Porous carbon fibers are promising cathodes for zinc-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSs)owing to their abundant active sites,great conductivity,and stable physical and chemical ***,designing a proper preparation technique to regulate the microstructure of carbon fibers still remains a great ***,a poly vinylpyrrolidone/po-lyacry lonitrile(PVP/PAN)-derived porous carbon fiber is developed via the PVP/PAN blend electrospinning and hydrothermal selective PVP removal *** hydrothermal selective PVP removal strategy can effectively avoid a cross-linking between PVP and PAN during the traditional stabilization at air *** PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber,the sufficient micropores provide abundant space for the Zn^(2+)storage,whereas the proper mesopores contribute to the fast ion *** hierarchical porous structures endow ZHSs with high specific capacity and high-rate *** ZHS assembled with the optimal PVP/PAN-derived porous carbon fiber(PVP-PANC-0.8)displays an outstanding specific capacity of 208 mAh·g^(-1),high rate capability(49.5%)from 0.5 to 5 A·g^(-1),and 72.25%capacity retention after 10,000 cycles at 0.5 A·g^(-1).

Complementary-label learning(CLL)aims at finding a classifier via samples with complementary *** data is considered to contain less information than ordinary-label *** transition matrix between the true label and the complementary label,and some loss functions have been developed to handle this *** this paper,we show that CLL can be transformed into ordinary classification under some mild conditions,which indicates that the complementary labels can supply enough information in most *** an example,an extensive misclassification error analysis was performed for the Kernel Ridge Regression(KRR)method applied to multiple complementary-label learning(MCLL),which demonstrates its superior performance compared to existing approaches.

Coal seams can enrich a variety of harmful trace elements under specific geological *** spatial distribution of harmful trace elements in coal is extremely uneven,and the distribution characteristics of each element content are *** harmful elements released in the process of coal mining and utilization will cause serious harm to the environment and the human *** is of great resource significance to study the geochemistry of coal that affects the enrichment and distribution characteristics of harmful trace *** on the domestic and foreign literature on coal geochemistry in Guizhou published by previous investigators,this study counted 1097 sample data from 23 major coal-producing counties in Guizhou Province,systematically summarized the relevant research results of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou,and revealed the overall distribution and enrichment characteristics of harmful trace elements in the coal of *** results show that the average contents of Cd,Pb,Se,Cu,Mo,U,V,As,Hg,and Cr in coal of Guizhou are higher than those in Chinese coal and world coal.A variety of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou have high background values,especially in Liupanshui,Xingyi and Qianbei *** enrichment of various harmful trace elements in the Late Permian coal in Guizhou is mainly related to the combined action of various geological and geochemical *** supply of terrigenous debris and sedimentary environment may be the basic background of the enrichment of harmful elements in western Guizhou,while low-temperature hydrothermal activity and volcanic ash deposition may be the main reasons for the enrichment of harmful elements in southwestern Guizhou.

The emergence of massive ultra-reliable and low latency communications (mURLLC) as a category of age/time/reliability-sensitive service over 6G wireless networks has received considerable research attention, which has presented unprecedented challenges. As one of the key enablers for 6G,satellite-terrestrial integrated networks (STIN) have been developed to offer more expansive connectivity and comprehensive 3D coverage in space-aerial-terrestrial domains for supporting 6G mission-critical mURLLC applications while fulfilling diverse and rigorous quality of service (QoS) requirements. In the context of these mURLLC-driven satellite services, data freshness assumes paramount importance, as outdated data may engender unpredictable or catastrophic *** effectively measure data freshness in satellite-terrestrial integrated communications,age of information(AoI)has recently surfaced as a new dimension of QoS metric to support time-sensitive applications. It is crucial to design new analytical models that ensure stringent and diverse QoS metrics bounded by different key parameters,including AoI,delay,and reliability,over 6G satellite-terrestrial integrated networks. However,due to the complicated and dynamic nature of satellite-terrestrial integrated network environments, the research on efficiently defining new statistical QoS provisioning schemes while taking into account varying degrees of freedom has still been in their infancy. To remedy these deficiencies, in this paper we develop statistical QoS provisioning schemes over 6G satellite-terrestrial integrated networks in the finite blocklength regime. Particularly, we firstly introduce and review key technologies for supporting ***,we formulate a number of novel fundamental statistical-QoS metrics in the finite blocklength ***,we conduct a set of simulations to validate and evaluate our developed statistical QoS provisioning schemes over satellite-terrestrial integrated networks.

Sirtuin 3(SIRT3)is well known as a conserved nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide^(+)(NAD^(+))-dependent deacetylase located in the mitochondria that may regulate oxidative stress,catabolism and ATP *** evidence has recently revealed that SIRT3 plays its critical roles in cardiac fibrosis,myocardial fibrosis and even heart failure(HF),through its deacetylation ***,discovery of SIRT3 activators and elucidating their underlying mechanisms of HF should be urgently ***,we identified a new small-molecule activator of SIRT3(named 2-APQC)by the structure-based drug designing strategy.2-APQC was shown to alleviate isoproterenol(ISO)-induced cardiac hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis in vitro and in vivo rat ***,in SIRT3 knockout mice,2-APQC could not relieve HF,suggesting that 2-APQC is dependent on SIRT3 for its protective ***,2-APQC was found to inhibit the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)-p70 ribosomal protein S6 kinase(p70S6K),c-jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)/small mother against decapentaplegic 3(Smad3)pathways to improve ISO-induced cardiac hypertrophy and myocardial *** upon RNA-seq analyses,we demonstrated that SIRT3-pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase 1(PYCR1)axis was closely assoiated with *** activating PYCR1,2-APQC was shown to enhance mitochondrial proline metabolism,inhibited reactive oxygen species(ROS)-p38 mitogen activated protein kinase(p38MAPK)pathway and thereby protecting against ISO-induced mitochondrialoxidative ***,activation of SIRT3 by 2-APQC could facilitate AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)-Parkin axis to inhibit ISO-induced ***,our results demonstrate that 2-APQC is a targeted SIRT3 activator that alleviates myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial homeostasis,which may provide a new clue on exploiting a promising drug candidate for the future HF therapeutics.

