Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),a prevalent solid carcinoma of significant concern,is an aggressive and often fatal disease with increasing global incidence rates and poor therapeutic *** etiology and pathological progression of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)-related HCC is multifactorial and ***,no single animal model can accurately mimic the full NASH-related HCC pathological progression,posing considerable challenges to transition and mechanistic ***,a novel conditional inducible wild-type human HRAS overexpressed mouse model(HRAS-HCC)was established,demonstrating 100%morbidity and mortality within approximately one month under normal dietary and lifestyle *** symptoms of HCC such as ascites,thrombus,internal hemorrhage,jaundice,and lung metastasis were successfully replicated in ***-depth pathological features of NASH-related HCC were demonstrated by pathological staining,biochemical analyses,and typical marker gene *** murine anti-PD-1 and sorafenib treatment effectively prolonged mouse survival,further confirming the accuracy and reliability of the *** on protein-protein interaction(PPI)network and RNA sequencing analyses,we speculated that overexpression of HRAS may initiate the THBS1-COL4A3 axis to induce NASH with severe fibrosis,with subsequent progression to ***,our study successfully duplicated natural sequential progression in a single murine model over a very short period,providing an accurate and reliable preclinical tool for therapeutic evaluations targeting the NASH to HCC continuum.

The present study aimed at investigating the possible effects of β-elemene on the progression of atherosclerosis in a rabbit model. The rabbit atherosclerosis model was established by the combination of balloon angioplasty-induced endothelial injury and an atherogenic diet fed to the rabbits. New Zealand White rabbits were randomly divided into four groups(8/group): the normal control group(fed with normal chow diet), and three experimental groups, placebo group, atorvastatin group, and β-elemene group(received the atherogenic diet). After two weeks on the diet, the three experimental groups underwent balloon injury at right common carotid artery and were treated with drugs or placebo for five weeks. Serum lipids were measured. Carotid artery lesions were isolated for histological and immunohistochemical analysis. In vitro, RAW264.7 macrophages were pretreated with β-elemene and ox-LDL for 24 h and the viability of macrophages was assayed using the MTT method. TNF-α and IL-6 were also determined. Compared with the control group, the thickness of the atherosclerosis lesion in the placebo group was significantly increased; The thickness the drug treatment groups were significantly decreased, compared with that of the placebo group. The infiltration of macrophage was markedly reduced in the β-elemene group compared with that of the placebo group. β-Elemene treatment also reduced the levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C, compared with the placebo group. β-elemene decreased the TNF-α and IL-6 levels in vitro. In conclusion, our results demonstrated that β-elemene retarded the progression of atherosclerosis in vivo and in vitro, which may be related to the capacity of β-elemene to reduce the infiltration of macrophages and suppress inflammatory factors.

近年来举世闻名的四川省广汉三星堆遗址一系列重大的考古新发现引起了海内外的高度关注。但是,关于三星堆遗址最早的发现年代,却一直没有定论。对此,以往常见1931年和1929年两说,近年来又有1927年的推论。根据四川大学博物馆(前华西协合大学博物馆)收藏的第一手档案资料——葛维汉《汉州发掘日记》英文手稿,同时结合既往的研究史,可以对这个问题给出一个明确的意见,即广汉三星堆月亮湾遗址最早发现于1927年。

“产出导向法”研究在国内已有近十年发展历史,但诸多实验研究结果存在差异。为进一步探讨“产出导向法”教学有效性及其潜在的调节变量,本研究运用元分析方法对27项“产出导向法”外语教学实证研究进行整合性分析。研究发现:1)“产出导向法”对提升外语教学效果具有显著正向影响;2)教学内容和学习者类型在不同程度上对教学效果产生调节作用;3)教学周期、教学模式和目标语言不是教学效果的显著调节变量。研究结果对优化“产出导向法”教学、推进“产出导向法”研究具有一定启示意义。

SOHO(small office/home office)routers provide services for end devices to connect to the Internet,playing an important role in ***,security vulnerabilities pervasively exist in these routers,especially in the web server modules,greatly endangering end *** discover these vulnerabilities,fuzzing web server modules of SOHO routers is the most popular ***,its effectiveness is limited due to the lack of input specification,lack of routers’internal running states,and lack of testing environment recovery ***,existing works for device fuzzing are more likely to detect memory corruption *** this paper,we propose a solution ESRFuzzer to address these *** is a fully automated fuzzing framework for testing physical SOHO *** continuously and effectively generates test cases by leveraging two input semantic models,i.e.,KEY-VALUE data model and CONF-READ communication model,and automatically recovers the testing environment with power *** also coordinates diversified mutation rules with multiple monitoring mechanisms to trigger multi-type *** the guidance of the two semantic models,ESRFuzzer can work in two ways:general mode fuzzing and D-CONF mode *** mode fuzzing can discover both issues which occur in the CONF and READ operation,while D-CONF mode fuzzing focus on the READ-op issues especially missed by general mode *** ran ESRFuzzer on 10 popular routers across five *** total,it discovered 136 unique issues,120 of which have been confirmed as 0-day vulnerabilities we *** an improvement of SRFuzzer,ESRFuzzer have discovered 35 previous undiscovered READ-op issues that belong to three vulnerability types,and 23 of them have been confirmed as 0-day vulnerabilities by *** experimental results show that ESRFuzzer outperforms state-of-the-art solutions in terms of types and number of vulnerabilities found.

利用CHFS 2015—2019年的追踪数据,构建家庭生活消费的分层指标,研究新时期男性退休对家庭生活消费的影响。结果表明,男性退休对家庭生活消费存在显著正向影响,对其一级维度指标物质生存消费和精神发展消费也存在显著正向效应。同时,男性退休显著增加了家庭食物、衣着、文娱和旅游消费支出,说明男性退休对家庭生活消费及其一级维度指标的显著影响具有特定经济意义。异质性分析结果表明,当家庭收入/储蓄较高、家庭所处地区的数字普惠金融发展水平较高以及家庭结构表现为丁克家庭时,男性退休对家庭生活消费的促进作用更加明显。

Investigation on heat-transfer-coefficient between aluminum alloy and organic/inorganic sand mold based on inverse method

A kind of cylinder sand mold was designed to investigate the heat-transfer-coefficients (HTCs) between aluminum alloy and organic/inorganic binder bonded sand mold during the solidification processes. Temperature during the solidification process was recorded and input into the simulation software. The inverse model of MAGMA was used to calculate the HTC based on the actual temperature. Results show that the temperature of the inorganic sand mold increased faster than the organic sand mold;while the temperature of the casting part with the inorganic sand mold decreased faster. The optimal HTCs between Al and the organic/ inorganic sand mold are confirmed to be 300 to 700 and 1000 to 1800 W·m^-2·K^-1, respectively, along with the change of solid-liquid phase line. The simulated temperature curves show the same trend as the measured ones. The maximum deviation between the two temperature curves are 17.32℃ and 18.77℃ for castings by inorganic and organic sand molds.
