Glycerol(electrochemical) oxidation reaction(GOR) producing organic small molecule acid and coupling with hydrogen evolution reaction is a critical aspect of ensuring balanced glycerol capacity and promoting hydrogen generation on a large scale. However, the development of highly efficient and selective non-noble metal-based GOR electrocatalysts is still a key problem. Here, an S-doped CuO nanorod array catalyst(S-CuO/CF) constructed by sulfur leaching and oxidative remodeling is used to drive GOR at low potentials: It requires potentials of only 1.23 and 1.33 V versus RHE to provide currents of 100 and 500 mA cm^(-2), respectively. Moreover, it shows satisfactory comprehensive performance(at 100 mA cm^(-2), V_(cell) = 1.37 V) when assembled as the anode in asymmetric coupled electrolytic cell. Furthermore, we propose a detailed cycle reaction pathway(in alkaline environment) of S-doped CuO surface promoting GOR to produce formic acid and glycolic acid. Among them, the C–C bond breaking and lattice oxygen deintercalation steps frequently involved in the reaction pathway are the key factors to determine the catalytic performance and product selectivity. This research provides valuable guidance for the development of transition metal-based electrocatalysts for GOR and valuable insights into the glycerol oxidation cycle reaction pathway.

目的通过对甘肃省境内黄河流域地区的农村饮用水水质卫生状况分析,识别影响黄河流域甘肃省段农村饮用水安全的主要因素。方法通过“全国饮用水水质卫生监测信息系统”收集2014—2022年甘肃省境内黄河干流及较大支流流经的58县(区)的农村饮用水水质监测数据,采用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归分析影响黄河流域甘肃段农村饮用水水质的因素。结果2014—2022年共监测黄河流域甘肃段农村饮用水水样38076份,达标率为63.3%;影响达标率的主要指标为总大肠菌群,达标率为76.7%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,不同区域、水期、水源类型、供水类型及消毒与否均会影响农村饮用水水质达标率,其中与集中式供水、消毒、枯水期、地表水水样相比,分散式供水、不消毒、丰水期、地下水水样达标率较低,OR(95%CI)分别为1.794(1.601,2.011)、1.650(1.564,1.740)、1.317(1.262,1.374)和1.123(1.065,1.183);与黄土高原沟壑区相比,甘南高原草原区、黄土丘陵沟壑区水样达标率较高,OR(95%CI)分别为:0.795(0.756,0.835)、0.663(0.607,0.725)。结论黄河流域甘肃段农村饮用水水质有待改善,微生物污染是其主要卫生问题,供水类型及消毒与否作为影响水质状况的重要因素应引起重视,建议应因地制宜,多措并举保障农村饮水卫生安全。

Neutron radiography is a crucial nondestructive testing technology widely used in the aerospace,military,and nuclear ***,because of the physical limitations of neutron sources and collimators,the resulting neutron radiographic images inevitably exhibit multiple distortions,including noise,geometric unsharpness,and white ***,these distortions are particularly significant in compact neutron radiography systems with low neutron ***,in this study,we devised a multi-distortion suppression network that employs a modified generative adversarial network to improve the quality of degraded neutron radiographic *** neutron radiographic image datasets with various types and levels of distortion were built for the first time as multi-distortion suppression ***,the coordinate attention mechanism was incorporated into the backbone network to augment the capability of the proposed network to learn the abstract relationship between ideally clear and degraded *** experiments were performed;the results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress multiple distortions in real neutron radiographic images and achieve state-of-theart perceptual visual quality,thus demonstrating its application potential in neutron radiography.

Zeolite imidazole skeleton(ZIF-8)is a promising option for self-cleaning of building exterior walls due to its large specific surface area,high antibacterial activity and low ***,it suffers from low antibacterial efficiency and yield under visible light *** address the issues,we developed the photocatalytic materials T-ZIF-8-TDI(thermally treated-ZIF-8-toluene 2,4-diisocyanate)by modifying ZIF-8 with thermal oxygen sensitization and chemical *** results show that the yield of T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent is increased to 11.5 times of that of T-ZIF-8,while maintaining the crystal structure of T-ZIF-8 and thermal stability up to 60℃.Furthermore,T-ZIF-8-TDI exhibits extended optical response range to the nearinfrared region,significantly narrowed band gap,improved photogenerated elec tron-hole separation efficiency,reduced recombination rate,and excellent photocatalytic *** the concentration of antibacterial agent is 600 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for30 min,and when the concentration of antibacterial agent is 200 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for 25 *** also analyzed the reasons in detail from the aspects of bacterial species and antibacterial mechanism,and proposed the antibacterial mechanism of·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+)as the main active *** findings suggest that T-ZIF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent has potential for use in self-cleaning of building exterior walls.

