t.e insect.mit.g.nome is t.pically a compact.circular molecule wit. hig.ly conserved g.ne ***,mit.g.nome st.uct.ral variat.ons have been report.d in specific t.xa,and g.ne rearrang.ment.,usually t.e t.NAs,occur in different.*** synapomorphies of mit.g.nome org.nizat.ons can provide informat.on for phylog.net.c inferences,comparat.ve analyses of mit.g.nomes have been g.ven increasing.***,most.st.dies use a very few species t. represent.t.e whole g.nus,t.ibe,family,or even order,overlooking.pot.nt.al variat.ons at.lower t.xonomic levels,which mig.t.lead t. some incorrect.*** provide new insig.t. int. mit.g.nome org.nizat.ons and t.eir implicat.ons for phylog.net.c inference,t.is st.dy conduct.d comparat.ve analyses for mit.g.nomes of t.ree social bee t.ibes(Meliponini,Bombini,and Apini)based on t.e phylog.net.c framework wit. denser t.xonomic sampling.at.t.e species and populat.on *** analyses revealed t.at.mit.g.nomes of Apini and Bombini are t.e t.pical t.pe,while t.ose of Meliponini show diverse variat.ons in mit.g.nome sizes and *** invert.d repeat.(IRs)cause sig.ificant.g.ne rearrang.ment. of prot.in coding.g.nes(PCg.)and rRNAs in Indo-Malay/Aust.alian st.ng.ess bee *** evolut.on analyses showed t.at.t.e lineag. wit. IRs have lower dN/dS rat.os for PCg. t.an lineag.s wit.out.IRs,indicat.ng.pot.nt.al effect. of IRs on t.e evolut.on of mit.chondrial *** finding.of IRs and different.pat.erns of g.ne rearrang.ment. sug.est.d t.at.Meliponini is a hot.pot.in mit.g.nome *** conserved PCg. and rRNAs whose rearrang.ment. were found only in t.e ment.oned lineag.s wit.in Meliponini,t.NA rearrang.ment. are common across all t.ree t.ibes of social bees,and are sig.ificant.even at.t.e species level,indicat.ng.t.at.comprehensive sampling.is needed t. fully underst.nd t.e pat.erns of t.NA rearrang.ment.,and t.eir implicat.ons for phylog.net.c inference.

A met.mat.rial vibrat.on isolat.r, t.rmed as wave-insulat.ng.isolat.r, is proposed, which preserves enoug. load-bearing.capabilit. and offers ult.a-low and broad bandg.ps for g.eat.y enhanced wave insulat.on. It.consist. of plat.-shaped met.cells,whose symmet.ic and ant.symmet.ic local resonant.modes offer several low and broad mode bandg.ps alt.oug. t.e complet. bandg.p remains hig. and narrow. t.e bandg.p mechanisms, vibrat.on isolat.on propert.es, effect. of key paramet.rs, and robust.ess t. complex condit.ons are clarified. As experiment.lly demonst.at.d, t.e wave-insulat.ng.isolat.r can improve t.e vibrat.on insulat.on in t.e rang.s of [50 Hz, 180 Hz] and [260 Hz,400 Hz] by 15 dB and 25 dB, respect.vely, in cont.ast.t. t.e convent.onal isolat.r wit. t.e same first.resonant.frequency.
