From the event of TU You-you winning the Nobel Prize, this paper briefly reviewed the history of formation and development of policies on Chinese medicine （CM） in China. On the basis of analyzing the causes of policies on CM, it is believed that policies on CM in China may have 4 kinds of enlightenments to the development of complementary and alternative medicine （CAM） in the world. Forming the political advantages of policy-making by main leaders of the country attaching importance to CAM; implementing a diversified health care system policy for the goal of maximizing people＇s health interests; ensuring development of CAM by the coerciveness of law and the timeliness of policy adjustment; and promoting the protection and mining, sorting out and improving of CAM based on open and comprehensive policies.

The low-pass fi ltering eff ect of the Earth results in the absorption and attenuation of the high-frequency components of seismic signals by the stratum during ***,seismic data have low *** the limitations of traditional high-frequency compensation methods,this paper presents a new method based on adaptive generalized S *** method is based on the study of frequency spectrum attenuation law of seismic signals,and the Gauss window function of adaptive generalized S transform is used to fi t the attenuation trend of seismic signals to seek the optimal Gauss window *** amplitude spectrum compensation function constructed using the optimal Gauss window function is used to modify the time-frequency spectrum of the adaptive generalized S transform of seismic signals and reconstruct seismic signals to compensate for high-frequency *** data processing results show that the method can compensate for the high-frequency components that are absorbed and attenuated by the stratum,thereby eff ectively improving the resolution and quality of seismic data.

To solve problems in small-scale and complex structural traps,the inverse Gaussian-beam stack-imaging method is commonly used to process crosswell seismic wave reflection *** to limited coverage,the imaging quality of conventional ray-based crosswell seismic stack imaging is poor in complex areas;moreover,the imaging range is small and with sever interference because of the arc phenomenon in seismic ***,we propose the inverse Gaussian-beam stack imaging,in which Gaussian weight functions of rays contributing to the geophones energy are calculated and used to decompose the seismic *** effectively enlarges the coverage of the reflection points and improves the transverse *** with the traditional VSP–CDP stack imaging,the proposed methods extends the imaging range,yields higher horizontal resolution,and is more adaptable to complex geological *** method is applied to model a complex structure in the *** results suggest that the wave group of the target layer is clearer,the resolution is higher,and the main frequency of the crosswell seismic section is higher than that in surface seismic exploration The effectiveness and robustness of the method are verified by theoretical model and practical data.

N-doping has significant influence in manipulating the properties of TiO_(2),and this has stimulated the development of N-donor-functionalized titanium-oxo clusters(TOCs)as molecular models to study the structure-property ***,the structural type and photoresponsive application are still limited for such TOCs,especially regarding the high-nuclearity TOCs that contain structure unit of TiO_(2)for ***,we showed the synthesis of a series of high-nuclearity TOCs 1-3 compounds usingπ-conjugated 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)as chromophore and N-donor functional *** 1 features cocrystal structure composed of one[Ti_(26)]~(2+)and half[Ti_(22)]~(2+),which renders it as the first cocrystallized TOC containing two positively charged species and phen-functionalized TOC showing the highest nuclearity up to 37 Ti *** adjusting the synthetic conditions,the individual{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)}clusters can also be isolated as Compounds 2 and 3,*** core structure of{Ti_(22)}is mainly constructed from four lacunary{Ti_(4)}derived from pentagonal{Ti(Ti)_5}unit,while{Ti_(26)}is built from four complete{Ti(Ti)_5}***,a{Ti_8O_(14)}structure unit of anatase TiO_(2)can be identified in{Ti_(26)}.Based on the unique structural features and proper photophysical and photochemical properties of Compounds 1-3,they are applied for photocatalytic *** to the presence of anatase structure unit in{Ti_(26)}and the synergistic effect from{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)},the catalytic performance presents in the order of Compound 1>Compound 3>Compound *** work provides excellent models to understand the structureproperty relationship from the perspective of cocrystallization and Ti-O binding model and will further promote the application of TOCs as functional catalysts for organic transformation.

In crosswell seismic exploration,the imaging section produced by migration based on a wave equation has a serious arc phenomenon at its edge and a small effective range because of geometrical *** imaging section produced by the VSP-CDP stack imaging method employed with ray-tracing theory is ***,imaging 3D complex lithological structures accurately with this method is ***,this study proposes inverse Gaussian beam stack imaging in the 3D crosswell seismic exploration of deviated wells on the basis of Gaussian beam ray-tracing *** employing Gaussian beam ray-tracing theory in 3D crosswell seismic exploration,we analyzed the energy relationship between seismic wave fields and their effective *** imaging,the single-channel seismic wave fi eld data in the common shot point gather are converted into multiple effective wave fields in the common reflection point gather by the inverse Gaussian *** process produces a large fold number of intensive reflection *** from the horizontal and vertical directions of the 2D measuring line,the wave fi elds of the eff ective reflection points in the same stack bin are projected onto the 2D measuring line,chosen according to the distribution characteristics of the reflection points,and stacked into an imaging *** method is applied to X oilfi eld to identify the internal structure of the off shore gas cloud *** results provided positive support for the inverse Gaussian beam stack imaging of 3D complex lithological structures and proved that technology is a powerful imaging tool for 3D crosswell seismic data processing.

