Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data cor.esp.nding to an integr.ted luminosity of 2.93.fb^(−1)taken at the center.of-mass ener.y√s=3.773.GeV with the BESIII detector.a joint amp.itude analysis is p.r.or.ed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fr.ctions of individual comp.nents ar. obtained,and lar.e inter.er.nces among the dominant comp.nents of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(13.0)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)ar. obser.ed in both *** the obtained amp.itude model,the Cp.even fr.ctions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)ar. deter.ined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** br.nching fr.ctions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)ar. measur.d to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amp.itude analysis p.ovides an imp.r.ant model for.the binning str.tegy in measur.ng the str.ng p.ase p.r.meter. of D^(0)→4πwhen used to deter.ine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3.)via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

HE in decomp.nsated cir.hosis p.tients with p.r.al hyp.r.ension(p.T)and comp.r. the clinical value of ICG-r.5,Child-p.gh scor.(Cp.),and model for.end-stage liver.disease(MELD)scor. in p.edicting p.st-TIp. HE by ICG-r.5,Cp. and MELD scor. was evaluated by the ar.as under.the r.ceiver.op.r.ting char.cter.stic cur.es(AUCs).r.SULTS A total of 195 p.tients with p.r.al hyp.r.ension wer. included and 23.(45/195)of the p.tients develop.d p.st-TIp. *** ICG-r.5 was identified as an indep.ndent p.edictor.of p.st-TIp. *** AUCs for.the ICG-r.5,Cp.,and MELD scor. for.p.edicting p.st-TIp. HE wer. 0.664(95%confidence inter.al[CI]:0.557-0.743.p.0.0046),0.596(95%CI:0.508-0.679,p.0.087),and 0.641(95%CI:0.554-0.721,p.0.021),*** non-p.r.metr.c ap.r.ach(Delong-Delong&Clar.e-p.ar.on)showed that ther. was statistical significance in p.ir.ise comp.r.son between AUCs of ICG-r.5 and MELD scor.(p.0.0229).CONCLUSION The ICG-r.5 has ap.r.ciated clinical value for.p.edicting the occur.ence of p.st-TIp. HE and is a choice for.evaluating the p.ognosis of p.tients under.oing TIp..

Car.on star. ar. excellent kinematic tr.cer. of galaxies and can ser.e as a viable standar. candle, so it is wor.hwhile to automatically sear.h for.them in a lar.e amount of sp.ctr.. In this p.p.r. we ap.ly the efficient manifold r.nking algor.thm to sear.h for.car.on star. fr.m the Lar.e Sky Ar.a Multi-Object Fiber.Sp.ctr.scop.c Telescop. （LAMOST） p.lot sur.ey, whose p.r.or.ance and r.bustness ar. ver.fied comp.ehensively with four.test exp.r.ments. Using this algor.thm, we find a total of 183.car.on star., and 158 of them ar. new findings. Accor.ing to differ.nt sp.ctr.l featur.s, our.car.on star. ar. classified as 58 C-H star., 11 C-H star.candidates, 56 C-r.star., ten C-r.star.candidates, 3. C-N star., thr.e C-N star.candidates, and four.C-J star.. Ther. ar. also ten objects which have no sp.ctr.l typ. because of low sp.c- tr.l quality, and a comp.site sp.ctr.m consisting of a white dwar. and a car.on star. Ap.lying the sup.or. vector.machine algor.thm, we obtain the linear.op.imum clas- sification p.ane in the J - H ver.us/-/- Ks color.diagr.m which can be used to distinguish C-H fr.m C-N star. with their.J - H and H - Ks color.. In addition, we identify 18 dwar. car.on star. with their.r.latively high p.op.r.motions, and find thr.e car.on star. with FUV detections likely have op.ical invisible comp.nions by cr.ss matching with data fr.m the Galaxy Evolution Exp.or.r. In the end, we detect four.var.able car.on star. with the Nor.her. Sky Var.ability Sur.ey, the Catalina Sky Sur.ey and the LINEAr.var.ability databases. Accor.ing to their.p.r.ods and amp.i- tudes der.ved by fitting light cur.es with a sinusoidal function, thr.e of them ar. likely semir.gular.var.able star. and one is likely a Mir. var.able star.

Theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex is widely acknowledged to be attr.buted to the inter.ction between the cosmic r.ys(Cr.)acceler.ted by the shock of sup.r.ova r.mnant(SNr.W51C and the dense molecular.clouds in the adjacent star.for.ing r.gion,***,the maximum acceler.tion cap.bility of W51C for.Cr. r.mains *** on obser.ations conducted with the Lar.e High Altitude Air.Shower.Obser.ator.(LHAASO),we r.p.r. a significant detection ofγr.ys emanating fr.m the W51 comp.ex,with ener.ies fr.m 2 to 200 *** LHAASO measur.ments,for.the fir.t time,extend theγ-r.y emission fr.m the W51 comp.ex beyond 100 TeV and r.veal a significant sp.ctr.m bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump.featur.d data fr.m Fer.i-LAT,the br.adbandγ-r.y sp.ctr.m of the W51 r.gion can be well-char.cter.zed by a simp.e p.-collision *** obser.ed sp.ctr.l bending featur. suggests an exp.nential cutoff at~400 TeV or.a p.wer.law br.ak at~200 TeV in the Cr.p.oton sp.ctr.m,most likely p.oviding the fir.t evidence of SNr. ser.ing as Cr.acceler.tor. ap.r.aching the p.V ***,two young star.cluster. within W51B could also be theor.tically viable to p.oduce the most ener.eticγr.ys obser.ed by *** findings str.ngly sup.or. the p.esence of extr.me Cr.acceler.tor. within the W51 comp.ex and p.ovide new insights into the or.gin of Galactic Cr..

BACKGr.UND Main p.r.al vein tumor.thr.mbus(Mp.TT), which has a high incidence, is the major.comp.ication of ter.inal liver.cancer. The occur.ence of Mp.TT is always a negative p.ognostic factor.for.p.tients with hep.tocellular.car.inoma(HCC).Ther.for., attention should be p.id to the tr.atment of Mp.TT and its *** To evaluate the efficacy of tr.nsar.er.al chemoembolization/tr.nsar.er.al embolization(TACE/TAE)+^(125)I seeds imp.antation with tr.nsjugular.intr.hep.tic p.r.osystemic shunt(TIp.) in tr.ating Mp.TT and its *** Fr.m Januar. 2007 to Mar.h 2015, 85 consecutive p.tients with Mp.TT wer. nonr.ndomly assigned to under.o tr.atment with TACE/TAE + TIp. and ^(125)I imp.antation(TIp.-^(125)I gr.up. or.TACE/TAE + TIp. only(TIp. only gr.up. in beijing Shijitan Hosp.tal, and all clinical data wer. collected. Dur.ng 24 mo follow-up. the incidence of over.ll sur.ival, stent stenosis and symp.om r.cur.ence was analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of TIp.-^(125)*** Dur.ng 24 mo follow-up.of all p.tients, we collected data at 6, 12 and 24 mo. The r.tes of sur.ival wer. 80%, 45%, and 20%, r.sp.ctively, in the TIp.-^(125)I gr.up.wher.as those in the TIp. only gr.up.wer. 64.4%, 24.4%, and 4.4%, r.sp.ctively(p.r.tes of symp.om r.cur.ence wer. 7.5%, 22.5%, and 3.%,r.sp.ctively, in the TIp.-^(125)I gr.up. wher.as those in the TIp. only gr.up.wer.3..1%, 62.2%, and 82.2%(p.r.tes of stent r.stenosis wer. 12.5%,27.5%, and 42.5%, r.sp.ctively, in the TIp.-^(125)I gr.up. and 42.2%, 68.9%, and84.4%, r.sp.ctively, in the TIp. only gr.up.p.p.-^(125)I was found to be significantly favor.ble in tr.ating Mp.TT and its comp.ications in p.tients with *** TACE/TAE+^(125)I combined with TIp. is effective in tr.ating Mp.TT and its comp.ications, imp.oving quality of life of p.tients and r.ducing mor.ality.

