonstrated via a simulation case by a comparison.

It is very important to monitor surrounding rock deformation in tunnel construction. The principle, function, development and application of the system composed of a total station and computer for monitoring and analyzing surrounding rock deformation were discussed. The new methods of two free station of 3D measurement and its mathematic adjustment mode were presented. The development of software for total station on-board and post for computer were also described. Without centering it and measuring its height, the total station controlled by the software on-board can fulfill the whole measurements to target points. Monitoring data can be processed by the post software and results of regression analysis, forecasting information of the tunnel surrounding rock deformation can be provided in time. The practical use shows that this system is practicable, highly accurate and efficient. It satisfies the needs of safety and information construction in tunnel construction of underground engineering.

β-ray-induced X-ray spectroscopy(BIXS)is a promising method for tritium detection in solid materials because of its unique advantages,such as large detection depth,nondestructive testing capabilities,and low requirements for sample ***,high-accuracy reconstruction of the tritium depth profile remains a significant challenge for this *** this study,a novel reconstruction method based on a backpropagation(BP)neural network algorithm that demonstrates high accuracy,broad applicability,and robust noise resistance is *** average reconstruction error calculated using the BP network(8.0%)was much lower than that obtained using traditional numerical methods(26.5%).In addition,the BP method can accurately reconstruct BIX spectra of samples with an unknown range of tritium and exhibits wide applicability to spectra with various tritium ***,the BP network demonstrates superior accuracy and stability compared to numerical methods when reconstructing the spectra,with a relative uncertainty ranging from 0 to 10%.This study highlights the advantages of BP networks in accurately reconstructing the tritium depth profile from BIXS and promotes their further application in tritium detection.

Effect of Cu/HZSM-5 sorbents with different Si/Al ratios on the adsorption and oxidation performance of H_(2)S

This study employed a wet impregnation method to synthesize five types of Cu/HZSM-5 adsorbents with Si/Al ratios of 25,50,85,200,and 300,used for the removal of H_(2)S in lowtemperature,low-oxygen *** impact of different Si/Al ratios on the adsorption oxidative performance of Cu_(30)/HZSM-5–85 adsorbents was *** to the performance test results,Cu_(30)/HZSM-5–85 exhibited the highest breakthrough capacity,reaching 231.75 mg H_(2)S/g_(sorbent).Cu/HZSM-5 sorbent maintains a strong ability to remove H_(2)S even under humid conditions and shows excellent water ***,BET,and XPS results revealed that CuO is the primary active species,with Cu_(30)/HZSM-5–85 having the largest surface area and highest CuO content,providing more active sites for H_(2)S adsorption.H_(2)-TPR and O_(2)-TPD results confirmed that Cu_(30)/HZSM-5–85 sorbent exhibits outstanding redox properties and oxygen storage capacity,contributing to excellent oxygen transferability in the molecular sieve adsorption-oxidation *** notable characteristics such as a large surface area,high desulfurization efficiency,and water resistance,Cu_(30)/HZSM-5–85 sorbents hold significant importance for industrial applications.

Forestry waste(FW)is a significant renewable energy source in *** substitution of coal blends(BC)with forestry waste to produce metallurgical coke was investigated aiming at expanding alternative resources and reducing CO_(2)emissions in ironmaking *** BC with different ratios of FW were carbonized in a fixed bed reactor,and the physicochemical structure of the coke derived from FW/BC co-carbonization was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,solid-state^(13)C nuclear magnetic resonance,optical microscopy,and scanning electron *** results reveal that the suitable incorporation of FW in BC is 10 wt.%,and the index of coke quality exhibits a good correlation with the optical anisotropy index and the aromaticity of the as-obtained *** partial substitution of BC with FW exhibits potential benefits for colloid formation,owing to the higher hydrogen in ***,as the substitution ratio of BC with FW increases,it inhibits coke agglomeration due to more tortuous stacked structures formation during volatile releasing ***,it was identified that the substitution of higher BC ratios with FW results in the partial replacement of aromatic carbons by oxygenlinked carbons and aliphatic *** substitution leads to a reduction in the aromaticity of the as-obtained coke.
