The large-scale use of ample marine energy will be one of the most important ways for human to achieve sustainable development through carbon neutral development *** a burgeoning technological method for electromechanical conversion,triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)has significant advantages in marine energy for its low weight,cost-effectiveness,and high efficiency in low-frequency *** can realize the efficient and economical harvesting of low-frequency blue energy by constructing the floating marine energy harvesting *** paper firstly introduces the power transfer process and structural composition of TENG for marine energy harvesting in *** addition,the latest research works of TENG on marine energy harvesting in basic research and structural design are systematically reviewed by ***,the advanced research progress in the power take-off types and engineering study of TENG with the marine energy are comprehensively ***,the challenges and problems faced by TENG in marine energy and in situ electrochemical application are summarized and the corresponding prospects and suggestions are proposed for the subsequent development direction and prospects to look forward to promoting the commercialization process of this field.

Aiming at the consensus control problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems (MASs) under directed topology, a leader-follower bipartite consensus control strategy is proposed. This strategy takes into account the potential for denial-ofservice (DoS) attacks and completely unknown system dynamics. Specifically, the bipartite consensus dynamics describes the cooperation and competition relationship between followers and the leader, that is, the follower chooses to move in accordance with or opposite to the leader according to its trajectory. In order to optimize the communication bandwidth and mitigate the impact of DoS attacks, the proposed consensus control scheme integrates the DoS attack detection mechanism and eventtriggered mechanism. In addition, neural networks (NNs) are used to solve the nonlinear problem, and a speed function is designed to achieve the desired tracking performance, ensuring that all agents’ tracking errors converge to a predefined set in a finite time. With the help of backstepping, graph theory, and Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions for achieving bipartite consensus without Zeno behavior are established. Finally, the accuracy and feasibility of the theoretical analysis are verified by simulation cases.

Objective: The health-related quality of life (HRQoL) theory was used to assess the health quality of elderly residents in Southwest China. This was done by using the European Five-Dimensional Health Scale in a comprehensive manner and by analysing the factors influencing it. The findings will provide new perspectives and ideas for improving the health-related quality of life of the elderly population and enhancing the precise health management of elderly residents. Methods: The response data of 1892 elderly residents in southwestern China were included in the analysis based on the CLHLS data. The factors influencing the occurrence of problems, EQ-VAS scores and health utility values were analysed by logistic regression, multiple linear regression and Tobit regression, respectively. Results: The primary health concerns among the elderly population in the Southwest region were limited ability to perform daily activities and pain or discomfort. These individuals exhibited an EQ-VAS self-assessment score of 66.51 ± 14.87 and a health utility value of 0.87 (0.70, 1.00). Gender, age, regular medical check-ups, exercise habits and the prevalence of chronic diseases are the main influencing factors. Conclusions: The health quality of elderly people in Southwest China needs to be improved, and a comprehensive management strategy can be adopted in terms of lifestyle management, health needs management and disease management to improve the quality of their healthy lives and promote the development of healthy ageing.

在金沙江下游梯级电站投产前开展生物完整性评价,为梯级水库水生态健康评价、预警管理和生态修复评估提供技术支持和数据支撑。2017—2018年对金沙江下游干流30个采样点(参照点5个,观测点25个)进行4次野外调查,共鉴定出86种(属)浮游植物,具备较高的物种多样性。以硅藻-绿藻-蓝藻型为主,主要优势类群隶属硅藻门,保持着天然河流浮游植物组成特征。基于浮游生物完整性指数(P-IBI),对4类27个初选指标进行分布范围检验、判别能力检测和相关性分析,构建了总分类单元数、蓝藻门分类单元数、硅藻门分类单元占比、硅藻门细胞密度和绿藻门细胞密度占比等5个核心参数组成的金沙江下游浮游植物生物完整性评估体系。以参照点参数25%分位数法确定评价标准:P-IBI>3.81,健康;3.04~3.81,亚健康;2.67~3.03,一般;2.28~2.66,较差;P-IBI<2.28,极差。评估结果显示金沙江下游河流生态整体处于较差水平,丰水季各样点健康状态优于枯水期,可较好地反映梯级电站投产前关键时期河流健康状态。

耦合InVEST-PLUS模型,测算和剖析了2000~2030年不同情景下贵州省4种生态系统服务的时空动态,基于斯皮尔曼相关性(Spearman)分析各服务功能之间的权衡/协同关系,并利用自组织特征映射网络揭示了其生态系统服务簇.结果显示:2000~2020年,土地结构变化主要表现为:耕地的持续减少和林地及草地波动变化,建设用地出现大幅度扩张,3种情景下自然发展情景的建设用地上升最为显著,增幅为25.39%,生态保护情景中林地与草地等主要生态用地得到保护.产水量和土壤保持在2000~2020年间呈先降后升的波动变化趋势,而生境质量和碳储量呈下降趋势,碳储量的平均值由234.05t/hm^(2)降低到231.70t/hm^(2),生境质量的平均值由0.64降低至0.60;相对而言,在生态保护情景中,除产水量略有下降外,其他生态功能指标均有改善,尤其是碳储量及生境质量均达到最高值.研究区生态系统服务功能间的权衡(3对)和协同(3对)呈现相对均衡状态;在生态保护情景下,不同生态系统服务之间的相关系数逐渐增大,区域整体环境呈变好趋势.根据聚类结果识别了贵州省4类生态系统服务簇(ESB),2000~2030年研究区各类生态系统服务簇空间格局基本保持稳定状态但各类ESB存在时空异质性.

Perfect adaptation describes the ability of a biological system to restore its biological function precisely to the pre-perturbation level after being affected by the environmental ***,a biological system with perfect adaptation can be modelled as an input-output nonlinear system whose output,usually determining the biological function,is asymptotically stable under all input disturbances *** this paper,a quite general input-output mathematical model is employed and the 'functional' of biological function(FBF)- output Lyapunov function- is explored to investigate its perfect adaptation *** condition is established for the systems with FBF to achieve perfect *** a sufficient and necessary condition is obtained for the linear systems to possess an output Lyapunov ***,it is shown that the 'functional'of receptors activity exists in the perfect adaptation model of *** *** with the existing mathematical surveys on perfect adaptation,most of which are based on the standpoint of control theory,we first investigate this problem using ways of nonlinear systems analysis.

How can we approach the truth in a society？ It may depend on various factors. In this paper, using a well-established truth seeking model, the authors show that the persistent free information flow will bring us to the truth. Here the free information flow is modeled as the environmental random noise that could alter one＇s cognition. Without the random noise, the model predicts that the truth can only be captured by the truth seekers who own actively perceptive ability of the truth and their believers, while the other individuals may stick to falsehood. But under the influence of the random noise, the authors strictly prove that even there is only one truth seeker in the group, all individuals will finally approach the truth.
