Chlamydia trachomatis （Ct） genital infection is the most common sexually transmitted disease （STD） in China and the US. The morbidity of Ct genital infection in China has increased from 32.48/100,000 in 2008 to 37.18/100,000 in 2015.[1] The major areas of Ct infections are concentrated in the Zhujiang Delta, Changjiang Delta, Minjiang Area, and West China. In these areas, the highest incidence of Ct infection reaches 615.99/100,000 citizens. In the US, there are 1,441,789 reported Ct, which include 627.2 females and 278.4 males per 100,000 population. It is now the most prevalent STD, with its rate increasing to 22% in males and 6% in females.[2] Ct genital infection can cause epididymitis, prostatitis, cervicitis, annexitis, infertility, and atopic pregnancy, which have been identified as the major public health problems.

Recent evidence suggests that CD147 serves as a novel receptor for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** CD147 via anti-CD147 antibody could suppress the in vitro SARS-CoV-2 *** is a humanized anti-CD147 IgG_(2) monoclonal antibody,which may effectively prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)***,we conducted a randomized,double-blinded,placebo-controlled phase 1 trial to evaluate the safety,tolerability,and pharmacokinetics of meplazumab in healthy subjects,and an open-labeled,concurrent controlled add-on exploratory phase 2 study to determine the efficacy in COVID-19 *** phase 1 study,59 subjects were enrolled and assigned to eight cohorts,and no serious treatment-emergent adverse event(TEAE)or TEAE grade≥3 was *** serum and peripheral blood Cmax and area under the curve showed non-linear pharmacokinetic *** obvious relation between the incidence or titer of positive anti-drug antibody and dosage was observed in each *** biodistribution study indicated that meplazumab reached lung tissue and maintained>14 days stable with the lung tissue/cardiac blood-pool ratio ranging from 0.41 to *** the exploratory phase 2 study,17 COVID-19 patients were enrolled,and 11 hospitalized patients were involved as concurrent *** meplazumab treatment significantly improved the discharged(P=0.005)and case severity(P=0.021),and reduced the time to virus negative(P=0.045)in comparison to the control *** results show a sound safety and tolerance of meplazumab in healthy volunteers and suggest that meplazumab could accelerate the recovery of patients from COVID-19 pneumonia with a favorable safety profile.

Unintended pregnancy is a global issue, with approximately 85,000,000 women around the world having unintended pregnancy annually. The contents of clinical application of women’s contraceptive methods are very wide, involving multiple areas. This consensus deeply discusses the specific contraceptive needs at different statuses, combined with gynecological diseases, postabortion contraception, and postpartum family planning, ensuring the correct use of contraceptive methods under the corresponding status. The top priority of the consensus is the specific contraception consensus section for women combined with gynecological diseases because medical treatment effect as well as side effects should be weighed carefully. The consensus is to make high-efficiency and individual contraceptive strategy for different groups based on multidisciplinary(gynecology, obstetrics, and family planning) and multidimensional aspects, which can provide uniform guidance for medical and health organizations under the condition as relevant global guidance or consensus is still lacking.

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in China （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

Background: Hemoglobinopathies are the most common monogenic disorders worldwide. The major β-hemoglobinopathies, especially sickle cell disease and β-thalassemia, are lethal hemoglobinopathies that have caused global health burdens due to their serious pathogenicity and high *** observations involving hemoglobin switching have shown that elevated fetal hemoglobin expression ameliorates the severity of β-hemoglobinopathies Thus, an accurate diagnosis of hemoglobinopathies calls for not only the proper genotyping of the disease-causing mutations in globin gene clusters, but also newly identified variants in modifier genes, such as KLF1, BCL11 A, and GATA1, which are responsible for altered expression of γ-globin and also influence β-thalassemia severity. Method: We present herein a comprehensive variant database of hemoglobinopathies focusing on aChinese population, recording the details of all reported variants through literature peer reviewcuration and existing databases. Moreover, unpublished data from our laboratory, including all the phenotype-genotype datasets derived from high-throughput sequencing data of 2,087 hemoglobinopathy patients and 20,222 general southern Chinese individuals, were also merged into the database. The addition of 18 novel functional variants from these genes has been detected using this high-throughput approach. The database was integrated into the Leiden Open Variation Database（LOVD）. An online diagnosis and at-risk assessment system for inherited hemoglobinopathy（DASH） has also been established based on the following:（i） the integrity of the hemoglobinopathy mutation spectrum of a Chinese population;（ii） the availability of a comprehensive phenotype-genotype dataset corresponding to the 22,309 samples;and（iii） the detailed information of variants according to the latest version of HbVar. 目的:通过动物实验摸索磁共振肺灌注成像的最佳剂量,评价灌注成像对肺栓塞的诊断价值.方法:应用5、10、15、20、25ml的Gd-DTPA溶液以3ml/s的流速对6头中华猪进行三维动态增强肺实质灌注成像(机型为 Siemens Vision 1.5T);之后,用明胶海绵颗粒制备猪肺动脉栓塞模型,再以20ml剂量和3ml/s的速度进行肺灌注成像,评价其诊断急性肺栓塞的能力,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)对照.结果: 0.125、0.25、0.375、0.5、0.625 mmol/kg 5种剂量时肺组织的强化率分别为(29.07±21.67)%、(60.39±12.21)%、(84.89±8.32%)、(87.80±8.49)%和(81.00±9.98)%;后三者与前两者比较差别有非常显著的意义(P<0.001).磁共振肺灌注成像肺栓塞病灶显示率100%(10/10),DSA为80%(8/10),栓塞区表现为楔形低信号灌注缺损,平均信号强度值为137.86±45.32,而正常的灌注区为330.14±46.52,两者差别非常显著(t=8.40,P=0.001).结论:猪肺灌注的满意剂量在0.375～0.5mmol/kg.肺动脉磁共振血管造影结合肺灌注图像显示肺栓塞比DSA好.

目的:建立移动互联网络新型冠状病毒肺炎灸法非接触式医患互动诊疗模式,观察该模式在疫情下的可行性和有效性。方法:纳入43例一线医护人员及新冠肺炎疑似病例和确诊病例149例[医学观察期18例,轻型(寒湿郁肺证)17例,普通型(寒湿阻肺证)24例,恢复期(肺脾气虚证)90例],建立移动互联网络新冠肺炎灸法非接触式医患互动诊疗平台,依托该平台远程指导患者隔物灸贴治疗。一线医护人员及新冠肺炎医学观察期穴取足三里、气海、中脘;轻型(寒湿郁肺证)及普通型(寒湿阻肺证)穴取合谷、太冲、足三里、关元;恢复期(肺脾气虚证)穴取大椎、肺俞、膈俞、足三里、孔最。每日1次,每次40 min,干预10 d。观察干预后临床一线医护人员感染率及新冠肺炎患者症状、心理状态改善情况。结果:隔物灸贴干预10 d后医护人员“0”感染,43例一线医护人员中有33例出现症状及心理不适,以腰酸背痛、睡眠差及焦虑症状居多,治疗后症状、心理状况改善有效率为78.8%(26/33),痊愈率为36.4%(12/33),心理状况改善有效率为58.3%(14/24),痊愈率为37.5%(9/24);149例患者中有133例出现症状及心理不适,治疗后症状、心理状况改善有效率为81.2%(108/133),痊愈率为34.6%(46/133),心理状况改善有效率为76.5%(52/68),痊愈率为57.4%(39/68)。结论:互联网模式下隔物灸贴技术运用于防治新冠肺炎具备可行性,不仅对患者咳嗽、乏力等症状和心理状态具有改善作用,且可能对一线医护人员起到未病先防作用。
