城乡居民膳食硒摄入水平研究

目的：分析浙江省城乡居民膳食硒摄入状况，探讨影响膳食硒摄入低的相关因素。方法对浙江省2010-2012年大城市、中小城市和农村中抽取的2659名居民进行3天24小时膳食调查，分析浙江省城乡居民膳食硒摄入水平。结果1岁~、4岁~、7岁~、11岁~、14岁~、18岁~、45岁~和60岁~各年龄组平均每日膳食硒摄入量分别为21.96、26.39、31.62、35.26、29.39、41.78、39.12和38.40μg，其中有42.56%的未成年人和52.09%的成年人膳食摄入的硒含量未达到平均需要量（ EAR）。单因素分析显示：膳食硒摄入正常组与低于EAR组的年龄、性别、地区、文化程度、年人均收入、体育锻炼和吸烟因素差异均有统计学意义（ P〈0.01）。多因素Logistic回归分析表明，女性（OR=1.86，95%CI：1.59~2.63）、农村（OR=1.46，95%CI：1.23~1.73）、低文化（OR=0.70，95%CI：0.57~0.86）和低收入（OR=0.72，95%CI：0.60~0.88）是影响浙江省城乡膳食硒未达到EAR的相关因素。结论浙江省城乡居民膳食硒未达到EAR的影响因素可能是性别、地区、文化程度和人均收入，应倡导重点人群通过多种途径补充微量元素硒。

Tetrahydrobiopterin(BH4)is an essential co-factor in the biosynthesis of monoamine neurotransmitters.A nano-Pt/Pd modified electrode as the electrochemical detector(ED)for high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)coupled with microdialysis sampling,is used to explore the effect of administration of BH4 on the monoamine neurotransmitters in the rat *** researches demonstrate that the contents of dopamine(DA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA)and homovanillic acid(HVA)increase significantly with the administration of *** pharmaceutical kinetics is carried out to research into the time course of BH_(4) effect on the concentration of monoamine neurotransmitters in rat striatum,which pro-vides reliable data for pathology and pharmacology research on neuroscience.

Identification of micro RNAs in six solanaceous plants and their potential link with phosphate and mycorrhizal signalings

To date, only a limited number of solanaceous miRNAs have been deposited in the miRNA database. Here,Rgenome-wide bioinformatic identification of miRNAs was performed in six solanaceous plants（potato, tomato, tobacco,eggplant, pepper, and petunia）. A total of 2,239 miRNAs were identified following a range of criteria, of which 982 were from potato, 496 from tomato, 655 from tobacco, 46 from eggplant,45 were from pepper, and 15 from petunia. The sizes of miRNA families and miRNA precursor length differ in all the ***, 620 targets were predicted, which could be functionally classified as transcription factors, metabolic enzymes, RNA and protein processing proteins, and other proteins for plant growth and development. We also showed evidence for miRNA clusters and sense and antisense miR ***, five Pi starvation- and one arbuscular mycorrhiza（AM）-related cis-elements were found widely distributed in the putative promoter regions of the miRNA genes. Selected miRNAs were classified into three groups based on the presence or absence of P1BS and MYCScis-elements, and their expression in response to Pi starvation and AM symbiosis was validated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（qRT-PCR）. These results show that conserved miRNAs exist in solanaceous species and they might play pivotal roles in plant growth, development, and stress responses.

While CrylAc has been known to bind with larval midgut proteins cad- herin, APN （amino peptidase N）, ALP （alkaline phosphatase） and ABCC2 （adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter subfamily C2）, little is known about the recep- tors of Cry2Ab. To provide a clue to the receptors of Cry2Ab, we tested the baseline cytotoxicity of activated Cry 1Ac and Cry2Ab against the midgut and fat body cell lines of Helicoverpa zea and the ovary cell line ofSpodopterafrugiperda （SFg）. As expected, the descending order of cytotoxicity of CrylAc against the three cell lines in terms of 50% lethal concetration （LC50） was midgut （31.0μg/mL）〉 fat body （59.0μg/mL） and SF9 cell （99.6μg/mL）. By contrast, the fat body cell line （LC50 = 7.55μg/mL） was about twice more susceptible to Cry2Ab than the midgut cell line （16.0/xg/mL）, the susceptibility of which was not significantly greater than that of SF9 cells （27.0μg/mL）. Further, ligand blot showed the binding differences between CrylAc and Cry2Ab in the three cell lines. These results indicated that the receptors of Cry2Ab were enriched in fat body cells and thus largely different from the receptors of CrylAc, which were enriched in midgut cells.

