Tumor vaccine therapy offers significant advantages over conventional treatments,including reduced tox.c side ***,it currently functions primarily as an adjuvant treatment modality in clinical oncology due to limitations in tumor antigen selection and delivery *** vaccines often fail to elicit a su±ciently robust immune response against progressive tumors,thereby limiting their clinical e±*** this study,we developed a nanoparticle-based tumor vaccine,OVA@HA-PEI,utilizing ovalbumin(OVA)as the presenting antigen and hyaluronic acid(HA)and polyethyleneimine(PEI)as adjuvants and *** formulation significantly enhanced the proliferation of immune cells and cytokines,such as CD3,CD8,interferon-,and tumor necrosis factor-,in vivo,effectively activating an immune response against B16–F10 *** vivofluorescenceflow cytometry(IVFC)has already become an effective method for monitoring circulating tumor cells(CTCs)due to its direct,noninvasive,and long-term detection *** study utilized a laboratory-constructed IVFC system to monitor the immune processes induced by the OVA@HA-PEI tumor vaccine and an anti-programmed death-1(PD-1)*** results demonstrated that the combined treatment of OVA@HA-PEI and anti-PD-1 antibody significantly improved the survival time of mice compared to anti-PD-1 antibody treatment ***,this combination therapy substantially reduced the number of CTCs in vivo,increased the clearance rate of CTCs by the immune system,and slowed tumor *** greatly enhance the clinical application prospects of IVFC and tumor vaccines.

Distinct effect of preparation methods on reaction efficiency of Mn-Ce/Al2O3 catalysts in low-temperature NH3-SCR

In this study,a series of Mn-Ce/Al2O3catalysts was prepared by different methods of depositionprecipitation（MnCeAl-DP）,impregnation（MnCeAl-IM） and citric acid（MnCeAl-CA）,and the distinct effect of preparation methods on NOx.emoval performance at low temperature was *** show that MnCeAl-DP ex.ibits not only the best activity but also the highest resistance against SO2/*** the assistance of comprehensive characterizations from scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller（BET）,x.ray diffraction（x.D）,H2-temperature programmed reduction（H2-TPR）,NH3-te mperature programmed deso rption（NH3-TPD）,and x.ray photoelectron spectroscopy（x.S）,it is revealed that the MnCeAl-DP sample owns admired features of large surface area and pore volume,enriched Mn4+and chemisorbed ox.gen species originating from enhanced interaction between MnOx.nd CeO2,as well as improved adsorption capacity to NH3and *** these factors contribute to activity *** in-situ DRIFTS studies reveal that the improvement of NH3-SCR performance over MnCeAI-DP is related to the formation of abundant nitrate species,which is beneficial to the "NH4NO3" reaction pathway and thus enhances low-temperature activity.

Numerical analysis of the effects of subgrade settlement on top-down cracking in epox. asphalt pavement

Epox. asphalt pavement cracking caused by subgrade settlement is detrimental to the long-term safe service of roads. A threedimensional finite element model of epox. asphalt pavement is established to investigate the effects of subgrade settlement on the propagation of top-down cracking(TDC). The contour integral method is utilized to calculate the stress intensity factor(SIF)at the crack tip, and then the ex.ended finite element method(x.EM) is used to analyze the propagation behavior of TDC under combined subgrade settlement and traffic loading. The results of these analyses indicate that increased subgrade settlement,stiffer surface layers, and softer bases will increase the SIF, resulting in a faster crack propagation rate. It is suggested that the use of epox. asphalt materials in pavement structures can allow more subgrade settlement than conventional asphalt ***, when the base layer modulus is higher than 12500 MPa, the increase in surface modulus can decrease crack propagation length. Sensitivity analysis results demonstrate that subgrade settlement has the most significant impact on TDC propagation. The conclusions of this study are ex.ected to provide a theoretical basis for crack prevention in the design and maintenance of pavement structures.

The recently discovered ATi_(3)Bi_(5)(A=Cs,Rb)ex.ibit intriguing quantum phenomena including superconductivity,electronic nematicity,and abundant topological ***_(3)Bi_(5)present promising platforms for studying kagome superconductivity,band topology,and charge orders in parallel with *** this work,we comprehensively analyze various properties of ATi_(3)Bi_(5)covering superconductivity under pressure and doping,band topology under pressure,thermal conductivity,heat capacity,electrical resistance,and spin Hall conductivity(SHC)using first-principles *** superconducting transition temperature(Tc)of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)and RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)at ambient pressure are about 1.85 and 1.92 *** subject to pressure,Tc of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)ex.ibits a special valley and dome shape,which arises from quasi-two-dimensional compression to three-dimensional isotropic compression within the contex. of an overall decreasing ***,Tc of RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)can be effectively enhanced up to 3.09 K by tuning the kagome van Hove singularities(VHSs)and flat band through *** can also induce abundant topological surface states at the Fermi energy(EF)and tune VHSs across ***,our transport calculations are in ex.ellent agreement with recent ex.eriments,confirming the absence of charge density ***,SHC of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)can reach up to 226h·(e·Ω·cm)^(-1)at *** work provides a timely and detailed analysis of the rich physical properties for ATi_(3)Bi_(5),offering valuable insights for further ex.erimental verifications and investigations in this field.

Direct synthesis of organophosphorus compounds from white phosphorus represents a significant but challenging subject, especially in the contex. of ongoing efforts to comprehensively improve the phosphorus-derived chemical industry driven by sustainability and safety concerns. China is the world's largest producer of white phosphorus, creating a significant demand for the green transformation of this crucial feedstock. This review provides an overview of advancements in white phosphorus activation by Chinese research teams, focusing on the direct construction of P–C/N/O/S/M bonds from white phosphorus. Additionally, we offer some insights into prospective directions for the activation and transformation of white phosphorus in the future. This review paper aims to attract more researchers to engage in this area, stimulating follow-up ex.loration and fostering enduring advances.

How to effectively evaluate the firing precision of weapon equipment at low cost is one of the core contents of improving the test level of weapon system.A new method to evaluate the firing precision of the MLRS considering the credibility of simulation system based on Bayesian theory is proposed in this *** of all,a comprehensive index.system for the credibility of the simulation system of the firing precision of the MLRS is constructed combined with the group analytic hierarchy process.A modified method for determining the comprehensive weight of the index.is established to improve the rationality of the index.weight *** Bayesian posterior estimation formula of firing precision considering prior information is derived in the form of mix.d prior distribution,and the rationality of prior information used in estimation model is discussed *** the simulation tests,the different evaluation methods are compared to validate the effectiveness of the proposed ***,the ex.erimental results show that the effectiveness of estimation method for firing precision is improved by more than 25%.