BACKGROUND Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is recognized as the most effective surgical intervention for relieving pain and improving joint mobility and deformity in patients with knee osteoarthritis and other synovial *** application of accelerated postoperative rehabilitation(enhanced recovery after surgery)has demonstrated its efficacy in improving patient outcomes,and early postoperative joint function exercise has become a key prognostic factor in knee *** unexpected appearance of limb pain and swelling hindered the patient’s tendency for early mobilization,leading in prolonged hospitalization,delayed functional recovery and negative psychological responses.A retrospective analysis was conducted on a cohort of 116 patients who under-went TKA at our hospital between July 2019 and July *** patients were divided into two groups:A control group(n=58)receiving programmatic nur-sing,and an observed group(n=58)receiving programmed nursing combined with a collaborative nursing model.A pain management team consisting of attending physicians,head nurses,and responsible nurses was *** measures included visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,activities of daily living(ADL)scale scores,and functional *** ADL scores of patients in both groups exhibited a continuous ***,there was no statistically significant difference in the ADL scores between the two groups at 48 h and the 7th d post-surgery(P>0.05).Upon reexamination at the 3rd mo,the observation group demonstrated higher ADL scores compared to the control group(67.48±14.69 vs 59.40±16.06,P0.05).The functional status of patients in both groups exhibited a gradual increase prior to intervention and at the 1st,2nd,and 3rd month following discharge(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in knee joint function scores b

To investigate the relationship between grain sizes, seepage capacity, and oil-displacement efficiency in the Liushagang Formation of the Beibuwan Basin, this study identifies the multistage pore-throat structure as a crucial factor through a comparison of oil displacement in microscopic pore-throat experiments. The two-phase flow evaluation method based on the Li-Horne model is utilized to effectively characterize and quantify the seepage characteristics of different reservoirs, closely relating them to the distribution of microscopic pores and throats. It is observed that conglomerate sandstones at different stages exhibit significant heterogeneity and noticeable differences in seepage capacity, highlighting the crucial role played by certain large pore throats in determining seepage capacity and oil displacement efficiency. Furthermore, it was found that the displacement effects of conglomeratic sandstones with strong heterogeneity were inferior to those of conventional homogeneous sandstone, as evidenced by multiple displacement experiments conducted on core samples with varying granularities and flooding systems. Subsequently, core-based experiments on associated gas flooding after water flooding were conducted to address the challenge of achieving satisfactory results in a single displacement mode for reservoirs with significant heterogeneity. The results indicate that the oil recovery rates for associated gas flooding after water flooding increased by 7.3%-16.4% compared with water flooding alone at a gas-oil ratio of approximately 7000 m^(3)/m^(3). Therefore, considering the advantages of gas flooding in terms of seepage capacity, oil exchange ratio, and the potential for two-phase production, gas flooding is recommended as an energy supplement mode for homogeneous reservoirs in the presence of sufficient gas source and appropriate tectonic angle. The rapid progress of modern technologies has accelerated the prominence of thermal expansion mismatch between materials,and tunable thermal expansion materials will be a powerful safeguard against this ***,isotropic MHfF_(6)(M=Ca,Mn,Fe,and Co)compounds with tunable thermal expansion have been produced via a low-cost synthetic method and *** utilizing temperature dependent X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy,combined with first principles calculations,it was revealed that the transverse thermal vibrations of the F atoms are dominated by low-frequency phonons with negative Grüneisen parameters and are therefore the origin of the negative thermal expansion(NTE).Very interestingly,with the increase of the M atomic number,the metal…F atomic linkages become stiffer,reducing the number of vibrational modes with negative Grüneisen parameters,so that the strong NTE can be gradually adjusted to moderate NTE and to near zero thermal *** present study achieves the tunable thermal expansion in a new compound family and shed light on the internal mechanism from the perspective of lattice vibrational dynamics.

Aiming at the assessment of road structural conditions， a method of combining ground penetrating radar (GPR) and falling weight deflectometer (FWD) for assessing the pavement structural integrity and strength was proposed in this study. First， 3D GPR was performed to detect the thickness and internal distress of pavement structural layers using the canny edge detection and you only look once version eight (YOLOv8) detection algorithms. Results showed that the error of thickness extraction was approximately 3%， and the distress detection achieved a mean average precision (mAP) of 0.859 and an inference time of 11.43 ms with a GTX 1070 GPU. Then， the extracted thickness was used for the modulus (E) inversion of pavement structure layers based on FWD test data and regression analysis. Finally， the distress ratio inside pavement structures (DRIPS) was proposed as a structural integrity index. The relationship between E and DRIPS was revealed and showed a good correlation. The greater the DRIPS value， the worse the pavement structural integrity and strength. It provides a reference for the evaluation of road structural conditions. This strategy proved to be reliable for nondestructive testing and evaluation of road structures， which could improve the comprehensiveness and effectiveness for evaluating road structural conditions.

Owing to its high theoretical capacity and low cost,Sn has attracted significant attention in sodium-ion ***,the slow kinetics of electrochemical reactions and the rapid decay of capacity resulting from drastic changes in the volume of Sn,as well as persistent side reactions between Sn and the organic electrolyte during the(de)sodium process,have limited its *** improve the electrochemical performance of Sn-based materials,the bottom-up method is normally used to prepare carbon-coated ***,its complex preparation processes and harsh conditions make it unsuitable for practical ***,a carbon-coated hybrid crystal composite(Sn/SnO_(x)@C)was prepared using an up-bottom method with commercial Sn/SnO *** effects accelerate the electrochemical kinetics and inhibit the coarsening of Sn *** Sn/SnO_(x)@C composite electrode exhibited capacity retention of 80.7%even after approximately 1000 cycles(360.4 mAh·g^(−1)) at a current density of 1 A·g^(−1).The high-load Na_(3)V_(2)(PO4)3||Sn/SnO_(x)@C full cell presents a capacity retention rate of 91.7%after 150 cycles at the current density of 0.5 A·g^(−1).This work may significantly accelerate the commercialization of the Sn/SnO_(x)@C composite in sodium-ion batteries with high energy density.
