Lithium-sulfur （Li-S） batteries are widely deemed to be one of the most potential candidates for future secondary batteries because of their remarkable energy ***,notorious polysulfide shuttling and retarded sulfur reaction kinetics pose significant obstacles to the further application of Li-S *** rationally designed highly active electrocatalysts can facilitate polysulfide conversion,the universal and scalable synthesis strategies need to be ***,a universal synthetic strategy to construct a series of three-dimensional （3D） porous graphene-iron （3DGr-Fe） based electrocatalysts involving 3DGr-FeP,3DGr-Fe3C,and 3DGr-Fe3Se4is exploited for manipulating the Li-S redox *** has been observed that the implementation of a 3D porous Gr architecture leads to the well-designed conductive networks,while the uniformly dispersed iron nanoparticles introduce an abundance of active sites,fostering the lithium polysulfide conversion,thereby bolstering the overall electrochemical *** Li-S battery with the 3DGr-Fe based electrocatalyst exhibits remarkable capacity retention of 94.8%upon 100 times at 0.2 ***,the soft-packaged Li-S pouch cell based on such a 3DGr-Fe electrocatalyst delivers superior capacity of 1060.71 mA h g-1and guarantees for the continuous 30 min work of fan *** investigation gives comprehensive insights into the design,synthesis,and mechanism of 3DGr-Fe based electrocatalysts with high activity toward efficient and durable Li-S batteries.

Transition metal-based nanomaterials have emerged as promising electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction（OER）. Considerable research efforts have shown that self-reconstruction occurs on these nanomaterials under operating conditions of OER process. However, most of them undergo incomplete reconstruction with limited thickness of reconstruction layer, leading to low component utilization and arduous exploration of real catalytic mechanism. Herein, we identify the dynamic behaviors in complete reconstruction of Co-based complexes during OER. The hollow phytic acid（PA） cross-linked CoFe-based complex nanoboxes with porous nanowalls are designed because of their good electrolyte penetration and mass transport ability, in favor of the fast and complete reconstruction. A series of experiment characterizations demonstrate that the reconstruction process includes the fast substitution of PA by OH-to form Co（Fe）(OH)xand subsequent potential-driven oxidation to Co（Fe）OOH. The obtained CoFeOOH delivers a low overpotential of 290 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2and a long-term *** experiment results together with theory calculations reveal that the Fe incorporation can result in the electron rearrangement of reconstructed CoFeOOH and optimization of their electronic structure,accounting for the enhanced OER activity. The work provides new insights into complete reconstruction of metal-based complexes during OER and offers guidelines for rational design of high-performance electrocatalysts.

Spin-orbit torque （SOT）,as a promising writing method for magnetic random-access memory （MRAM）,has garnered widespread interest for over a decade [1].Heavy metals,such as β-W,have been broadly adopted as spin current sources,but suffer from phase change at a limited thickness,resulting in a dramatic reduction of the charge-tospin conversion efficiency θSH[2].The thickness limitation leads to stringent etching conditions and large distribution among devices,posing challenges for simultaneously satisfying SOT efficiency,etching-stop margins,and back-end-ofline （BEOL） compatibility.

The stretch bending properties of a new Z-section stainless steel profile were investigated by *** causes of the forming defects,such as section distortions and poor contour precision,were analyzed,and the corresponding controlling methods were *** results show that the main forming defects for the stretch bending of the Z-section profile were the flange sagging,the sidewall obliquing inward,the bottom surface upwarping,and the bad contour accuracy;the cross-section distortions were mainly induced by the shrinkage of the sidewall,which could be eliminated by increasing the sidewall height of the profile reasonably;the poor contour precision was mainly due to springback,which could be controlled by modifying the die surface based on the springback amount;for the investigated bending beam,the proper sidewall height compensation was 2mm,and the suitable die surface modification amount was 1.2times of the springback amount,when the elongation was 10% of the initial profile *** bending tests were conducted on a new type of die with adjustable bending surfaces,and high quality components were achieved,which verified the effectiveness of the defect controlling measures.

