Objective:To explore the relation between the polymorphism of repetitive sequence in gene CAG of androgen receptor(AR)and the susceptibility and clinical stages as well as pathological grading of prostate cancer among Han ***:Sixty-eight cases with prostate cancer hospitalized in Urinary Surgery Department from Feb.2010 to Feb.2012 and 60 healthy cases were chosen as research *** of PCR and direct sequencing were adopted to detect DNA sequence of AR gene and the length of repetitive sequence in ***:The lengths of repetitive sequence in CAG of patients with prostate cancer and healthy people were(22.3±4.6)and(23.0±4.9),respectively showing no statistical *** length(repetitive sequence of CAG)>22,those with thatquence in CAG of patients at clinical stage C-D was less than that of patients at stage B,and the number of repetitive sequence in CAG of patients with poorly differentiated prostate cancer was also less than that of patients with moderately and highly differentiated prostate *** there was no statistical significance int the difference(P>0.05);the proportion of patients with lengthquence in gene CAG of androgen *** less the number of repetitive sequence in CAG is,the higher the risk of prostate cancer will be and the more severe the clinical stage and pathological grading will be.

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in *** article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in ***:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online *** counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in ***:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured *** average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 *** the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy ***:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this *** is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

研究了基于氧化石墨吸附镧元素在钢铁材料的基体成分纯铁中直接合金化行为。首先利用具有吸附性能的氧化石墨将镧离子吸附在其含氧官能团上,形成层间化合物,并利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析了吸附过程,再将该层间化合物与铝粉均匀混合后压制成块,在高纯氩气保护下的高温管式炉中经过1600℃保温10 min后随炉冷却至室温,然后用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析产物。最后,将上述压块用铁皮包覆后用石英管压入熔融的纯铁中进行直接合金化,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪检测不同取出时间的纯铁样品中的镧含量。研究结果表明,氧化石墨可以将镧离子吸附在其—OH和—COOH上,形成氧化石墨/镧层间化合物;在1600℃时铝可以将氧化石墨中吸附的镧元素还原成LaC_(2)、LaAlO_(3)和La_(1.98)O_(2.13)S_(0.84),其中的LaC_(2)可以溶解至铁水中并完成镧的合金化过程。

BACKGROUND Status epilepticus in patients with hepatic encephalopathy (HE) is a rare butserious condition that is refractory to antiepileptic drugs, and current treatmentplans are vague. Diagnosis may be difficult without a clear history of *** transplantation (LT) is effective to alleviate symptoms, however, there arefew reports about LT in the treatment of status epilepticus with HE. To ourknowledge, this is the first report of status epilepticus present as initialmanifestation of *** SUMMARY A 59-year-old woman with a 20-year history of heavy drinking was hospitalizedfor generalized tonic-clonic seizures. She reported no history of episodes of HE,stroke, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, ascites or gastrointestinal *** examination revealed a comatose patient, without *** examination suggested liver cirrhosis. Plasma ammonia levels uponadmission were five times normal. Brain computed tomography (CT) was normal,while abdominal CT and ultrasound revealed mild ascites, liver cirrhosis andsplenomegaly. Electroencephalography (EEG)showed diffuse slow waves rhythm,consistent with HE, and sharp waves during ictal EEG corresponding to clinicalsemiology of focal tonic seizures. The symptoms were reversed by continuousantiepileptic treatment and lactulose. She was given oral levetiracetam, and focalaware seizures occasionally affected her 10 mo after *** Status epilepticus could be an initial manifestation of HE. Antiepileptic drugs combined with lactulose are essential for treatment of status epilepticus with HE,and LT is effective to prevent the relapse.

