The professor wei-hua ZHANG’s experiences in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with"warmingunblocking needling method"was introduced in this *** believes that obstruction is the crucial in pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea no matter of the excess or the deficiency *** and unblocking principle is the essential in ***,an unique therapeutic method is innovated,named warming-unblocking needling method,including three-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Sanyinjiao(三阴交SP6),two-layer rotating warming-unblocking technique at Zhongji(中极CV3)and one-layer and two-direction warming needling technique at Ciliao(次髎BL32).In this set of needling procedure,acupoint is viewed as a three-dimensional hierarchical structure.A layered and multidirectional needling technique is adopted at main acupoints to enhance the sensations of diqi and to generate heat effect in the ***,moxibustion is combined to intensify warming and unblocking ***,the supplementary acupoints are used in response to *** of the acupoints coordinately warm up the uterus,promote meridian circulation and stop ***,this therapeutic method achieves relatively excellent effect and deserves to be promoted in practice.

Nitric oxide(NO)is a crucial signaling molecule that regulates a wide range of metabolic pathways in different strata of *** plants,nitrate reductase(NR)is a key enzyme for NO *** are two NR-encoding genes in Arabidopsis genome,NIA1 and NIA2,which are precisely regulated and expressed in a tissue-specific *** this study,we found that the natural antisense transcript as-NIA1,transcribed from the 30 UTR of NIA1,stabilizes NIA1 mRNA to maintain its circadian oscillation in plants grown under the light/dark ***,as-NIA1-dependent NIA1 mRNA stability is indispensable for NIA1-mediated NO biosynthesis in guard cells and natural stomatal ***,we revealed that polypyrimidine tract-binding 3(PTB3)regulates the stabilization of NIA1 mRNA by directly binding to UC-rich elements of *** further found that MTA deposits N^(6)-methyladenosine(m6 A)on as-NIA1,facilitating the as-NIA1-PTB3 interaction in vivo,in agreement with RNA structure prediction in that m6 Amediated structural alterations expose the UC-rich elements to enhance the accessibility of *** together,these findings reveal a novel molecular mechanism by which plants precisely manipulate NO biosynthesis to modulate light/dark-regulated stomatal movement,highlighting the coupling of RNA epigenetic modifications and structures shaping RNA-protein interactions in the regulation of hormone biosynthesis.

Background:We investigated the similarities and differences between two experimental approaches using tachy-pacing technology to induce desynchronized heart failure in ***:A total of eight dogs were included in the experiment,four were tachypaced in right ventricle apex (RVAP) and 4 were paced in right atrium after the ablation of left bundle branch to achieve left bundle branch block (RAP+LBBB).Three weeks of follow-up were conducted to observe the changes in cardiac function and myocardial staining was performed at the end of the ***:Both experimental approaches successfully established heart failure with reduced ejection fraction models,with similar trends in declining cardiac *** RAP+LBBB group exhibited a prolonged overall ventricular activation time, delayed left ventricular activation,and lesser impact on the right *** RVAP approach led to a reduction in overall right ventricular compliance and right ve ntricular *** RAP+LBBB group exhibited significant reductions in left heart compliance (LVGLS,%:RAP+LBBB-12.60±0.12 to-5.93±1.25;RVAP-13.28±0.62to-8.05±0.63, p=0.023;LASct,%:RAP+LBBB-15.75±6.85 to-1.50±1.00;RVAP-15.75±2.87 to-10.05±6.16,p=0.035).Histological examination revealed more pronounced fibrosis in the left ventricular wall and left atrium in the RAP+LBBBgroup while the RVAP group showed more prominent fibrosis in the right ventricular ***:Both approaches establish HFrEF models with comparable *** RVAP group shows impaired right ventricular function,while the RAP+LBBB group exhibits more severe decreased compliance and fibrosis in left ventricle.

A high saturation magnetic flux density(Bs)is essential for the development of Fe-based amorphous alloys for electromagnetic devices and ***,achieving a high Bs often compromises the glass-forming ability(GFA)of Fe-based amorphous *** study investigates the effects of ferromagnetic elements(Fe,Co,and Ni)on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe86B7C7 amorphous alloys through experiments and ab initio molecular dynamics *** analyzing both the experimental and simulation results,the relationship between the atomic structures,GFA,and magnetic properties of these amorphous alloys was *** results indicate that the GFA of the alloys is correlated with the proportion of icosahedral and body-centered cubic *** addition of Co and Ni not only improved the GFA of the alloys but also effectively increased the overall magnetic moment with an appropriate amount of Co and a small amount of *** increase in the magnetic moment primarily arises from the enhancement of the magnetic moment of Fe atoms,resulting from the redistribution between the spin-up and spin-down electrons of Fe-3d orbits,as well as the strong exchange interactions between Fe and Co and Fe–Ni *** results obtained offer valuable insights into the correlation between the atomic structure and magnetic properties of these amorphous alloys and suggest potential directions for the optimization of Fe-based amorphous alloys.

Diabetes is highly prevalent among the elderly worldwide,with the highest number of diabetes cases in ***,the management of diabetes remains *** advances in digital health technologies have facilitated the establishment of smart wards for diabetes *** is a lack of smart wards tailored specifically for older diabetes patients who encounter unique challenges in glycemic control and diabetes management,including an increased vulnerability to hypoglycemia,the presence of multiple chronic diseases,and cognitive *** this review,studies on digital health technologies for diabetes in China and beyond were summarized to elucidate how the adoption of digital health technologies,such as real-time continuous glucose monitoring,sensor-augmented pump technology,and their integration with 5th generation networks,big data cloud storage,and hospital information systems,can address issues specifically related to elderly diabetes patients in hospital ***,the challenges and future directions for establishing and implementing smart wards for elderly diabetes patients are discussed,and these challenges may also be applicable to other countries worldwide,not just in *** together,the smart wards may enhance clinical outcomes,address specific issues,and eventually improve patient-centered hospital care for elderly patients with diabetes.

