OBJECTIVES To investigate whether negative remodeling(NR) detected by intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) of the side branch ostium(SBO) would affect in-stent neointimal hyperplasia(NIH) at the one-year follow-up and the clinical outcome of target lesion failure(TLF) at the long-term follow-up for patients with left main bifurcation(LMb) lesions treated with a two-stent *** A total of 328 patients with de novo true complex LMb lesions who underwent a 2-stent strategy of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatment guided by IVUS were enrolled in this study. We divided the study into two phases. Of all the patients, 48 patients who had complete IVUS detection pre-and post-PCI and at the 1-year follow-up were enrolled in phase Ⅰ analysis, which aimed to analyze the correlation between NR and in-stent NIH at SBO at the 1-year follow-up. If the correlation was confirmed, the cutoff value of the remodeling index(RI) for predicting NIH ≥ 50% was analyzed next. The phase Ⅱ analysis focused on the incidence of TLF as the primary endpoint at the 1-to 5-year follow-up for all 328 patients by grouping based on the cutoff value of *** In phase I: according to the results of a binary logistic regression analysis and receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis, the RI cutoff value predicting percent NIH ≥ 50% was 0.85 based on the ROC curve analysis, with a sensitivity of 85.7%, a specificity of 88.3%, and an AUC of 0.893(0.778, 1.000), P = 0.002. In phase Ⅱ: the TLR rate(35.8% vs. 5.3%, P < 0.0001)was significantly higher in the several NR(s NR, defined as RI ≤ 0.85) group than in the non-s NR *** The NR of LCx O is associated with more in-stent NIH post-PCI for distal LMb lesions with a 2-stent strategy,and NR with RI ≤ 0.85 is linked to percent NIH area ≥ 50% at the 1-year follow-up and more TLF at the 5-year follow-up.

朱墨时序鉴定是司法鉴定文件检验研究与实践领域中的热点和难点问题。朱墨时序的鉴定可证明文件真伪,推断文件物证是否与案件事实相符,从而为司法机关的侦查破案和案件判定提供法律依据。常见的检验方法有显微镜法、荧光法、文检仪法、计算机软件辅助法等,其鉴定结论易受检验人员主观意识的影响,因不够客观而备受质疑。研究在制备3类签字笔和9种印油组合54个书写样本、激光打印和9种印油组合18个打印样本的基础上,运用共焦显微拉曼光谱仪对其进行检验。以10#百乐签字笔和1#印之秀印油为样本测试得到最佳实验条件,将制备的72个样本放入储存箱内避光保存1年,依次测定样本中先字后印、先印后字、印油和字迹4个位点的拉曼光谱,每个样本测试3次。实验结果基本不受储存环境、纸张本底等因素的干扰,无论是书写样本还是打印样本,先字后印交叉点显示出了印油的部分特征,先印后字交叉点显示出了字迹的部分特征,交叉位点的拉曼光谱图显示大部分为上层相应的字迹或印油的拉曼位移,这与20倍物镜观察的μView图显示结果相互印证。通过比对印文交叉部位的拉曼位移,进而鉴定出样本的朱墨时序。结果表明:相比常规检验方法,此新颖方法简便快捷、无损、灵敏度和准确率高,对文件的朱墨时序鉴定具有指导意义。

Background The genetic diversity of yak, a key domestic animal on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau(QTP), is a vital resource for domestication and breeding efforts. This study presents the first yak pangenome obtained through the de novo assembly of 16 yak *** We discovered 290 Mb of nonreference sequences and 504 new genes. Our pangenome-wide presence and absence variation(PAV) analysis revealed 5,120 PAV-related genes, highlighting a wide range of variety-specific genes and genes with varying frequencies across yak populations. Principal component analysis(PCA) based on binary gene PAV data classified yaks into three new groups: wild, domestic, and Jinchuan. Moreover, we pro-posed a ‘two-haplotype genomic hybridization model' for understanding the hybridization patterns among breeds by integrating gene frequency, heterozygosity, and gene PAV data. A gene PAV-GWAS identified a novel gene(Bos-Gru3G009179) that may be associated with the multirib trait in Jinchuan yaks. Furthermore, an integrated transcrip-tome and pangenome analysis highlighted the significant differences in the expression of core genes and the muta-tional burden of differentially expressed genes between yaks from high and low altitudes. Transcriptome analysis across multiple species revealed that yaks have the most unique differentially expressed m RNAs and lnc RNAs(between high- and low-altitude regions), especially in the heart and lungs, when comparing high- and low-altitude *** The yak pangenome offers a comprehensive resource and new insights for functional genomic studies, supporting future biological research and breeding strategies.

The Guangdong-Hong kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)is threatened by potential tsunami hazards from the Littoral Fault Zone(LFZ)and the Manila subduction zone(MSZ),and may suffer huge damage because of its dense population,concentrated infrastructure,and low-lying *** tsunami studies for the GBA made simple assumptions on the mechanisms of LFZ earthquakes,and used coarse bathymetry data in tsunami simulation,which limited the prediction of detailed tsunami hazard *** this paper,we develop a parallel dispersive tsunami model PCOMCOT to efficiently simulate dispersive,nonlinear,and breaking tsunami *** also construct large-scale and high-resolution bathymetry models for the GBA by correcting and integrating various data *** rupture simulation is performed for the LFZ to obtain a more reliable earthquake source *** propose several representative earthquake scenarios for the LFZ and MSZ,and use PCOMCOT to calculate the resulting tsunami waves,currents,and inundation in the *** results indicate that if an M_(w)7.5 oblique-slip earthquake occurs in the LFZ off the Pearl River Estuary(PRE),the subsequent tsunami will primarily impact Hong kong,causing maximum positive and negative waves of around 1 m and -2 m,respectively,along with slightly destructive currents(≥1.5 m/s).An M_(w)9.0 MSZ megathrust earthquake can lead to widespread inundation with>1 m depth on the outlying islands of Macao and in the urban areas of Hong kong around the Victoria ***,it will also cause catastrophic tsunami currents along the narrow waterways in Hong kong and Macao,and the spatial distribution of strong currents(≥3 m/s)shows a considerable discrepancy from the areas of serious ***,more attention should be paid to the potential impacts of tsunami currents on the GBA.

Urban shrinkage has emerged as a widespread phenomenon globally and has a significant impact on land,particularly in terms of land use and *** study focuses on 2851 county-level cities in China in 2005–2018(excluding Hong kong,Macao,Taiwan,and‘no data’areas in Qinhai-Tibet Plateau)as the fundamental units of *** employing nighttime light(NTL)data to identify shrinking cities,the propensity score matching(PSM)model was used to quantitatively examine the impact of shrinking cities on land prices,and evaluate the magnitude of this *** findings demonstrate the following:1)there were 613 shrinking cities in China,with moderate shrinkage being the most prevalent and severe shrinkage being the least.2)Regional disparities are evident in the spatial distribution of shrinking cities,especially in areas with diverse terrain.3)The spatial pattern of land price exhibits a significant correlated to the economic and administrative levels.4)Shrinking cities significantly negatively impact on the overall land price(ATT=–0.1241,P<0.05).However,the extent of the effect varies significantly among different spatial *** study contributes novel insights into the investigation of land prices and shrinking cities,ultimately serving as a foundation for government efforts to promote the sustainable development of urban areas.