The photoelectric device of a scintillation dosimeter converts photons produced by radiation into an electrical *** features directly determine the overall performance of the *** a plastic scintillation fiber dosimeter(PSFD)with a current readout mode,systematic studies of the stability and light-dose response were performed for the photomultiplier tube(PMT),silicon photomultiplier(SiPM),avalanche photodiode(APD),and photodiode(PD).The temperature stability,long-term stability,repeatability,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and current dose response of the PSFD with the abovementioned photoelectric devices were studied using a pulsed LED light source and the Small Animal Radiation Therapy *** exponential relationship between the dark/ne current and temperature was obtained for all the devices.I is shown that the APD is the most sensitive device to temperature,with a current dependence on temperature reaching 6.5%C^(-1)at room temperature,whereas for the other devices this dependence is always<0:6%C^(-1).In terms of long-term stability,the net current of PD can change by up to 4%when working continuously for 8 h and 2%when working intermittently for 32 h,whereas for the other devices,the changes are all<1%.For the dose response,the PMT and SiPM exhibit excellent linear responses and SNRs within the range of 0.1-60 Gy/min For the PSFD with a current readout mode,the performance of the PMT and SiPM is concluded to be better than that of the other devices in the *** particular,the SiPM,which has a compact size,low bias voltage,and antimagnetic interference,has great advantages for further applications.

针对现有摔倒检测系统难以完成全天时检测、存在侵犯被检测人隐私的问题,该文设计了一种基于深度学习的毫米波雷达人体摔倒检测系统,包括信号采集、训练数据生成、智能检测和显示与告警四个部分。该系统利用1642毫米波雷达采集数据,对数据进行短时傅里叶变换,经数据增强后构建时频图数据集,通过ResNet101网络进行动作检测。检测为摔倒动作后,向远程接收端发送报警信息。该系统能够检测摔倒、弯腰、下蹲三种动作。实测结果表明,检测准确率为94.3%。

The present study was designed to determine the chemical constituents of the stems and hooks of Uncaria rhynchophylla. The chemical constituents were isolated and purified from CH_2Cl_2 fraction by chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. Their cytotoxicity was tested using MTT method. Two new ortho benzoquinones, 3-diethylamino-5-methoxy-1, 2-benzoquinone(1) and 3-ethylamino-5-methoxy-1, 2-benzoquinone(2), together with a known compound isorhynchophyllic acid(3) were isolated from U. rhynchophylla. These compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against cancer cells A549, Hep G2 and A2780. Compounds 1 and 2 were new ortho benzoquinones and showed weak antiproliferative activities on A549, Hep G2 and A2780 cells. Compound 3 significantly inhibited the proliferation of A549, Hep G2 and A2780 cells with IC_(50) values being 5.8, 12.8 and 11.8 μmol·L^(–1), respectively.

To determine whether PlncRNA-1 induces apoptosis in prostate cancer cells through the Her-2 pathway. The expression of PlncRNA-1, Her-2, and related cyclin proteins in 23 cases of prostate cancer and adjacent normal tissues was analyzed and compared. LNCaP cells were divided into a control group and an LNCaP-PlncRNA-I-siRNA experimental group. Normal prostate RWPE-1 cells were divided into an RWPE-1 control group and an RWPE-1-PlncRNA-1 experimental group. After PlncRNA-1 silencing and overexpression, changes in Her-2 and cyclinD1 expression levels were detected both in vivo and in vitro. In prostate cancer tissues, Her-2 and PIncRNA-1 were highly expressed and significantly correlated. In LNCaP cells, the expression of Her-2 and cyclinD1 decreased following the downregulation of PlncRNA-1 as assessed by real-time PCR and Western blotting. In RWPE-1 cells, the expression of Her-2 and cyclinD1 increased following PlncRNA-1 overexpression. Flow cytometry revealed that the proportion of LNCaP cells in G2/M phase was significantly increased after PlncRNA-1 silencing and that the proportion of RWPE-1 cells in G2/M phase was significantly decreased after PlncRNA-1 overexpression. Furthermore, animal experiments validated these results. In conclusion, in prostate cancer, PlncRNA-1 regulates the cell cycle and cyclinD1 levels and can also regulate proliferation and apoptosis in prostate cancer cells through the Her-2 pathway.