Precipitation Behavior and Its Strengthening Effect of X100 Pipeline Steel

Using TEM （transmisson electron microscopy）, electron diffraction, EDX （energy dispersive X-ray） analysis and physicochemical phase analysis, the morphology, crystal structure, size distribution and chemical composition of precipitates in the microstructure of high strength Nb-microalloyed Xl00 pipeline steel were investigated, and the strengthening effect of precipitation was quantitatively calculated with Ashhy-Orowan correction model. The precipitates obtained in X100 pipeline steel can be divided into two kinds：＂complex＂ and ＂single＂ particles by morphology. The EDX analysis of ＂single＂ precipitates reveals that the chemical composition matches well with particle dimensions, especially the Nb to Ti ratio regularly decreases with the increase of particle size. The yield strength increments in the way of precipitation strengthening of X100 pipeline steel reached about 52 MPa, suggesting that the precipitation strengthening is not the dominative strengthening mechanism for X100 pipeline steel.

以甜玉米品种‘申科甜811’为试验材料,设置5个氮肥施用量处理(0、100、200、300、400 kg∕hm^(2)),研究氮肥施用量对其农艺性状及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:甜玉米‘申科甜811’株高、穗位高、双穗率、穗重和穗长等农艺性状与氮肥施用量存在显著的正响应关系。穗重受氮肥施用量的影响最为明显,其以有限指数增长的模式响应氮肥施用量的增加,当氮肥施用量小于100 kg∕hm^(2)时,穗重对氮肥的正响应程度较高,当氮肥施用量大于100 kg∕hm^(2)时,穗重对氮肥的正响应程度显著降低。氮肥施用量在100—200 kg∕hm^(2)时可以显著提高甜玉米‘申科甜811’株高、穗位高、双穗率、穗重和穗长,并有效降低空秆率和秃尖长度,增加籽粒中可溶性糖含量,提高甜玉米的产量和商品性。

口腔基础课开展双语教学的调查分析

为了探索口腔基础课的教学模式,通过问卷的方式调查分析口腔临床医学五、七年制学生对口腔基础课开展双语教学的态度和要求。结果表明56.52%的学生认为口腔基础课应逐步开展双语教学,94%的学生认为基础医学专业词汇缺乏;而教师英语水平的提高及合适的双语教材的编写成为能否有效开展双语教学的关键所在。因此口腔基础课在有充分师资准备及合适教材的基础上可以逐步开展双语教学。

In Mandarin Chinese,when the noun head appears in the context,a quantity noun phrase can be reduced to a quantity phrase with the noun head *** phrase structure is called elliptical quantity noun *** automatic recovery of elliptical quantity noun phrase is crucial in syntactic parsing,semantic representation and other downstream *** this paper,we propose a hybrid neural network model to identify the semantic category for elliptical quantity noun phrases and realize the recovery of omitted semantics by supplementing concept ***,we use BERT to generate character-level ***,Bi-LSTM is applied to capture the context information of each character and compress the input into the context memory *** CNN is utilized to capture the local semantics of n-grams with various *** on the Chinese Abstract Meaning Representation(CAMR)corpus and Xinhua News Agency corpus,we construct a hand-labeled elliptical quantity noun phrase dataset and carry out the semantic recovery of elliptical quantity noun phrase on this *** experimental results show that our hybrid neural network model can effectively improve the performance of the semantic complement for the elliptical quantity noun phrases.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the influence of spleen deficiency on the epithelial barrier of jejunum and lungs in a rat model of spleen-deficiency and the effect and potential specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) mechanism of chiropractic manipulation. METHODS: Three-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into normal control group (n = 6), spleen-deficiency group (n = 5) and chiropractic group (n = 6). Spleen-deficiency model was induced in spleen-deficiency group and chiropractic group. Moreover, chiropractic manipulation was performed in chiropractic group. Four weeks later, systemic Th1/Th2 balance was evaluated by the ratio of plasma interferon (IFN)-γ/interleukin (IL)-4 levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Epithelial barrier integrity were assessed by the observation of morphological changes by hematoxylin-eosin staining and zonula occludens (ZO)-1 gene expressions by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction in jejunum and lungs. Plasma resolvin D1 (RvD1) and lipoxin A4 (LXA4) levels were measures by ELISA for endogenous SPMs production. The levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA) in jejunum and lungs were also measured by HPLC-MS/ MS. RESULTS: Comparing with normal control group, spleen-deficiency group showed disrupted mucosa in jejunum, inflammatory condition in lungs, significantly decreased ratio of plasma IFN-γ/IL-4 levels and lower expressions of ZO-1 mRNA in both jejunum and lung tissues. Comparing with spleen-deficiency group, chiropractic group had less disrupted mucosa in jejunum and inflammatory condition in lungs, significantly increased systemic ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 and expressions of ZO-1 mRNA in both jejunum and lung tissues. Chiropractic group had significantly enhanced plasma levels of RvD1 and LXA4, but had no significantly higher levels of DHA and AA in jejunum and lungs when comparing with spleen-deficiency group.
