目的:探讨针对晚期胃癌(AGC)患者实施重组人血管内皮抑制素联合新辅助化疗的影响。方法:选择2020年5月—2022年3月临沂市中医院收治的74例AGC患者,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组(37例)采取新辅助化疗(奥沙利铂+替吉奥),观察组(37例)在对照组基础上采取重组人血管内皮抑制素治疗。比较两组短期疗效、血清肿瘤标志物水平[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原199(CA199)及癌抗原724(CA724)]、循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)水平、生存情况及不良反应。结果:观察组客观有效率(ORR)为56.76%,高于对照组的29.73%,观察组疾病控制率(DCR)为86.49%,高于对照组的62.16%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针对AGC患者实施重组人血管内皮抑制素联合新辅助化疗,短期内疗效确切,可降低肿瘤标志物水平与CTC水平,延长生存期,且安全性良好。

目的探讨新生儿德朗热综合征(CdLS)的临床特点及基因表型, 并为临床医生提供识别和诊断CdLS的依据。方法回顾性分析了广州市妇女儿童医疗中心2018年1月至2022年12月期间收治的6例新生儿CdLS患儿, 通过电子病历系统收集患儿的人口学信息、发病年龄、确诊年龄、产前诊断信息、临床表现等资料。参照2018年德朗热综合征诊断及管理国际专家共识提供的临床诊断标准及基因诊断, 对患儿进行评分。对患儿进行全外显子测序和父母Sanger测序验证基因变异。门诊及电话随诊评估患儿预后。结果在这6例患儿中, 男1例, 女5例, 均在新生儿期确诊。4例患儿具有典型的外貌特征, 包括连眉和(或)浓眉, 短鼻、凹鼻嵴和(或)鼻孔前倾, 长人中和(或)人中扁平, 薄上唇和(或)嘴角下弯, 小头畸形, 多毛, 1例合并猫叫综合征, 1例以梗阻性黄疸为主要表现。另外2例临床表现不典型, 通过基因分析确诊CdLS。其中4例完成了基因诊断, NIPBL基因突变2例, HDAC8基因突变2例。本研究中的6例患儿, 有1例放弃治疗后, 在医院内拔除气管导管后因呼吸衰竭死亡, 有3例出院后死亡, 1例失访, 仅有1例出院后在我院门诊不规律随诊, 生长发育迟缓, 目前存活3岁3个月。结论新生儿CdLS典型的临床表现为特殊的外貌和多器官系统发育异常, 可通过典型临床特征进行识别, 并可通过基因分析确诊。临床医生应当了解Cdls的临床特点和基因表型, 进行早期的诊断并处理。

Hydraulic fracturing facilitates the development and exploitation of unconventional *** this study,the injected hydraulic fracturing fluid(HFF)and flowback and produced water(FPW)in tight oil reservoirs of the Lucaogou Formation in the Junggar Basin are temporally sampled from day 1 to day *** is used for fracturing,and HFF is *** chemical and isotopic parameters(including the water type,total salinity,total dissolved solids(TDS),pH,concentrations of Na^(+),Cl^(-),Ba^(+),K^(+),Fe^(2+)+Fe^(3+),and CO_(3)^(2-),dD,and δ^(18)O)are experimentally obtained,and their variations with time are systematically analyzed based on the flowback *** results show that the water type,Na/Cl ratio,total salinity,and TDS of the FPW change periodically primarily due to the HFF mixing with formation water,thus causing δD and δ^(18)O to deviate from the meteoric water line of *** of watererock interaction(WRI),the concentrations of Fe^(2+)+Fe^(3+)and CO_(3)^(2-)of the FPW increase over time,with the solution pH becoming more ***,based on the significant changes observed in the geochemistry of the FPW,three separate time intervals of flowback time are identified:Stage Ⅰ(37 days),where the FPW is dominated by the chemistry of the formation *** methodology implemented in this study can provide critical support for the source identification of formation water.

Two-dimensional(2D)molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))holds great potential for various applications such as electronic devices,catalysis,lubrication,anti-corrosion and so *** evaporation is a versatile thin film deposition technique,however,the conventional thermal evaporation techniques face challenges in producing uniform thin films of MoS_(2) due to its high melting temperature of 1375℃.As a result,only thick and rough MoS_(2) films can be obtained using these *** address this issue,we have designed a vacuum thermal evaporation system specifically for large-scale preparation of MoS_(2) thin *** using K2MoS4 as the precursor,we achieved reliable deposition of uniform polycrystalline MoS_(2) thin films with a size of 50 mm×50 mm and controllable thickness ranging from 0.8 to 2.4 *** approach also allows for patterned deposition of MoS_(2) using shadow masks and sequential deposition of MoS_(2) and tungsten disulfide(WS_(2)),similar to conventional thermal evaporation ***,we have demonstrated the potential applications of the obtained MoS_(2) thin films in field effect transistors(FETs),memristors and electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).

Protein structure prediction is an interdisciplinary research topic that has attracted researchers from multiple fields,including biochemistry,medicine,physics,mathematics,and computer *** researchers adopt various research paradigms to attack the same structure prediction problem:biochemists and physicists attempt to reveal the principles governing protein folding;mathematicians,especially statisticians,usually start from assuming a probability distribution of protein structures given a target sequence and then find the most likely structure,while computer scientists formulate protein structure prediction as an optimization problem-finding the structural conformation with the lowest energy or minimizing the difference between predicted structure and native *** research paradigms fall into the two statistical modeling cultures proposed by Leo Breiman,namely,data modeling and algorithmic ***,we have also witnessed the great success of deep learning in protein structure *** this review,we present a survey of the efforts for protein structure *** compare the research paradigms adopted by researchers from different fields,with an emphasis on the shift of research paradigms in the era of deep *** short,the algorithmic modeling techniques,especially deep neural networks,have considerably improved the accuracy of protein structure prediction;however,theories interpreting the neural networks and knowledge on protein folding are still highly desired.

空间网壳结构为港口工程中大型煤棚常用的结构形式,因其明显的空间特性,常规设计手段无法满足计算分析要求。针对空间网壳结构的受力分析和设计问题,结合日照港石臼港区西区“散改集”工艺及环保提升项目的煤棚工程,采用通用结构有限元分析方法,从分析原则、结构选型、结构建模、作用和作用组合、结果后处理等方面进行分析。结果表明,采用正放四角锥双层圆柱面网壳、螺栓球网架节点、下弦支承的空间结构形式可满足工程使用要求,成果可为类似工程提供参考。

In this paper,we present a novel algorithm for odometry estimation based on ceiling *** main contribution of this algorithm is the introduction of principal direction detection that can greatly reduce error accumulation problem in most visual odometry estimation *** principal direction is defned based on the fact that our ceiling is flled with artifcial vertical and horizontal lines which can be used as reference for the current robot s heading *** proposed approach can be operated in real-time and it performs well even with camera s disturbance.A moving low-cost RGB-D camera（Kinect）,mounted on a robot,is used to continuously acquire point *** closest point（ICP） is the common way to estimate the current camera position by registering the currently captured point cloud to the previous ***,its performance sufers from data association problem or it requires pre-alignment *** performance of the proposed principal direction detection approach does not rely on data association *** this method,two point clouds are properly ***,we can use ICP to fne-tune the transformation parameters and minimize registration *** results demonstrate the performance and stability of the proposed system under disturbance in *** indoor tests are carried out to show that the proposed visual odometry estimation method can help to signifcantly improve the accuracy of simultaneous localization and mapping（SLAM）.
