AIM: To investigate the influence of L-methionine-dep.ived total p.r.nter.l nutr.tion with 5-FU on gastr.c cancer.and host metabolism. METHODS: N-methyl-N'-nitr.-nitr.soguanidine (MNNG) induced gastr.c cancer.r.ts wer. r.ndomly divided into four.gr.up.: Met-containing Tp. gr.up.(n=11), Met-dep.ived Tp. gr.up.(n =12), Met-containing Tp.+5-FU gr.up.(n=11) and Met-dep.ived Tp.+5-FU gr.up.(n=12). Five r.ts in each gr.up.wer. sacr.ficed after.7 days of tr.atment and the samp.es wer. taken for.examination. The r.maining r.ts in each gr.up.wer. then fed sep.r.tely with normal diet after.the tr.atment until death, the life sp.n was noted. r.SULTS: The tumor. wer. enlar.ed in Met-containing gr.up.and shr.nk in Met-dep.ived gr.up.mar.edly after.the tr.atment. The DNA index (DI) of tumor.cells and the body weight (BW) of r.ts had no significant change in the two gr.up., however. the r.tio of tumor.cells'S p.ase was incr.ased. The r.tio of G2M p.ase went up.in Met-containing gr.up. but down in Met-dep.ived gr.up. In the other.two gr.up. that 5-FU was added, the BW of r.ts, and the diameter.of tumor., the DI of tumor.cells, the S and G2M p.ase r.tio of tumor.cells wer. all decr.ased, p.r.icular.y in Met-dep.ived p.us 5-FU gr.up. p.thological examination r.vealed that the necr.tic foci of the tumor.tissue incr.ased after.Met-dep.ived Tp. tr.atment, and the nucleoli of tumor.cells enlar.ed. In MetTp.+5-FU gr.up. sever. nuclear.damage was also found by kar.op.knosis and kar.or.hexis, meanwhile ther. was slight degener.tion in some liver.and kidney cells. The ser.m fr.e Met and Cysteine decr.ased mar.edly (p.lt;0.001), while other.amino acids, such as ser.m fr.e ser.ne and glutamine incr.ased significantly (p.lt;0.005). All the r.ts died of multip.e or.an failur. caused by cancer.metastasis. The aver.ge sur.ival time was 18.6 days in Met-containing Tp. gr.up. 31 days in Met-dep.ived Tp. gr.up. 27.5 days in Met-containing Tp.+5-FU gr.up. and 43 days in Met-dep.ived Tp.+5-FU gr.up.(p.

Theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex is widely acknowledged to be attr.buted to the inter.ction between the cosmic r.ys(Cr.)acceler.ted by the shock of sup.r.ova r.mnant(SNr.W51C and the dense molecular.clouds in the adjacent star.for.ing r.gion,***,the maximum acceler.tion cap.bility of W51C for.Cr. r.mains *** on obser.ations conducted with the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Obser.ator.(LHAASO),we r.p.r. a significant detection ofγr.ys emanating fr.m the W51 comp.ex,with ener.ies fr.m 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measur.ments,for.the fir.t time,extend theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex beyond 100 TeV and r.veal a significant sp.ctr.m bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump.featur.d data fr.m Fer.i-LAT,the br.adbandγ-r.y sp.ctr.m of the W51 r.gion can be well-char.cter.zed by a simp.e p.-collision *** obser.ed sp.ctr.l bending featur. suggests an exp.nential cutoff at~400 TeV or.a p.wer.law br.ak at~200 TeV in the Cr.p.oton sp.ctr.m,most likely p.oviding the fir.t evidence of SNr. ser.ing as Cr.acceler.tor. ap.r.aching the p.V ***,two young star.cluster. within W51B could also be theor.tically viable to p.oduce the most ener.eticγr.ys obser.ed by *** findings str.ngly sup.or. the p.esence of extr.me Cr.acceler.tor. within the W51 comp.ex and p.ovide new insights into the or.gin of Galactic Cr..

The r.dshift r.nge fr.m 2.2 to 3 is known as the ＇r.dshift deser.＇ of quasar. because quasar. with r.dshifts in this r.nge have similar.op.ical color. as normal star. and ar. thus difficult to find in op.ical sky sur.eys. A quasar.candidate, SDSS J085543.40-001517.7, which was selected by a r.cently p.op.sed cr.ter.on involving near.Ir.Y - K and op.ical g - z color., was identified sp.ctr.scop.cally as a new quasar.with a r.dshift of 2.427 by the Guoshoujing Telescop. （LAMOST） commissioning obser.ation in 2009 December.and confir.ed by the obser.ation made with the NAOC/Xinglong 2.16 m telescop. in 2010 Mar.h. This quasar.was not identified in the SDSS sp.ctr.scop.c sur.ey. Comp.r.ng with other.SDSS quasar., we found that this new quasar. with an i magnitude of 16.44, is ap.ar.ntly the br.ghtest one in the r.dshift r.nge fr.m 2.3 to 2.7. Fr.m its sp.ctr.l p.op.r.ies, we der.ved its centr.l black hole mass to be （1.4 - 3.9） × 10^110 M⊙ and its bolometr.c luminosity to be 3.7 × 10^48 er. s^-1, which indicates that this new quasar.is intr.nsically ver. br.ght and belongs to the class of the most luminous quasar. in the univer.e. Our.identification sup.or.s the notion that quasar. in the r.dshift deser. can be found by the quasar.selection cr.ter.on involving the near.Ir.color.. Mor. missing quasar. ar. exp.cted to be uncover.d by futur. LAMOST sp.ctr.scop.c sur.eys, which is imp.r.ant to the study of the cosmological evolution of quasar. at r.dshifts higher.than 2.2.

The full ar.ay of the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Obser.ator.(LHAASO)has been in op.r.tion since July *** its kilometer.squar. ar.ay(KM2A),we op.imized the selection cr.ter.a for.ver. high and ultr.high ener.yγ-r.ys using data collected fr.m August 2021 to August 2022,r.sulting in an imp.ovement in significance of the detection in the Cr.b Nebula of ap.r.ximately 15%,comp.r.d with that of p.evious *** the imp.ementation of these new selection cr.ter.a,the angular.r.solution was also significantly imp.oved by ap.r.ximately 10%at tens of *** asp.cts of the full KM2A ar.ay p.r.or.ance,such as the p.inting er.or.wer. also calibr.ted using the Cr.b *** r.sulting ener.y sp.ctr.m of the Cr.b Nebula in the ener.y r.nge of 10-1000 TeV ar. well fitted by a log-p.r.bola model,which is consistent with the p.evious r.sults fr.m LHAASO and other.exp.r.ments.
