In this paper, the frequency characteristics of Chinese whispered speech were investigated by a filter bank analysis. It was shown that the first and the third formants were more important than the other formants in the speaker identification of Chinese whispered speech. The experiment showed that the 800-1200 Hz and 2800-3200 Hz ranges were the most significant frequency ranges in discriminating the speaker. Based on this result, a new feature scale named whisper sensitive scale (WSS) was proposed to replace the common scale, Mel scale, and to extract the cepstral coefficient from whispered speech signal. Furthermore, a speaker identification system in whispered speech was presented based on the modified Hidden Markov Models integrating advantages of WSCC (the whisper sensitive cepstral coefficient) and LPCC. And the new system performed better in solving the problem of speaker identification of Chinese whispered speech than the traditional method.

This paper proposes a new on-demand multi-alternate-path algorithm, called quickly switching routing algorithm(QSRA). It switches failure routing to an alternate path as quickly as the network can. Like a nervure shape, algorithm QSRA shapes disjoint-alternate-path structure, but is not limited to. It also contains another structure that every primary node has several links to alternate paths. This structure has two advantages, the first one is that primary nodes can select one alternate path immediately when primary routing is failure without going back to source node to re-discover a new routing or choose an alternate path; the second is that it guarantees primary nodes can select another alternate path as quickly as possible once one of alternate paths fails. Strongpoint of algorithm QSRA is reducing frequency of routing re-discovering. Besides, the structure occupies fewer resources than other routing algorithms due to its distributed structure. Simulation shows that QSRA has higher packets received ratio and lower control packet overhead and lower end-to-end delay.

The areated jet into a plunge pool is simulated by using a mathematical model of water air two phase flow. The equation of air mass fraction is employed together with the equations of the algebraic stresses model (ASM) of water air mixture to give the distributions of the air concentration and other flow parameters. The computational air concentration distribution is in agreement with the experimental data.

Syngas produced from the gasification of organic feedstocks from biomass is one of the clean and sustainable sources of *** advantages of simple access and renewability of biomass energy can meet the energy needs of temporary power *** study presents a biomass power-generation system for vehicular *** biomass and a free-piston Stirling engine generator（FPSEG） as the primary material and prime mover,respectively,biomass energy is converted into electricity by combusting the syngas to heat the *** and key parameter design for biomass gasification and thermoelectric conversion systems within a power generation system were performed.A porous medium area was constructed using Si-C foam ceramics to obtain an energy-conversion experimental *** effects of bed height,porosity,porous-region diameter,and air-intake conditions on the power-generation performance were investigated,and optimisations were performed for the thermoelectric conversion *** rate of increase during FPSEG power generation first increased and then decreased with increasing bed height,peaking at a bed height of 40 *** increasing porous-region diameter accelerated FPSEG power generation,whereas porosity changes in the porous media did not significantly affect the rate of change during FPSEG power *** increasing air intake,the rate of increase during power generation first increased and then *** maximum change rate and the highest thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the power-generation system occurred at 9.5 m3/h and 6.5 m3/h（～45.1%）air intakes,*** the thermal inertia and combustion structure of the thermoelectric conversion system significantly increased the power-generation rate of the system,with 1.8 W/s being observed at a 9.7 m3/h air intake.

Low-Reynolds-number effect is an important factor affecting the performance of compressors and other main components of high-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial *** improve the flow condition and reduce flow loss under the condition of high altitude and low Reynolds number(Re),this paper proposes an optimization process based on a surrogate model,which combines the class-shape transformation method(CST),the Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) method,the light gradient-boosting machine algorithm(LightGBM),and a genetic algorithm(GA) to optimize a high-subsonic compressor *** surrogate model is verified to be accurate and can be used in the optimization *** accuracy of the GA is higher than the other algorithms under common test *** optimization results are verified by numerical simulation,and the flow differences before and after optimization are compared,especially the flow within the boundary *** changing the blade shape,the optimization process adjusts the loading distribution to delay the transition of the optimized blade on the suction surface,which changes the turbulent reattachment in the laminar separation bubble(LSB) into laminar ***,the mixing loss induced by the turbulent reattachment of the LSB and the wake loss of turbulent separation at the trailing edge are significantly reduced,and the performance of the compressor profile is finally *** addition,turbulent separation of the optimized profile is delayed reducing the range of the wake region on the suction *** this optimization process,the reduction of total pressure loss coefficient at Re of 2.5×10～5,3.5×10～5,and 4.5×10～5 are 16.32%,20.76%,and 22.16%,respectively.

Accurately estimating the State of Health(SOH)and Remaining Useful Life(RUL)of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)is crucial for the continuous and stable operation of battery management ***,due to the complex internal chemical systems of LIBs and the nonlinear degradation of their performance,direct measurement of SOH and RUL is *** address these issues,the Twin Support Vector Machine(TWSVM)method is proposed to predict SOH and ***,the constant current charging time of the lithium battery is extracted as a health indicator(HI),decomposed using Variational Modal Decomposition(VMD),and feature correlations are computed using Importance of Random Forest Features(RF)to maximize the extraction of critical factors influencing battery performance ***,to enhance the global search capability of the Convolution Optimization Algorithm(COA),improvements are made using Good Point Set theory and the Differential Evolution *** Improved Convolution Optimization Algorithm(ICOA)is employed to optimize TWSVM parameters for constructing SOH and RUL prediction ***,the proposed models are validated using NASA and CALCE lithium-ion battery *** results demonstrate that the proposed models achieve an RMSE not exceeding 0.007 and an MAPE not exceeding 0.0082 for SOH and RUL prediction,with a relative error in RUL prediction within the range of[-1.8%,2%].Compared to other models,the proposed model not only exhibits superior fitting capability but also demonstrates robust performance.