In this paper, we present a new system of weak signal detection based on Duffing oscillator with adjustable frequency, in which the frequency of periodic driving force signal can be fixed at a certain value and make the system to be in a same critical chaotic state. Therefore, by adjusting an adjustable signal frequency,the detection system we propose can detect signals of different frequencies in the same critical chaotic state, and overcome the limitation of the previous system which can only detect a signal of a specific frequency in a critical chaotic state. Meanwhile, we analyzed its system performance according to simulation and designed the circuit of the system. Based on the results of simulation and actual condition, we find the system is effective for weak signal detection. We can also find that in the proposed system, the signal detection accuracy increases firstly and then decreases with the increase in amplitude of adjustable signal, while the input noise variance is *** addition, in the improved system, the smaller the variance of the input noise is, the higher the detection accuracy is, and the wider the adjustable operating range is.

Stratified air distribution(STRAD)systems have been intensively investigated in recent decades for their energy-saving potential and good indoor air quality ***,the evaluation indices used to optimize STRAD systems and the normalization methods for weight calculation vary from one research to *** study aims to investigate the impacts of evaluation indices on the optimal return vent height of a room cooled by an impinging jet ventilation system(one type of STRAD system).The effects of several widely used normalization methods(i.e.,vector normalization,sum normalization,min-max normalization,and no normalization)on indices weights are *** evaluation indices are cooling coil load(Q_(coil)),energy-saving potential(ΔQ_(coil)),mean age of air(MAA),CO_(2) mass fraction,temperature difference between the head and ankles(ΔT_(0.1-1.1)),predicted mean vote(PMV),predicted percentage of dissatisfied(PPD),and draft rate(DR).The multi-criteria optimization method is the entropy-based technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(E-TOPSIS).As a result,the min-max normalization method evens the weight of each index and results in unreasonable relative ***,the raw matrix(i.e.,the normalization is omitted)is suggested for weight *** these indices,ΔT_(0.1-1.1) and PPD play critical ***ΔT_(0.1-1.1),the optimal return vent height changes from mid-level to near-floor,while without PPD,it changes to *** important result is that the Q_(coil) plays the most trivial role,followed by MAA and ***,the optimal return vent height is not determined by energy-saving performance but by performances of thermal comfort.

The fly ash from Jixi power plant was treated with various surface modifiers. The surface properties of the modified fly ash,including active index wetting angle,were measured in this paper. The modified fly ash was filled into rubber to improve the rubber properties. The results of rubber tests indicate that the type of the surface modifiers has a great influence on the rubber reinforcing properties. The fly ash modified by titanate coupling agents exhibits the best performance in respect to rubber reinforcing properties. The test results show that the fly ash can take place of some decomposition material so that the dosage of decomposition in rubber can be reduced,resulting in the low producing cost of rubber and the low pollution of fly ash.

Lithium metal anodes hold great potential for high-energy-density secondary ***,the uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth causes poor cycling efficiency and severe safety concerns,hindering lithium metal anode from practical *** components play important roles in suppressing lithium dendrite growth and improving the electrochemical performance of long-life lithium metal anode,and it is still challenging to effectively compromise the advantages of the conventional electrolyte(1 mol·L^(−1)salts)and high-concentration electrolyte(>3 mol·L^(−1)salts)for the optimizing electrochemical ***,we propose and design an interfacial high-concentration electrolyte induced by the nitrogen-and oxygen-doped carbon nanosheets(NO-CNS)for stable Li metal *** NO-CNS with abundant surface negative charges not only creates an interfacial high-concentration of lithium ions near the electrode surface to promote chargetransfer kinetics but also enables a high ionic conductivity in the bulk electrolyte to improve ionic *** from the interfacial high-concentration electrolyte,the NO-CNS@Ni foam host presents outstanding electrochemical cycling performances over 600 cycles at 1 mA·cm^(−2) and an improved cycling lifespan of 1,500 h for symmetric cells.
