Objective Complications after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma have been well documented in the literatures,but the occurrence of delved sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)after pituitary adenoma resection is extremely *** this study three cases who developed sudden SNHL 3 to 7 days after pituitary adenoma surgery without experiencing cerebrospinal fluid leak or meningitis were presented,and the possible causes of SNHL were *** Three cases with sudden hearing loss after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma were *** past medical history,onset of sudden hearing loss,accompanying symptoms such as headache,tinnitus,dizziness and aural fullness,and the post-operative MRI images,therapy and hearing results were *** Three cases developed profound sudden SNHL on the 3rd to 7th post-operative day,all accompanied by prior headache,tinnitus and *** patient developed episodic vertigo,ear fullness accompanying with fluctuating hearing loss in the first post-operative *** patients had past medical history of arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease or cerebral *** of three demonstrated obstructive hydrocephalus on MRI on the first post-operative *** treatment with prednisone orally,dexamethasone intratympanic mjection,neurotrophic and vasodilatation drugs for 3 to 8 months,hearing of all three improved *** hydrocephalus and ischemia might be responsible for the hearing *** Post-operative obstructive hydrocephalus and ischemia of labyrinthine arteries might lead to the delayed SNHL after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenoma.

The dynamical invariant for a general time-dependent harmonic oscillator is constructed by making use of two linearly independent solutions to the classical equation of motion. In terms of this dynamical invariant we define the time-dependent creation and annihilation operators and relevantly introduce even and odd coherent states for time dependent harmonic oscillator. The mathematical and quantum statistical properties of these states are discussed in detail. The harmonic oscillator with periodically varying frequency is treated as a demonstration of our general approach.

为了提高土壤中阳离子交换量检测的准确度和效率,针对国家标准方法的不足,在原理不变的条件下对空白、浸提、离心等实验步骤进行优化。结果表明:通过实验测试对试验进行重新定义,将国家标准方法中的浸提时间由120 min优化为30 min,大大缩减了一个样品的测试时间,离心时间由5 min优化为10 min。本方法效率高、准确度和精密性良好,适用于大批量土壤中阳离子交换量的测定。

Active reflectors are often used to compensate the surface distortion caused by environmental factors that degrade the electromagnetic performance of large high-frequency reflector antennas. This is crucial for maintaining high gain operation in antennas. A distortion compensation method for the active reflector of a large dual-reflector antenna is proposed. A relationship is established between the surface deformation and the optical path difference for the primary reflector by geometric optics. Subsequently, employing finite element analysis, a polynomial fitting approach is used to describe the impact of adjusting points on the reflector surface based on the coordinates of each node. By standardizing the positions of various panels on the reflector, the fitting ns can be applied to the reflector panels of similar shapes. Then, based on the distribution characteristics of the primary reflector panels, the adjustment equation for the actuators is derived by the influence matrix method. It can be used to determine the adjustment amount of actuators to reduce the rms of the optical path difference. And, the least squares method is employed to resolve the matrix equation. The example of a 110 m aperture dual-reflector antenna is carried out by finite element analysis and the proposed method. The results show that the optical path difference is reduced significantly at various elevation cases, which indicates that the proposed method is effective.

Despite the demonstrated success of numerous correlation filter(CF)based tracking approaches,their assumption of circulant structure of samples introduces significant redundancy to learn an effective *** this paper,we develop a fast manifold regularized context-aware correlation tracking algorithm that mines the local manifold structure information of different types of ***,different from the traditional CF based tracking that only uses one base sample,we employ a set of contextual samples near to the base sample,and impose a manifold structure assumption on ***,to take into account the manifold structure among these samples,we introduce a linear graph Laplacian regularized term into the objective of CF ***,the optimization can be efficiently solved in a closed form with fast Fourier transforms(FFTs),which contributes to a highly efficient *** evaluations on the OTB100 and VOT2016 datasets demonstrate that the proposed tracker performs favorably against several state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of accuracy and ***,our tracker is able to run in real-time with 28 fps on a single CPU.

近年来,在集装箱运输领域,随着科技、设备及人工智能的飞速发展,自动化集装箱码头技术逐渐成熟,相比传统集装箱码头,它有着更高的码头整体作业效率以及更低的劳动力成本两大优势。在自动化集装箱码头的装卸任务中,岸桥、自动导引车(Automated Guided vehicle,AGV)和场桥都已实现自动化,而作为装船任务的依据——船舶配载仍然有大量需要人参与的决策,且船舶配载耗时较长,使其成为了装船作业的瓶颈。目前,自动化集装箱码头船舶配载有着规模庞大、约束及特性复杂、时效性强的特点,根据集装箱放关情况可以将其分解为未放关箱箱位预留问题和放关箱选位问题。对于前者,目前仅通过配载员凭借经验完成,不仅耗时长,而且不能保证预留方案的最优性;对于后者,目前基于启发式规则的选位算法虽然能在算时间内求解,但解的质量不能得到保证。为此,本研究首先针对未放关箱箱位预留问题进行分析,并将其视为一种背包问题的变种问题,构建其模型,之后提出一种基于动态规划的整列寻优算法(Stack Selection Algorithm,SSA),该算法可以在非常短的时间内计算出若干个可行的箱位预留方案,并根据适应度函数计算出最优解,同时本文通过实验证明了SSA算法在求解时间和求解效果上的优越性。之后,本研究针对放关箱选位问题进行了问题假设、参数定义及模型构建,之后设计一种改进遗传算法(Advanced Genetic Algorithm,AGA),提出一种“教育”阶段,具体为随机采取四种邻域搜索动作以改进遗传算法,改善遗传算法的收敛能力。后将该算法与常规智能算法、基于规则的贪婪算法以及自动化集装箱码头常用的启发式算法进行对比,证明了算法的可靠性。最后,以未放关箱箱位预留的研究为基础,进行洋山四期码头箱位预留功能模块系统集成设计,将模块输出可视化,以验证模块的有效性。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of raw corn starch(RCS)in clinical management of insulinoma-induced *** We retrospectively collected clinical data of insulinoma patients who received RCS-supplemented diet preoperatively,and analyzed the therapeutic effects of the RCS intervention on blood glucose control,weight change,and its adverse *** The study population consisted of 24 cases of insulinoma patients,7 males and 17 females,aged 46.08±14.15 *** RCS-supplemented diet,all patients had frequent hypoglycemic episodes(2.51±3.88 times/week),concurrent with neuroglycopenia(in 83.3% of patients)and autonomic manifestations(in 75.0% of patients),with the median fasting blood glucose(FBG)of 2.70(interquartile range[IQR]:2.50-2.90)mmol/*** patients'weight increased by 0.38(IQR:0.05-0.65)kg per month,with 8(33.3%)cases developing overweight and 7(29.2%)cases developing *** patients maintained the RCS-supplemented diet until they underwent tumor resection(23 cases)and transarterial chemoembolization for liver metastases(1 case).For 19 patients receiving RCS throughout the day,the median FBG within one week of nutritional management was 4.30(IQR:3.30-5.70)mmol/L,which was a significant increase compared to pre-nutritional level[2.25(IQR:1.60-2.90)mmol/L;Pweight gain was observed upon RCS *** diarrhea(2 cases)and flatulence(1 case)occurred,and were relieved by reduction of RCS ***
