We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

肝脏祖细胞（HPCs）是一群胞质较少核卵圆形的小上皮细胞，是肝脏干细胞激活后的子代细胞，具有增殖分化为肝细胞和胆管细胞的双向分化潜能。在人肝脏中，肝脏祖细胞向胆系细胞分化时形成“不典型小管样反应”，而通过“中间型肝细胞”向肝细胞方向分化。由于人肝脏祖细胞、小管样反应细胞及中间型肝细胞代表人肝脏中一个特殊的群体，研究者将其称为“人肝脏祖细胞群。为明确人肝硬化组织中肝脏祖细胞群的免疫表型特征，我们采用免疫组织化学和免疫荧光双标记方法研究不同祖细胞标志物在肝脏祖细胞群中的定位和分布。

目的证实肝硬化组织中存在人肝脏祖细胞(HPCs),探讨HPCs分布及激活的强度与肝脏炎症程度的关系,提供HPCs向肝细胞分化的依据。方法对30例肝硬化及3份正常组织标本进行常规组织学观察,对门静脉炎症程度进行评分,并用胆管上皮标志物(细胞角蛋白7)和肝星状细胞激活标志物(α平滑肌肌动蛋白)进行免疫组织化学染色,对符合HPCs,中间型肝细胞以及小管样反应的细胞进行计数和半定量评分。结果在正常肝组织中无门静脉周围HPCs和小管样反应增殖。在肝硬化组织中,增殖的HPCs起源于肝门静脉区域,随着门静脉炎症程度加重,HPCs及小管样反应从肝硬化结节周围向肝实质扩散并出现中间型肝细胞增殖,其周围有显著的肝星状细胞激活。HPCs及小管样反应增殖程度随着门静脉炎症程度的加重而增加。HPCs数目与中间型肝细胞数目之间存在直线正相关。丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶与HPCs及中间型肝细胞数目存在直线正相关。结论在人肝硬化中存在祖细胞的激活,炎症反应是HPCs激活的触发因素,HPCs向肝实质内迁移并向肝细胞方向分化是肝再生的重要途径。

目的混合型肝癌同时具有肝细胞癌和胆管细胞癌的成分和特征,是较为少见的肝脏上皮性恶性肿瘤。研究肝脏祖细胞标志物在混合型肝癌中的免疫表型特征,以进一步了解混合型肝癌的细胞起源和发病机理。方法采用免疫组织化学和激光共聚焦免疫荧光双标染色研究HepParl,AFP,CK19,OV-6和c-kit在12例手术切除混合型肝癌标本组织中的表达。结果12例混合型肝癌均表达HepParl、CK19和OV-6,其中8例（8/12,66.7%）的移行区域肿瘤细胞共表达HepParl/CKl9,10例（10/12,83.3%）表达c-kit,其中7例（7/10,70%）共表达OV-6/c-kit。而作为对照的单纯肝细胞癌和肝内胆管细胞癌组织中免疫荧光双标染色均为阴性。结论混合型肝癌具有肝脏祖细胞的免疫表型特征,可能起源于肝脏祖细胞的恶性转化。

目的探讨肝脏祖细胞标志物c-kit在人肝硬化及肝细胞肝癌（HCC）组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法对30例肝硬化、40例肝细胞肝癌标本及3例正常组织标本进行常规组织学观察以及c-kit、CD45免疫组化染色,对肿瘤细胞的分化程度及肝硬化组织门静脉炎症程度进行分型和评分,分析c-kit表达与肝硬化及肝细胞肝癌的临床病理特征的联系。结果正常肝脏中c-kit染色阴性。20／30例肝硬化中发现c-kit（＋）细胞,位于门脉周围区域和纤维间隔内,个别阳性细胞整合到成熟胆管,肝硬化结节中没有发现c-kit（＋）细胞。19／40例HCC组织中存在c-kit （＋）肿瘤细胞,在肿瘤细胞之间或肿瘤结节周围分散分布。HBsAg及Anti-HBc在c-kit（＋）与c-kit （-）HCC之间表达有显著性差异（χ^2=5．063,P〈0．05;χ^2=6．667,P〈0．05）。c-kit表达与肿瘤的分化程度紧密相关（χ^2=10．384,P〈0．05）,分化程度越低,c-kit表达越高。结论骨髓来源的肝脏祖细胞参与了部分肝硬化病变过程中的肝再生及HCC的形成和发展,c-kit表达情况对于判断HCC预后有一定意义。

Cholangiocarcinoma refers to malignant tumors that develop in epithelial lining of biliary system, and it is divided into two categories according to tumor location, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ICC） and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma （ECC）. ICC occurs from the epithelial cells of the intrahepatic bile duct, its branches and interlobular biliary tree; and ECC is divided into hilar cholangiocarcinoma and distal cholangiocarcinoma by the circumscription at the confluence of cystic duct and the common hepatic duct.

端粒酶在大鼠肝卵圆细胞中表达的意义

目的检测大鼠肝卵圆细胞端粒酶活性，探讨端粒酶表达与卵圆细胞增殖分化的关系。方法采用2-AAF／PH模型诱导大鼠卵圆细胞增殖，改良的胶原酶灌注结合密度梯度离心法分离，用细胞免疫荧光和电镜鉴定卵圆细胞。采用免疫组织化学、RT—PCR、荧光定量PCR等方法检测卵圆细胞端粒酶的表达，组间比较采用t检验分析其意义。结果采用2-AAF／PH模型成功诱导大鼠卵圆细胞增殖。分离的卵圆细胞核大，卵圆形，胞质少，呈铺路石样生长。电镜发现细胞核质比大，胞质内细胞器少且发育不成熟。细胞免疫荧光结果表达OV-6、AFP、CK-19、albumin、c-kit。端粒酶逆转录酶（TERT）表达在门静脉周围增殖的卵圆细胞核内，随着卵圆细胞逐渐向肝细胞方向分化，TERT阳性细胞数逐渐减少。大鼠正常肝组织TERT mRNA表达水平最高，为LE-6卵圆细胞的2．27倍；分离的卵圆细胞TERT mRNA表达水平为LE-6卵圆细胞的1．26倍；采用2μg和4μg细胞提取物分析细胞的端粒酶活性，随着LE-6卵圆细胞传代次数的增加，由24代传至40代，端粒酶活性由△A=1．05、1．15降低到△A=0．25、0．45（t=17．74，12．38，P〈0．05）。结论卵圆细胞具有端粒酶活性，端粒酶可能是卵圆细胞维持其增殖能力和多分化潜能的一个必要条件。

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.