Jupiter is one of the top priorities for deep space exploration in China and other countries. The structure of Jupiter's interior, in particular, is a crucial but still unclear scientific topic. This paper discusses current scientific understanding of Jupiter's interior by summarizing the history of past and current exploration and data analysis. We review recent space-based and ground-based observation methods and analyze their feasibility. To gain new insight into the internal structure of Jupiter, we propose to study Jupiter's innards by planetary seismology. Ground-based observation, namely the Jupiter Seismologic Interferometer Polarization Imager(SIPI) in Lenghu,will be developed to obtain the Doppler velocity distribution on the surface of Jupiter and identify oscillation signals. Lenghu has observation conditions that are not only exceptional in China but even in the world, capable of providing novel insight into the interior of Jupiter. This will also be the first study in China of the interior of Jupiter using asteroseismology, which has significant implications for China's plans to explore Jupiter via spacecraft-mounted instruments.

Carbyne, an elusive sp-hybridized linear carbon allotrope, has fascinated chemists and physicists for decades. Due to its high chemical reactivity and extreme instability, carbyne was much less explored in contrast to the sp2-hybridized carbon allotropes such as graphene. Herein, we report the on-surface synthesis of polyynic carbon chains by demetallization of organometallic polyynes on the Au（111） surface;the longest one observed consists of ～60 alkyne units（120 carbon atoms）. The polyynic structure of carbon chains with alternating triple and single bonds was unambiguously revealed by bond-resolved atomic force microscopy. Moreover, an atomically precise polyyne, C14, was successfully produced via tip-induced dehalogenation and ring-opening of the decachloroanthracene molecule(C14Cl10) on a bilayer NaCl/Au（111） surface at 4.7 K, and a band gap of 5.8 eV was measured by scanning tunnelling spectroscopy,in a good agreement with the theoretical HOMO–LUMO gap（5.48 eV）.

A Quantitative Seismic Topographic Effect Prediction Method Based upon BP Neural Network Algorithm and FEM Simulation

Topography can strongly affect ground motion,and studies of the quantification of hill surfaces’topographic effect are relatively *** this paper,a new quantitative seismic topographic effect prediction method based upon the BP neural network algorithm and three-dimensional finite element method(FEM)was *** FEM simulation results were compared with seismic records and the results show that the PGA and response spectra have a tendency to increase with increasing elevation,but the correlation between PGA amplification factors and slope is not obvious for low *** BP neural network models were established for the prediction of amplification factors of PGA and response *** kinds of input variables’combinations which are convenient to achieve are proposed in this paper for the prediction of amplification factors of PGA and response spectra,*** absolute values of prediction errors can be mostly within 0.1 for PGA amplification factors,and they can be mostly within 0.2 for response spectra’s amplification *** input variables’combination can achieve better prediction performance while the other one has better expandability of the predictive ***,the BP models only employ one hidden layer with about a hundred nodes,which makes it efficient for training.

In order to effectively defend against the threats of the hypersonic gliding vehicles(HGVs),HGVs should be tracked as early as possible,which is beyond the capability of the ground-based *** benefited by the developing megaconstellations in low-Earth orbit,this paper proposes a relay tracking mode to track HGVs to overcome the above *** whole tracking mission is composed of several tracking intervals with the same *** each tracking interval,several appropriate satellites are dispatched to track the *** that are planned to take part in the tracking mission are selected by a new derived observability *** tracking performances of the proposed tracking mode and the other two traditional tracking modes,including the stare and track-rate modes,are compared by *** results show that the relay tracking mode can track the whole trajectory of a HGV,while the stare mode can only provide a very short tracking ***,the relay tracking mode achieve higher tracking accuracy with fewer attitude controls than the track-rate mode.

Improving the spaceborne GNSS-R altimetric precision based on the novel multilayer feedforward neural network weighted joint prediction model

Global navigation satellite system-reflection(GNSS-R)sea surface altimetry based on satellite constellation platforms has become a new research direction and inevitable trend,which can meet the altimetric precision at the global scale required for underwater *** present,there are still research gaps for GNSS-R altimetry under this mode,and its altimetric capability cannot be specifically ***,GNSS-R satellite constellations that meet the global altimetry needs to be ***,the matching precision prediction model needs to be established to quantitatively predict the GNSS-R constellation altimetric ***,the GNSS-R constellations altimetric precision under different configuration parameters is calculated,and the mechanism of the influence of orbital altitude,orbital inclination,number of satellites and simulation period on the precision is analyzed,and a new multilayer feedforward neural network weighted joint prediction model is ***,the fit of the prediction model is verified and the performance capability of the model is tested by calculating the R2 value of the model as 0.9972 and the root mean square error(RMSE)as 0.0022,which indicates that the prediction capability of the model is ***,using the novel multilayer feedforward neural network weighted joint prediction model,and considering the research results and realistic costs,it is proposed that when the constellation is set to an orbital altitude of 500 km,orbital inclination of 75and the number of satellites is 6,the altimetry precision can reach 0.0732 m within one year simulation period,which can meet the requirements of underwater navigation precision,and thus can provide a reference basis for subsequent research on spaceborne GNSS-R sea surface altimetry.
