Background The prospective association of dietary thiamine intake with the risk of cognitive decline among the general older adults remains *** To investigate the association between dietary thiamine intake and cognitive decline in cognitively healthy,older Chinese *** The study included a total of 3106 participants capable of completing repeated cognitive function *** nutrient intake information was collected through 3-day dietary recalls and using a 3-day food-weighed method to assess cooking oil and condiment *** decline was defined as the 5-year decline rate in global or composite cognitive scores based on a subset of items from the Telephone Interview for Cognitive *** The median follow-up duration was 5.9 *** was a J-shaped relationship between dietary thiamine intake and the 5-year decline rate in global and composite cognitive scores,with an inflection point of 0.68 mg/day(95%confidence interval(Cl):0.56 to 0.80)and a minimal risk at 0.60-1.00 mg/day of dietary thiamine *** the inflection point,thiamine intake was not significantly associated with cognitive *** the inflection point,each unit increase in thiamine intake(mg/day)was associated with a significant decrease of 4.24(95%Cl:2.22 to 6.27)points in the global score and 0.49(95%Cl:0.23 to 0.76)standard units in the composite score within 5 years.A stronger positive association between thiamine intake and cognitive decline was observed in those with hypertension,obesity and those who were non-smokers(all p<0.05).Conclusions This study revealed a J-shaped association between dietary thiamine intake and cognitive decline in cognitively healthy,older Chinese individuals,with an inflection point at 0.68 mg/day and a minimal risk at 0.60-1.00 mg/day of dietary thiamine intake.

The China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS) upgrade project(CSNS-Ⅱ) aims to enhance the beam power from 100 to 500 kW. A dual-harmonic accelerating method has been adopted to alleviate the stronger space-charge effect in rapid-cycling synchrotrons owing to the increased beam intensity. To satisfy the requirements of dual-harmonic acceleration, a new radiofrequency(RF) system based on a magnetic alloy-loaded cavity is proposed. This paper presents design considerations and experimental results regarding the performance evaluation of the proposed RF system through high-power tests and beam commissioning. The test results demonstrate that the RF system satisfies the desired specifications and affords significant benefits for CSNS-Ⅱ.

该研究以“裂叶”“狭长叶”“卵圆叶”及“大圆叶”4种不同叶型北苍术为试验材料,建立北苍术根茎中苍术素、白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇和苍术酮4种成分同时测定的方法;利用实时荧光定量PCR法(qRT-PCR)检测乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A还原酶(HMGR)和法呢基焦磷酸合酶(FPPS)3种生物合成关键酶基因的表达量,采用HPLC比较不同叶型北苍术中4种有效成分含量差异,并探讨有效成分含量与生物合成关键酶基因表达量二者的相关性。结果表明,苍术素、白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇和苍术酮分别在3.30~33.00μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997),12.04~120.40μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995),29.16~291.60μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995),14.20~142.00μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995)呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率分别为99.77%(RSD=2.1%),98.56%(RSD=1.2%),103.0%(RSD=1.2%),100.6%(RSD=1.5%),该方法结果准确,重复性好,可用于苍术素、白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇和苍术酮含量的同时测定。该研究结果表明,不同叶型北苍术中4种有效成分含量差异明显,裂叶苍术中苍术素、白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇含量均最高,质量分数分别为1.3419、5.2372、12.0843 mg·g^(-1);狭长叶苍术中苍术酮质量分数最高(5.4701 mg·g^(-1));卵圆叶苍术中苍术素、白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇和苍术酮含量均最低。4种有效成分总量由高到低依次为裂叶苍术>狭长叶苍术>大圆叶苍术>卵圆叶苍术。裂叶苍术中关键酶ACC、HMGR、FPPS基因表达量最高(P<0.05),卵圆叶苍术关键酶ACC、HMGR基因表达量最低(P<0.05),大圆叶苍术关键酶FPPS基因表达量最低。不同叶型北苍术中,关键酶基因ACC与聚乙炔类成分苍术素呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),关键酶基因HMGR、FPPS与倍半萜类成分白术内酯Ⅰ、β-桉叶醇和苍术酮均呈正相关关系。综上,不同叶型中裂叶北苍术品质最佳,且其药效成分苍术素的生物合成与关键酶ACC基因表达显著相关,这为筛选和优化北苍术种质资源,提高药材品质提供理论依据。

Traditionally,isoscaling has been interpreted and applied within the framework of the grand canonical ensemble,based on the assumption that fragment production occurs following the attainment of a statistical equilibrium ***,the influence of the symmetry energy can lead to differences in the neutron and density distribution in neutron-rich *** in turn may impact the iso scaling parameters(usually denoted byαandβ).We examine the isoscaling properties for neutron-rich fragments produced in highly asymmetric systems on inverse kinematics,namely^(40,48)Ca and ^(58,64)Ni+^(9)Be at 140 MeV per *** evaluate α and β values and sort them as a function of the neutron excess I≡*** significant differences in a extracted from fragments within different ranges of I emphasize the importance of understanding the dependence of isoscaling parameters on fragments generated in various collision ***,the|β(N)|/α(Z)value for a specific fragment in small size and highly iso spin asymmetry systems can serve as a probe to detect the variations in neutron density and proton density in different regions of the nucleus and indicate the limitations of theoretical models in investigating these issues.