分数槽集中绕组(fractional slot concentrated winding,FSCW)具有模块化定子和单齿缠绕的绕组形式,内置式永磁转子具有较小的永磁磁通和故障电流。为了实现良好的容错性能,文中将FSCW与内置式永磁转子结合,并采用多三相绕组结构来实现电机的容错能力。同时,还研究电机可行的槽极组合,对电机的磁动势谐波、转矩、凸极率、电感特性、容错能力等性能进行详细的分析与比较,总结电磁性能与容错能力随槽极组合变化的规律。研究结果表明,当极槽数接近时,电机表现出最佳的电磁性能,而容错能力则随着转子极数的增加而增强。最后,通过加工和测试18s14p内置式分数槽集中式绕组电机原型样机来验证分析的正确性。

BACKGROUND Regulator of G protein signaling(RGS)proteins participate in tumor formation and metastasis by acting on theα-subunit of heterotrimeric G *** speci-fic effect of RGS,particularly RGS4,on the progression of gastric cancer(GC)is not yet *** To explore the role and underlying mechanisms of action of RGS4 in GC *** The prognostic significance of RGS4 in GC was analyzed using bioinformatics based public databases and verified by immunohistochemistry and quantitative polymerase chain reaction in 90 patients with *** assays were employed to assess the carcinogenic impact of RGS4,and the mechanism of its possible influence was detected by western blot analysis.A nude mouse xenograft model was established to study the effects of RGS4 on GC growth in *** RGS4 was highly expressed in GC tissues compared with matched adjacent normal *** RGS4 expression was correlated with increased tumor-node-metastasis stage,increased tumor grade as well as poorer overall survival in patients with *** experiments demonstrated that RGS4 knockdown suppressed GC cell proliferation,migration and ***,xenograft experiments confirmed that RGS4 silencing significantly inhibited tumor ***,RGS4 knockdown resulted in reduced phosphorylation levels of focal adhesion kinase,phosphatidyl-inositol-3-kinase,and protein kinase B,decreased vimentin and N-cadherin,and elevated *** High RGS4 expression in GC indicates a worse prognosis and RGS4 is a prognostic ***4 influences tumor progression via the focal adhesion kinase/phosphatidyl-inositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B pathway and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

“双碳”目标视域下,探究企业ESG(Environmental、Social and Governance)行为对碳排放的作用机理具有重要意义。考虑ESG行为存在表面上顺应迎合而实质上“言行不一”,构建了划分ESG行为类别的动态随机一般均衡(DSGE)模型,研究实质性ESG行为与策略性ESG行为对碳排放等宏观经济因素的动态传导机制。研究发现:相比难以实现碳减排的策略性ESG行为,企业采取实质性ESG行为能够显著降低碳排放量且对宏观经济有正向影响,推动经济向低碳绿色转型,实现减排与经济发展的“共赢”。企业实质性ESG行为对碳减排与经济增长的影响机制为:(1)内部资本投入机制:企业采取实质性ESG行为对碳减排技术研发投入形成溢出效应,且实质性ESG行为激励企业将生产要素投入由高碳产品转移到低碳产品,以实现“增低碳降高碳”,达到碳减排与经济增长的协调统一;(2)外部政策激励机制:企业采取实质性ESG行为可获得更多的政府碳减排补贴,促使企业增加低碳产出投入,实现外部政策激励与内部低碳转型的协同效应;(3)金融机构信贷优惠机制:企业采取实质性ESG行为能够激发金融机构对其实行差异化信贷优惠利率,增加企业碳减排技术的研发投入,推动绿色金融与绿色技术的协同发展。研究为辨识ESG行为类别推动企业低碳转型发展提供理论依据与政策启示。

Multiband afterglow observations of gamma-ray bursts（GRBs） are important for studying the central ***201223A is a GRB with prompt optical detection by GW *** we report on the early optical afterglow of GRB 201223A detected by NEXT（only 2.8 minutes after the Swift/BAT trigger）,which smoothly connects the prompt optical emission and the afterglow *** Amati diagrams and considering the detection of afterglow emission in the Swift u-band,we suggest a redshift range of *** on our optical data and combined with early optical observation from GW AC and early X-ray data from Swift/XRT,a multiband fitting is performed using PyFRS,and we obtain the best afterglow parameters（assuming a redshift of z=1.0）:EK,iso=5.01-1.70+1.91× 1054erg,Γ0=426.58-138.18+148.86,θj=25.98-10.54+9.67deg,n0=0.30-0.26+3.78cm-3,p=2.32-0.01+0.01,εe=3.31-0.86+1.59× 10-5,εB=3.47-2.62+4.12× *** late-time X-ray shows a re-brightening,indicating late-time central engine *** comparing the leading two central engine models,i.e.,magnetar model and hyperaccreting black hole model,we find that the fallback accretion onto a newborn black hole provides a better explanation for the X-ray re-brightening with fallback accretion rate Mp（■）2.76 × 10-9M⊙s-1and the total fallback accreted mass Mfb（■）1.41 × 10-6M⊙.
