Methods： Inhibin-B levels a.d testicula. biopsy scores were rela.ed to the outcome of MESa.in 43 pa.ients with suspected prima.y Oa. MESa.wa. considered to be successful when epididyma. sperm could be identified during the procedure. Results： Sperma.ozoa.were present in the epididyma. a.pira.e in 28 out of the 43 pa.ients （65%）. lnhibin-B va.ues were not significa.tly different in pa.ients with successful or unsuccessful MESa. The modified Johnsen score, however, wa. significa.tly lower in pa.ients with unsuccessful MESa.（P = 0.003）. a.rete testis obstruction or epididyma. ma.functioning wa. found in 15% of pa.ients with suspected prima.y Oa. reflected by unsuccessful MESa.despite norma. inhibin-B levels a.d norma. testicula. histology. Conclusion： Inhibin-B ca.not repla.e testicula. biopsy a. a.dia.nostic tool in the work-up of pa.ients with suspected prima.y Oa. Testicula. biopsy is useful in identifying pa.ients with sperma.ogenic a.rest, who might ha.e norma. inhibin-B va.ues.

We study the dissocia.ion of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), a.d ψ(4415) mesons in collision with nucleons, which ta.es pla.e in high-energy proton-nucleus collisions. The qua.k intercha.ge between a.nucleon a.d a.■ meson lea.s to the dissocia.ion of the ■ meson. We consider the rea.tions:■, a.d■, where R sta.ds for ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), or ψ(4415). a.rea.tion of a.neutron a.d a.■ meson corresponds to a.rea.tion of a.proton a.d the ■ meson by repla.ing the up qua.k with the down qua.k a.d vice versa. Tra.sition-a.plitude formula. a.e derived from the S-ma.rix *** cross sections a.e ca.cula.ed with the tra.sition a.plitudes for sca.tering in the prior form a.d in the post form. The cross sections rela.e to nodes in the ra.ia. wa.e functions of ψ(3770), ψ(4040), ψ(4160), a.d ψ(4415) mesons.

Well ma.nta.ned cyclewa.s will encoura.e more people to cycle, a. the condition of cyclewa.s is importa.t for the sa.ety, a.cessibility a.d riding comfort of cyclists. Despite tha., only a.few models used to describe the qua.ity of service for cyclists ta.e the surfa.e condition into a.count. Objective mea.uring methods a.e needed to ena.le relia.le a.d effective a.sessment of surfa.e conditions, a.d mea.ura.le performa.ce criteria.rela.ed to the needs of cyclists should be developed. The purpose of this study ha. been to test the relia.ility a.d va.idity of using a.celerometers in sma.tphones to a.sess the riding comfort on cyclewa.s. a.sma.tphone a.plica.ion converting three-dimensiona. a.celerometer mea.urements into a.single indica.or for cyclewa.s ha. been used to a.sess roa. surfa.es in two field studies, in Sweden a.d Norwa., respectively. Both studies a.sessed test sections of va.ying qua.ity. To rela.e the mea.urements to subjective riding comfort a.sessments by cyclists, recruited cyclists collected qua.tita.ive da.a.using the a.p, whilst a.so ra.ing their perceived riding comfort by completing a.survey. Mea.urements were a.so rela.ed to sta.da.d roa. surfa.e condition indica.ors, genera.ed from a.roa. surfa.e tester equipped with 19 la.er sensors: interna.iona. roughness index(IRI), mega.a.d ma.rotexture. The results show tha. it is possible to describe the unevenness of a.cyclewa. using the technology present in sma.tphones. a.softwa.e a.plica.ion ca. be used to collect a.d a.a.yse da.a.from the a.celera.ion sensors in the phone, which ca. then be used to describe the riding comfort of cyclists. It is ma.nly the unevenness in the 50-1000 mm sizera.ge tha. crea.e the grea.est discomfort for cyclists, a.d intermittent vibra.ions a.e perceived a. more uncomforta.le tha. more evenly distributed vibra.ions. Therefore, IRI is not a.releva.t mea.urement for describing the riding comfort of cyclists.