To enhance the resistance of SiC_(f)/SiC to hydrothermal corrosion in the pressurized water reactor(PWR)environment,structurally tunable Ti_(3)SiC(2)-based corrosion mitigation coatings for SiC_(f)/SiC were prepared using molten salt *** influence of various process parameters,such as Si/Ti molar ratio in raw materials,annealing time,and annealing temperature,on the phase composition and the structure of the coatings was *** the process control,the fabricated coatings can be either Ti_(3)SiC(2) monolithic structure or TiC/Ti_(3)SiC(2) and TiC/Ti_(3)SiC(2)/Ti_(5)Si_(3)C_(x) multilayered *** coatings demonstrate strong bonding to the substrate due to in-situ reaction,exhibiting tensile and shear strength of at least 26.9 and 30.8 MPa,*** TiC as a transition layer further enhances the tensile and shear strength to 41.3 and 51.4 MPa,*** Ti_(3)SiC(2) coatings enhance the thermal conductivity of SiC_(f)/SiC by 10%–12%.Notably,Ti_(3)SiC(2) coatings effectively protect SiC_(f)/SiC from hydrothermal corrosion,demonstrating an 83%strength retention rate compared to 71%in the control group after ***,the Ti5Si3Cx layer exhibits unsatisfactory corrosion *** Ti_(3)SiC(2) monolithic coating has higher thermal conductivity,TiC/Ti_(3)SiC(2) multi-layered coating has higher bonding strength,and both have desirable resistance to the hydrothermal corrosion.

The field modulation effect has been proposed and investigated in various electric machine topologies. Among them, permanent magnet vernier machines(PMVMs) have attained intensive research due to the high torque density and simple ***, the performance of PMVMs in terms of fault tolerance is seldom mentioned. This article proposes a novel dual 3-phase fault-tolerant PMVM with segregated concentric windings. Benefiting from the field modulation effect, the PMVM can generate high torque with low PM flux. The low PM flux also implies small fault currents in the short-circuit case. Therefore, the PMVM exhibits inherent good fault-tolerant capability without sacrificing torque performance. Two independent 3-phase modular winding sets are adopted to improve redundancy. To realize the physical and electrical isolation, each winding set is controlled by a standard 3-phase inverter. The healthy performance and fault tolerance of the proposed machine are evaluated by finite element analysis and verified by experimental tests. The results infer its advantages in healthy conditions and various fault scenarios,including open-circuit, short-circuit, and interturn short-circuit conditions.

A great many practical applications have observed knowledge evolution,i.e.,continuous born of new knowledge,with its formation influenced by the structure of historical *** observation gives rise to evolving knowledge graphs whose structure temporally grows over ***,both the modal characterization and the algorithmic implementation of evolving knowledge graphs remain *** this end,we propose EvolveKG–a general framework that enables algorithms in the static knowledge graphs to learn the evolving *** quantifies the influence of a historical fact on a current one,called the effectiveness of the fact,and makes knowledge prediction by leveraging all the cross-time knowledge *** novelty of EvolveKG lies in Derivative Graph–a weighted snapshot of evolution at a certain ***,each weight quantifies knowledge effectiveness through a temporarily decaying function of consistency and attenuation,two proposed factors depicting whether or not the effectiveness of a fact fades away with ***,considering both knowledge creation and loss,we obtain higher prediction accuracy when the effectiveness of all the facts increases with time or remains *** four real datasets,the superiority of EvolveKG is confirmed in prediction accuracy.

Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a chronic inflammatory liver disease that threatens human health *** aim of this study was to detect the protective effect of a fermented Lentinus edodes extract containingα-glucan(FLA),in a concanavalin A(Con A)-induced AIH mouse model and to determine the underlying liver-protective *** results showed that compared with the model group,the level of proinflammatory cytokines in serum of FLA pretreated mice was significantly decreased,and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in liver,thymus and spleen was significantly *** polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and Western blotting showed that FLA pre-treatment inhibited the Con A-induced apoptosis of hepatocytes by down-regulating the expression of BAX and up-regulating the expression of *** research found that FLA may improve liver injury in mice by activating NRF2 signaling pathway and inhibiting TRAF6/NF-κB signaling ***,FLA may improve liver injury in mice by shifting gut microbial composition to reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines in the serum and prevent the necrosis of ***-regulation of NRF2 signaling pathway,down-regulation of TRAF6/NF-κB signaling pathway,and an increase in the relative abundance of Lactobacillus_johnsonii and Ligilactobacillus_murinus play a protective role in liver.
