Th. arginine-vasopressin (AVP) h.rmone plays a pivotal role in regulating various ph.siological processes, such.as h.rmone secretion, cardiovascular modulation, and social beh.vior. Recent studies h.ve h.gh.igh.ed th. V1a receptor as a promising th.rapeutic target. In-depth.insigh.s into V1a receptor-related path.logies, attained th.ough.in vivo imaging and quantification in both.periph.ral organs and th. central nervous system (CNS), could significantly advance th. development of effective V1a inh.bitors. To address th.s need, we develop a novel V1a-targeted positron emission tomograph. (PET) ligand, [F-18]V1A-2303 ([F-18]8), wh.ch.demonstrates favorable in vitro binding affinity and selectivity for th. V1a receptor. Specific tracer binding in periph.ral tissues was also confirmed th.ough.rigorous cell uptake studies, autoradiograph., biodistribution assessments. Furth.rmore, [F-18]8 was employed in PET imaging and arterial blood sampling studies in h.alth. rh.sus monkeys to assess its brain permeability and specificity, wh.le-body distribution, and kinetic properties. Our research.indicated [F-18]8 as a valuable tool for noninvasively studying V1a receptors in periph.ral organs, and as a foundational element for th. development of next-generation, brain-penetrant ligands specifically designed for th. CNS.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h.ve attracted widespread attention due to th.ir regular structures,multiple material centers,and various *** are always considered as one kind of ideal templates for developing h.gh.y sensitive and selective gas *** th.s study,th. advantages of MOFs with.th. h.gh.specific surface area(71.9891 m^(2)·g^(-1))and uniform morph.logy were fully utilized,and urch.n-like SnO_(2) nanowires were obtained by th. h.droth.rmal meth.d followed by th. calcination using Sn-MOFs consisting of th. ligand of C_(9)h.(6)O_(6)(h.(3)BTC)and Sn/Ce center ions as sacrificial *** unique urch.n-like nanowire structure facilitated gas diffusion and adsorption,resulting in superior gas sensitivity.A series of Ce-doped SnO_(2) nanowires with.different doping ratios were synth.sized,and th.ir gas sensing properties towards formaldeh.de were *** resulted Ce-SnO_(2) was revealed to h.ve h.gh.sensitivity(201.2 at 250℃),rapid response(4 s),long-term stability,and good repeatability for formaldeh.de sensing,and th. gas sensing mech.nism of Ce-SnO_(2) exposed to formaldeh.de was also systematically discussed.

Ach.eving versatile room temperature ph.sph.rescence （RTP） materials, especially with.tunable mech.nical properties and sh.pe memory is attractive and essential but rarely reported. h.re, a strategy was reported to realize multi-functional RTP films with.multicolor fluorescence, ultralong afterglow, adjustable mech.nical properties, and sh.pe memory th.ough.th. synergistic dynamic interaction of lanth.nide（LnⅢ）-terpyridine coordination, borate ester bonds, and h.drogen bondings in a poly（vinyl alcoh.l）(PVA) matrix. By varying th. amount of borax,th. mech.nical properties of th. films could be finely controlled due to th. ch.nge of crosslinking degree of dynamic borate ester bonds in *** assembly and disassembly of borate ester bonds upon th. trigger of borax and acid were applied as reversible linkage to ach.eve programmable sh.pe memory beh.vior. In addition, th. films displayed both.fascinating multicolor fluorescence and ultralong afterglow ch.racteristics due to th. presence of Ln III doping and confinement of terpyridine in PVA. Th.s study provides a new avenue to impart modulable mech.nical strength.and sh.pe memory to RTP materials.

Th. recently discovered ATi_(3)Bi_(5)(A=Cs,Rb)exh.bit intriguing quantum ph.nomena including superconductivity,electronic nematicity,and abundant topological ***_(3)Bi_(5)present promising platforms for studying kagome superconductivity,band topology,and ch.rge orders in parallel with.*** th.s work,we compreh.nsively analyze various properties of ATi_(3)Bi_(5)covering superconductivity under pressure and doping,band topology under pressure,th.rmal conductivity,h.at capacity,electrical resistance,and spin h.ll conductivity(Sh.)using first-principles *** superconducting transition temperature(Tc)of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)and RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)at ambient pressure are about 1.85 and 1.92 *** subject to pressure,Tc of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)exh.bits a special valley and dome sh.pe,wh.ch.arises from quasi-two-dimensional compression to th.ee-dimensional isotropic compression with.n th. context of an overall decreasing ***,Tc of RbTi_(3)Bi_(5)can be effectively enh.nced up to 3.09 K by tuning th. kagome van h.ve singularities(Vh.s)and flat band th.ough.*** can also induce abundant topological surface states at th. Fermi energy(EF)and tune Vh.s across ***,our transport calculations are in excellent agreement with.recent experiments,confirming th. absence of ch.rge density ***,Sh. of CsTi_(3)Bi_(5)can reach.up to 226h.(e·Ω·cm)^(-1)at *** work provides a timely and detailed analysis of th. rich.ph.sical properties for ATi_(3)Bi_(5),offering valuable insigh.s for furth.r experimental verifications and investigations in th.s field.
