Microstructural evolution during tempering process and mechanical properties of Cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb high strength steel

High strength steels exhibit superior mechanical properties due to the unique microstructure,which successfully solves the drawback of the inevitable strength-toughness trade-off that occurs in traditional *** we investigated the effect of matrix and precipitates on mechanical properties of Cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb steel after water quenching and tempering(150-500℃).The results showed that the microstructure of the present steel is noticeably tuned by changing the tempering *** excellent combination of strength(a yield strength of 1308 MPa with a total elongation of 8.2%)and toughness(Charpy V-notch impact toughness of 40.5 J/cm^(2))is obtained upon tempering at 200℃.This is attributed to the lath martensite containing high dislocation density,the martensite-twin substructure,and the strengthening effects of the precipitated needle-likeε-carbides and spherical VC *** acicularε-carbides are replaced by the rod-shaped Fe_(3)C at the tempering temperature of 350℃,resulting in the remarkable deterioration in strength,hardness,and *** carbides formed at a tempering temperature of 500℃ are beneficial to the enhancement of the elongation and toughness,but the strength decreases due to the matrix softening caused by the recovery of dislocation.

共建“一带一路”倡议作为构建人类命运共同体的重大实践,在构建共生共荣的新型国际关系过程中发挥了重要作用。本文聚焦服务贸易这一兼具人文交流和市场发展双重特征的国际交往方式,基于服务贸易网络视角,构建2006~2019年国家层面的面板数据,并利用双重差分方法研究共建“一带一路”倡议对共建国家间服务贸易合作的影响。研究结果显示,共建“一带一路”倡议显著提高了共建国家之间的服务贸易合作。研究机制分析发现,共建“一带一路”倡议提出后共建国家间的制度环境、人文环境、通信环境、运输环境以及融资环境明显改善,使得共建国家间服务贸易合作愈加紧密。进一步分析表明,该倡议对于沿海国家、海上丝绸之路国家和低收入、低风险国家的服务贸易合作具有显著正向影响;按照服务贸易类型和服务贸易基础进行划分,这一倡议有助于增加共建国家间新兴服务贸易和传统服务业的服务贸易合作,发挥了“搭桥建路”的作用。本文为高质量共建“一带一路”提供了理论支撑,力图为全球治理中的国际合作实践提供更多共建启示。

Effects of Na_(2)CO_(3)on reduction mechanism and kinetics of iron during deep reduction of ilmenite concentrate

High-quality upgraded titanium slag obtained through semi-molten reduction with the addition of Na_(2)CO_(3)is important for the fluidizing chlorination process to produce TiO_(2)*** key is the effect of Na_(2)CO_(3)on the reduction behavior of ***,the effects of Na_(2)CO_(3)on reduction mechanism and kinetics of iron during deep reduction of ilmenite concentrate were *** results indicated that the metallization ratio of the reduced sample increased with increasing temperature,time,and dose of Na_(2)CO_(3).The addition of Na_(2)CO_(3)significantly accelerated the reduction of iron in the ilmenite concentrate and promoted the growth of iron ***,the addition of Na_(2)CO_(3)produced sodium iron titanates;thus,the metallization ratio of the sample decreased with an increase in the temperature and time when the temperature was above 1200℃and the time was more than 30 *** the doses of Na_(2)CO_(3)were 0,3,and 6 wt.%,the reduction of iron was controlled by the interfacial chemical reaction,both the interfacial chemical reaction and diffusion,and diffusion,respectively,and the apparent activation energies were 134.91,64.89,and 120.82 kJ/mol,respectively.

Parameter identification for volumetric heat capacity and thermal conductivity in a quasi-linear thermodynamic system of sea ice

This paper is intended to determine physical parameters describing volumetric heat capacity and thermal conductivity of sea ice in u quasi-linear thermodynamic system using field observations. The quasi-linear thermodynamic system of sea ice with unknown physical parameters is described, and the existence and uniqueness of its solution is proved. Then the physical parameters are taken as control variable, temperature devi- ations as objective function, and a parameter identification model is established. The existence of its optimal solution is discussed. To solve the identification model, a new algorithm containing genetic algorithm, Hooke- Jeeves algorithm and semi-implicit finite difference scheme is constructed. The physical parameters are calculated using the obser- vations measured at Nella Fjord around Zhongshan Station, Antarctic in CHINARE 2006. For comparability and consistency with other works, a new internationM standard named TEOS-10 is used. To examine the validity of the identified results, another sim- ulation for temperature profiles in different measurement period is operated. Numerical results show that better simulations of temperature distribution are possible with the identified parameters than EC1993. Therefore not only the identified parameters can be applied in sea ice modeling, but also this study can enrich and supplement observations of sea ice.

Optimization of preparation process of high-strength pellets from Panzhihua ilmenite concentrate

Effect of basicity and Al2O3 on viscosity of ferronickel smelting slag

The effect of the Al2O3 content and basicity (the molar ratio of MgO to SiO2) on the viscosity of a SiO2-MgO-FeOAl2O3-CaO slag was studied to fully understand the smelting process of the ferronickel alloy. Experimental results show that the slag is a mixture of liquid and solid phases at the experimental temperature. The viscosity decreased as the basicity increased and increased as the Al2O3 content increased. To determine the effect of the Al2O3 content and basicity on the structure of the molten slag, Raman spectroscopy was performed on the slag sample, which was quenched from the high temperature with water. The Raman spectra showed that the fractions of the polymerization structural units decreased significantly as the basicity of the slag increased, resulting in a decrease in the apparent viscosity. However, Al2O3 acts as a network former in the slag system, thereby making the slag structure further polymerized and increasing the viscosity.

Oxidation kinetics of ilmenite concentrate by non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis

The non-isothermal oxidation experiments of ilmenite concentrate were carried out at various heating rates under air atmosphere by *** oxidation kinetic model function and kinetic parameters of apparent activation energy（Ea）were evaluated by Málek and Starink *** results show that under air atmosphere,the oxidation process of ilmenite concentrate is composed of three stages,and the chemical reaction（G（α）=1-（1-α）~2,whereαis the conversion degree）plays an important role in the whole oxidation *** the first stage（α=0.05-0.30）,the oxidation process is controlled gradually by secondary chemical reaction with increasing conversion *** the second stage（α=0.30-0.50）,the oxidation process is completely controlled by the secondary chemical reaction（G（α）=1-（1-α）~2）.At the third stage（α=0.50-0.95）,the secondary chemical reaction weakens gradually with increasing conversion degree,and the oxidation process is controlled gradually by a variety of functions;the kinetic equations are G（α）=（1-α）^（-1）（β=10K·min^（-1）,whereβis heating rate）,G（α）=（1-α）^（-1/2）（β=15-20K·min^（-1））,and G（α）=（1-α）^（-2）（β=25K·min^（-1））,*** the whole oxidation process,the activation energies follow a parabolic law with increasing conversion degree,and the average activation energy is 160.56kJ·mol^（-1）.
