Graph conjoint attention(cAT)network is one of the best graph convolutional networks(GcNs)frameworks,which uses a weighting mechanism to identify important neighbor ***,this weighting mechanism is learned based on static information,which means it is susceptible to noisy nodes and edges,resulting in significant *** this paper,a method is proposed to obtain context dynamically based on random walk,which allows the context-based weighting mechanism to better avoid noise ***,the proposed context-based weighting mechanism is combined with the node content-based weighting mechanism of the graph attention(GAT)network to form a model based on a mixed weighting *** model is named as the context-based and content-based graph convolutional network(ccGcN).ccGcN can better discover important neighbors,eliminate noise edges,and learn node embedding by message *** show that ccGcN achieves state-of-the-art performance on node classification tasks in multiple datasets.

Animal body size variation is of particular interest in evolutionary biology,but the genetic basis remains largely *** studies have shown the presence of two parallel evolutionary genetic clusters within the fish genus Epinephelus with evident divergence in body size,providing an excellent opportunity to investigate the genetic basis of body size variation in ***,we performed phylotranscriptomic analysis and reconstructed the phylogeny of 13 epinephelids originating from the South china *** genetic clades with an estimated divergence time of approximately 15.4 million years ago were correlated with large and small body size,respectively.A total of 180 rapidly evolving genes and two positively selected genes were identified between the two *** enrichment analyses of these candidate genes revealed distinct enrichment categories between the two *** pathways and genes may play important roles in body size variation in groupers through complex regulatory *** on our results,we speculate that the ancestors of the two divergent groups of groupers may have adapted to different environments through habitat selection,leading to genetic variations in metabolic patterns,organ development,and lifespan,resulting in body size divergence between the two locally adapted *** findings provide important insights into the genetic mechanisms underlying body size variation in groupers and species differentiation.

Eight new guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid trimers,artemsieverolactones A—H,possessing unprecedented scaffolds via biocatalyzed[4+2]Diels−Alder cycloaddition reactions were identified from Artemisia *** structures were determined by comprehensive spectroscopic data,single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,and EcD *** terms of structure,artemsieverolactones A—H are first examples of sesquiterpenoid trimers from guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid through four different[4+2]Diels−Alder cycloaddition *** fibrosis assay suggested that five compounds exhibited activity against HSc-LX2 with Ic_(50)values ranging from 37.8 to 117.1μmol/*** most active artemsieverolactone B(2)displayed significant inhibitory activity against HSc-LX2 with Ic_(50)value of 37.8μmol/L,which was 3 times more active than the positive drug silybin(Ic_(50),139.7μmol/L).Preliminary mechanism study revealed that artemsieverolactone B could inhibit the deposition of human collagen typeⅠ(colⅠ),human hyaluronic acid(HA),and human laminin(HL)with Ic_(50)values of 40.4μmol/L(col I),55.1μmol/L(HL),47.3μmol/L(HA),which was 2 to 3-fold more potent than silybin.

Photocatalytic aerobic oxidation reactions are largely governed by the efficiency of charge separation and subsequent reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation. Herein, we report a polarization engineering strategy to promote the charge separation and ROS generation efficiency by substituting the benzene unit with furan/thiophene in porous organic polymers(POPs). Benefiting from the extent of local polarization, the thiophene-containing POP(JNU-218) exhibits the best photocatalytic performance in aerobic oxidation reactions, with a yield much higher than those for the furan-containing POP(JNU-217) and the benzenecontaining POP(JNU-216). Experimental studies and theoretical calculations reveal that the increase of local polarization can indeed reduce the exciton binding energy, and therefore facilitate the separation of electron-hole pairs. This work demonstrates a viable strategy to tune charge separation and ROS generation efficiency by modulating the dipole moments of the building blocks in porous polymeric organic semiconductors.

Toughening the petroleum-based epoxy resin blends with bio-based modifiers without compromising their modulus,mechanical strength,and other properties is still a big challenge in view of the *** this study,a bio-based liquid crystal epoxy resin(THMT-E P)with an s-triazine ring structure was utilized to modify a petroleum-based bisphenol A epoxy resin(E51)with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS)as a curing agent,and the blended systems were evaluated for their thermal stability,mechanical properties,and flame *** results showed that the impact strength of the blended system initially increased and then decreased with the increase in THMT-EP content,and it reached the a maximum value of 26.5 kJ/m^(2)when the THMT-EP content was 5%,which was 31.2%higher than that of E51/***,the flexural strength,modulus,and glass transition tem perature of the blended system were all simultaneously improved with the addition of *** the same time,the addition of THMT-EP enhanced the flame retardancy of the system by increasing the char yield at 700℃and decreasing the peak heat release rate and total heat release *** work paves the way for a more sustainable improvement in the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin.

With deployment of measurement units,fitting static equivalent models of distribution networks(DNs)by linear regression has been recognized as an effective method in power flow analysis of a transmission *** volatility of measurements caused by variable distributed renewable energy sources makes it more difficult to accurately fit such equivalent *** tackle this challenge,this letter proposes a novel data-driven method to improve equivalency accuracy of DNs with distributed energy *** letter provides a new perspective that an equivalent model can be regarded as a mapping from internal conditions and border voltages to border power *** mapping can be established through 1)Koopman operator theory,and 2)physical features of power flow equations at the root node of a *** of the proposed method is demonstrated on the IEEE 33-bus and IEEE 136-bus test systems connected to a 661-bus utility system.