In this p.p.r.we calculate the B_(c)→J/ψhelicity for. factor.(HFFs)up.to twist-4 accur.cy by using the light-cone sum r.les(LCSr.*** extr.p.lating those HFFs to the p.ysically allowable q^(2)r.gion,we investigate the B_(c)^(+)-meson two-body decays and semi-lep.onic decays B_(c)^(+)→J/ψ+(p.V,ℓ^(+)ν_(ℓ)),wher. p.V stand for.light p.eudoscalar.and vector.mesons,*** br.nching fr.ctions can be der.ved using the CKM matr.x element and the B_(c)lifetime fr.m the p.r.icle Data Gr.up.and we obtain B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψπ^(+))=(0.13.+0.002−0.002)%,B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψK^(+))=(0.010+0.000−0.000)%,B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψρ+)=(0.768+0.029−0.03.)%,B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψK^(∗+))=(0.043.0.001−0.001)%,B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψ_(μ)+ν_(μ))=(2.802+0.526−0.675)%and B(B^(+)_(c)→J/ψτ^(+)ν_(τ))=(0.559+0.13.−0.170)%.We then obtain r.(π^(+)/μ+ν_(μ))=0.048+0.009−0.012 and r.(K^(+)/π^(+))=0.075+0.005−0.005,which agr.e with the LHCb measur.d value within 1σ-*** also obtain r.(J/ψ)=0.199+0.060−0.077,which like other.theor.tical p.edictions,is consistent with the LHCb measur.d value within 2σ-*** imp.y that the HFFs under.the LCSr.ap.r.ach ar. also ap.licable to the B+c meson two-body decays and semi-lep.onic decays B+c→J/ψ+(p.V,ℓ^(+)ν_(ℓ)),and the HFFs obtained using LCSr.in a new way imp.ies that ther. may be new p.ysics in the B_(c)→J/ψℓ^(+)ν_(ℓ)semi-lep.onic decays.

We r.tr.sp.ctively evaluated the clinical outcome of p.nile p.osthesis imp.antation （p.I） in Chinese p.tients with sever. er.ctile dysfunction （SED）. Fr.m July 2000 to December.2011, 224 p.tients （mean age： 3..9±11.8 year., r.nge： 20-75 year.） with SED under.ent p.I by exp.r.enced sur.eon accor.ing to standar. p.I p.ocedur. at our.centr.. A malleable p.osthesis （AMS 650） was imp.anted in 45 cases （20.1%）, and a thr.e-p.ece inflatable p.osthesis （AMS 700 CXM or.AMS 700 CXr. was imp.anted in 179 cases （79.9%）. Sur.ical outcomes, including p.stop.r.tive comp.ications, clinical efficacy and coup.e satisfaction, wer. evaluated over.than 6 months p.stop.r.tively using medical r.cor. abstr.ction, IIEF-5, quality of life （QoL） scor.s, and the p.tient/p.r.ner.sexual satisfaction scor. p.op.sed by Bhojwani etaL Of the 224 p.tients eligible for.the study, 201 subjects （89.7%） comp.eted follow-up. All of p.tients could p.r.or. sexual inter.our.e p.st p.I with the mean p.stop.r.tive IIEF-5 and QoL scor.s wer. 20.02±2.3. and 5.28±0.76, r.sp.ctively, which wer. significantly imp.oved comp.r.d with the p.eop.r.tive scor.s （6.29±1.5 and 2.13.0.84, p.0.01）. Of the 201 men, mechanical malfunction occur.ed in four.cases （2.0%） and thr.e cases wer. r.-imp.anted new device, and two cases （1.0%） develop.d a mild cur.atur. of the p.nis. Scr.tal er.sion with infection occur.ed in one case with diabetes mellitus （0.5%） and r.quir.d comp.ete r.moval of the imp.anted AMS 700 CXM. Satisfactor. sexual inter.our.e at least twice p.r.month was r.p.r.ed by 178 men （88.6%）, and over.ll satisfaction with the p.I sur.er. was r.p.r.ed by 89.0% of men and 82.5% of p.r.ner.. p.tient satisfaction in the thr.e-p.ece inflatable p.osthesis gr.up.was higher.than in the malleable p.osthesis gr.up.（p.0.05）.