We investiga.ed tempora. trends in popula.ion-wide MM surviva. a.ross 3 periods of trea.ment a.va.cements in New South Wa.es(NSW), ***: Individua.s with a. MM dia.nosis in the NSW Ca.cer Registry between 1985 a.d 2015 with vita. follow-up to 2020, were ca.egorized into 3 previously defined trea.ment era. a.cording to their dia.nosis da.e(1985±1995, chemothera.y only; 1996±2007, a.tologous stem cell tra.spla.ta.ion; a.d 2008±2015, novel a.ents including protea.ome inhibitors a.d immunomodula.ory drugs). Both rela.ive surviva. a.d ca.se-specific surviva. a.cording to Fine a.d Gra.'s competing risks cumula.ive incidence function were ca.cula.ed by trea.ment era.a.d a.e a. ***: Overa.l, 11,591 individua.s were included in the study, with a.media. a.e of 70 yea.s a. dia.nosis. Five-yea. rela.ive surviva. improved over the 36-yea.(1985±2020) study period(31.0% in 1985±1995; 41.9% in 1996±2007; a.d 56.1% in 2008±2015). For individua.s dia.nosed before 70 yea.s of a.e, the 5-yea. rela.ive surviva. nea.ly doubled, from 36.5% in 1985±1995 to 68.5% in 2008±2015. Improvements for those > 70 yea.s of a.e were less pronounced between 1985±1995 a.d 1996±2007; however, significa.t improvements were observed for those dia.nosed in 2008±2015. METHODS. a.computa.iona. a.proa.h wa. implemented with a.rea.ily a.a.la.le pola.imeter used in gla.coma.dia.nosis, a.nerve fiber a.a.yzer (GDx; La.er Dia.nostic Technologies, Sa. Diego, Ca.. Using nea.-infra.ed illumina.ion a. ea.h of 20 input pola.iza.ions, a.series of ima.e pa.rs wa. digitized. One ima.e is ma.e from the light returning from the eye tha. is pola.ized pa.a.lel to the input light, a.d the other ima.e is ma.e from the light tha. is rota.ed by 90° from the input pola.iza.ion. Using ra. da.a.from these 40 ima.es, a.d a.simplified model of ocula. pola.iza.ion properties, ima.es were computed ba.ed on their pola.iza.ion content. Regions of hyperpigmenta.ion, selected using stereo color fundus photogra.hs,were qua.tified in three types of pola.imetry ima.es: (1) a.depola.ized light ima.e resulting ma.nly from multiply sca.tered light; (2) a. a.era.e ima.e tha. is typica. of confoca. ima.es; a.d (3) a.birefringence ima.e. Mea.urements on versus off hyperpigmenta.ion were ma.e in nine persons with suspected gla.coma.or pa.ients with prima.y open-a.gle gla.coma. selected to ha.e clinica.ly visible hyperpigmenta.ion. RESULTS. In the depola.ized light ima.es, hyperpigmented regions were significa.tly brighter tha. compa.ison a.ea. This pa.er introduces a.deep lea.ning methodology for detecting a.d cla.sifying distributed denia. of service (DDoS) a.ta.ks, a.dressing a.significa.t security concern within IoT environments. a. effective procedure of deep tra.sfer lea.ning is a.plied to utilize deep lea.ning ba.kbones, which is then eva.ua.ed on two benchma.king da.a.ets of DDoS a.ta.ks in terms of a.cura.y a.d time complexity. Ba.kground-Esopha.ea. non-ma.igna.t perfora.ions a.e severe life-threa.ening conditions. The current trea.ment is either surgica. or conserva.ive. Methods - We report a.ca.e series of 3 consecutive pa.ients (1 fema.e, 2 ma.e; 34- 68 yea.s) trea.ed with expa.da.le covered stents for non-ma.igna.t ia.rogenic esopha.ea. perfora.ions. Observa.ions - In our series, 3 out of 3 pa.ients sea.ed their perfora.ions a.d resumed norma. ora. inta.e. Complica.ions observed were 2 stent migra.ions, which occurred a. 6 a.d 11 months a.ter stent insertion, a.stenosis due to a.id reflux trea.ed by a.other stent insertion a.ove the first one. On the ba.is of the da.a.a.a.la.le, it a.pea.s tha. esopha.ea. stents wa. successful in 82% of the ca.es. The morta.ity a.d complica.ion ra.es were of 7% a.d 32% respectively. The ma.n complica.ions observed were peptic stenosis a.ove the stent a.d fistula.. Conclusion - These results a.e promising but need to be confirmed in la.ge-sca.e prospective studies. Media.tina. dra.na.e rema.ns ma.da.ory when sepsis is present.
