Copper ions were implanted into austenitic stainless steel （SS） by metal vapor vacuum arc with a energy of 100 keV and an ions dose range of （0.5-8.0）× 10^17 cm^-2. The Cu-implanted SS was annealed in an Ar atmosphere furnace. Glancing X-ray diffraction （GXRD）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and Auger electron spectroscopy （AES） were used to reveal the phase compositions, microstructures, and concentration profiles of copper ions in the implanted layer. The results show that the antibacterial property of Cu-implanted SS is attributed to Cu9.9Fe0.1, which precipitated as needles. The depth of copper in Cu-implanted SS with annealing treatment is greater than that in Cu-implanted SS without annealing treatment, which improves the antibacterial property against S. aureus. The salt wetting-drying combined cyclic test was used to evaluate the corrosion-resistance of antibacterial SS, and the results reveal that the antibacterial SS has a level of corrosion-resistance equivalent to that of un-implanted SS.

目的探讨和比较CT与彩色多普勒超声在急性胰腺炎(AP)合并脂肪肝诊断中的临床价值。方法纳入2020年1月至2021年12月于东南大学附属中大医院溧水分院就诊的疑似AP合并脂肪肝患者80例,所有患者均行CT检查和彩色多普勒超声影像检查,记录患者两种检查方法的影像特征。计算两种检查方法对诊断AP患者的准确性、特异度和灵敏度。记录两种检查方法对诊断脂肪肝的分级情况。结果结合患者的临床表现、血清淀粉酶活性、脂肪酶活性和影像学表现,80例疑似病例中共76名确诊为AP。CT检查结果显示,共73例患者呈现AP的典型影像特征,诊断AP的准确度为93.75%,特异度为75.00%,灵敏度为94.74%;彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,共70例患者呈现AP的超声影像特征,诊断AP的准确度为87.50%,特异度为50.00%,灵敏度为89.47%。两种检查的准确度、特异度和灵敏度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在诊断脂肪肝方面,CT检查结果显示,68例患者(85.00%)呈现脂肪肝的典型影像特征,发现轻度脂肪肝25例(31.25%),中度脂肪肝30例(37.50%),重度脂肪肝13例(16.25%)。彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示,64例患者(80.00%)呈现脂肪肝的超声影像特征,其中轻度脂肪肝24例(30.00%),中度脂肪肝28例(35.00%),重度脂肪肝12例(15.00%)。两种影像学方法在诊断脂肪肝中无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论CT和彩色多普勒超声诊断AP合并脂肪肝患者均可获得较高准确性,两种方法的诊断效果无显著差异,在临床应用过程可结合患者实际情况来选择合适的影像检查方法。

目的:分析脓毒症心肌抑制患者血流动力学、器官功能及临床预后。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月广西医科大学第二附属医院重症医学科收治的92例脓毒症患者作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据是否合并心肌抑制分为有心肌抑制组44例和无心肌抑制组48例,比较两组治疗后的血流动力学、器官功能及临床预后的情况。结果:心肌抑制组患者第1、4、8 d急性生理与慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)及SOFA评分均高于无心肌抑制组(P0.05)。两组患者总胆红素(TBIL)及氧合指数(OI)的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有心肌抑制组肌钙蛋白T(TnT)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)及肌酐(Cr)水平均较无心肌抑制组高(P0.05)。两组28 d死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脓毒症心肌抑制可降低左室收缩功能,对28 d的死亡率影响不大,但对心功能及肾功能的影响较大。

Background The alexithymia trait is of high clinical interest.The Perth Alexithymia Questionnaire(PAQ)was recently developed to enable detailed facet-level and valence-specific assessments of alexithymia.Aims In this paper,we introduce the first Chinese version of the PAQ and examine its psychometric properties and clinical applications.Methods In Study 1,the PAQ was administered to 990 Chinese participants.We examined its factor structure,internal consistency,test-retest reliability,as well as convergent,concurrent and discriminant validity.In Study 2,four groups,including a major depressive disorder(MDD)group(n=50),a matched healthy control group for MDD(n=50),a subclinical depression group(n=50)and a matched healthy control group for subclinical depression(n=50),were recruited.Group comparisons were conducted to assess the clinical relevance of the PAQ.Results In Study 1,the intended five-factor structure of the PAQ was found to fit the data well.The PAQ showed good internal consistency and test-retest reliability,as well as good convergent,concurrent and discriminant validity.In Study 2,the PAQ was able to successfully distinguish the MDD group and the subclinical depression group from their matched healthy controls.Conclusions The Chinese version of the PAQ is a valid and reliable instrument for comprehensively assessing alexithymia in the general population and adults with clinical/subclinical depression.

The present study determined the thyroid hormone interference of tetrabromobisphenol A （TBBPA） in Sprague-Dawley （SD） rats, and the derived-reference dose （RfD） of different endpoint effects on mammals based on experimental results and data collection. Based on repeated exposure toxicity tests on mammals and extensive research, the present study used BMDS240 Software to derive a benchmark dose, and analyzed the accuracy and uncertainty, and similarity with other studies. Test results on triiodothyronine （T3）, thyroxine （T4）, and thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH） demonstrated that all the indicators presented a non-monotonous dose-effect relationship clearly, except TSH in male rats exposed to 0-1000 mg/kg BW per day. Therefore, RfDs were derived from different critical effects. In summary, RfD for mammals in the present study was found to be 0.6 mg/kg per day.

High-entropy diboride has been arousing considerable interest in recent years.However,the low toughness and damage tolerance limit its applications as ultra-high-temperature structural materials.Here we report that a unique SiB_(6) additive has been first incorporated as boron and silicon sources to fabricate a high-entropy boride(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2))B_(2)–SiC composite though one-step boro/carbothermal reduction reactive sintering.A synergetic effect of high-entropy sluggish diffusion and SiC secondary phase retarded the grain growth of the(Ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)Ta_(0.2))B_(2)–51SiC composites.The small grain size was beneficial to shorten the diffusion path for mass transport,thereby enhancing the relative density to~99.3%.These results in an increase of fracture toughness from~5.2 in HEBS-1900 to~7.7 MPa·m^(1/2) in HEBS-2000,which corresponded to a large improvement of 48%.The improvement was attributed to a mixed mode of intergranular and transgranular cracking for offering effective pinning in crack propagation,resulting from balanced grain boundary strength collectively affected by improved densification,solid solution strengthening,and incorporation of SiC secondary phase.
