Hyperuricemia is a metabolic disorder caused by abnormal purine metabolism,resulting in abnormally high serum uric *** this study,a novel Levilactobacillus brevis PDD-5 isolated from salty vegetables was verified with the function of alleviating *** relevant effects of *** PDD-5 in lowering uric acid were analyzed by in vitro and in vivo *** results showed that the *** PDD-5 has(68.86±15.46)%of inosine uptake capacity and(95.75±3.30)%of guanosine uptake capacity in *** administration of *** PDD-5 to hyperuricemia rats reduced uric acid,creatinine,and urea nitrogen in serum,as well as decreased inosine and guanosine levels in the intestinal contents of *** of relevant markers in the kidney by ELISA kits revealed that *** PDD-5 alleviated oxidative stress and ***,the gene expression of uric acid transporter 1(URAT1)and glucose transporter 9(GLUT9)was down-regulated,and the gene expression of organic anion transporter 1(OAT1)was up-regulated after treatment with *** *** blot analysis showed that *** PDD-5 alleviated hyperuricemia-induced kidney injury through the NLRP3 *** se findings suggest that *** PDD-5 can lower uric acid,repair kidney damage,and also has the potential to prevent uric acid nephropathy.

The damage characteristics of different speed sections of Cu−Cr−Zr alloy rail after simulated launch were *** microstructure,morphologies and properties of samples were investigated by using XRD,XPS,EBSD,SEM,hardness test,electrochemical test and DSC *** was found that deposition layers were formed on the surfaces of the simulated launch *** thickness and surface roughness of these deposition layers increased with increasing the heat effect,suggesting a launch speed dependent damage degree of the arc *** hardness variation of samples is attributed to the effects of the deposition layer and deformation *** surface deposition layer affects corrosion resistance and crystalline characteristics,leading to changes in subsequent service ***,the surface texture and plastic deformation ability of the samples are related to the recrystallization degree and deformation grain amount.

LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)is considered as a promising cathode for high-energy-density solid-sate Li metal battery for its high theoretical ***,the high oxidizability and structural instability during charge limit its practical *** this work,1%(in mass)of nanosized Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3)(LATP)was coated on NCM811 to enhance its electrochemical stability with a ceramic/polymer com-posite electrolyte.A robust,ultrathin(11 mm)composite electrolyte film was prepared by combining poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)with polyethylene oxide(PEO)-Li_(6.5)La_(3)Zr_(1.5)Ta_(0.5)O_(12)(LLZTO).An in-situ polymerization process was used to enhance the interface between the PVDF/PEO-LLZTO(PPL)com-posite electrolyte and the LATP-coated NCM811(LATP-NCM811).Coin-type Li|LATP-NCM811 cell with the PPL electrolyte exhibits stable cycling with an 81%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 0.5 ***-type cell was also fabricated,which can be stably cycled for 70 cycles at 0.5 C/1.0 C(80%retention),and withstand abuse tests of bending,cutting and nail *** work provides an applicable method to fabricate solid-state Li metal batteries with high performance.

The Effect of NMR Setting Parameters on Molecular weight Determination of Polyether Diols

Nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） is an advanced technique for the molecular weight （MW） determination of polymers at quantitative *** this study,we investigate the effect of liquid1H-NMR instrumental setting parameters on the MW determination of polyether diols,namely poly（ethylene glycol）(PEG) and poly（tetramethylene oxide）(PTMO) diols,using hydroxymethylene groups as *** results show that the protons in chain-ends have larger spin-lattice relaxation time （T1） than those in main *** let most of the excited protons relax to the equilibrium state,the delay time （d1） should be much larger than T1of ***13C decoupling is inactive,the relative errors can be greater than 60%,due to the13C-coupled proton satellite peaks,which can overlap with chain-end groups or be misassigned as *** optimal quantitative NMR conditions for the MW estimation of polyethers are revealed below:standard pulse with inverted gated13C decoupling pulse sequence,32 scans,2.0 s acquisition time in 90 degree of flip angle and 30 s *** MWs determined from1H quantitative NMR are all smaller than those from SEC which are relative to polystyrene （PS） standards,since the size of polyether chains is larger than that of PS with the same *** addition,the MW obtained from SEC for PTMOs shows larger overestimation than PEGs,suggesting PEG chains are more flexible than PTMO’s.

Fermented calcium butyrate supplementation in post-peak laying hens improved ovarian function and tibia quality through the“gut-bone” axis

The compromised egg quality and leg abnormality during the end of the laying cycle(after 40 weeks)have been leading to poor animal welfare and substantial economic losses. Therefore, the effects of fermented calcium(Ca) butyrate, produced by fermentation by Clostridium butyricum, on production,eggshell quality, and tibial property of hens were explored. A total of 192 Hy-line brown laying hens at50-week-old were assigned to a basal diet or the basal diet with 300 mg/kg of the fermented Ca butyrate from 50 to 58 weeks of age. Each treatment had 6 replicates with 16 hens each. The diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg fermented Ca butyrate notably increased egg weight, ovarian follicle number, and eggshell strength(P = 0.072) as compared to the basal diet, which were associated with cytokine secretion, toll-like receptor signaling pathways, and intestinal immunity based on the RNA-seq data from the granulosa. Dietary Ca butyrate inclusion decreased the expression of ileal tumor necrosis factor-alpha and serum pro-inflammatory cytokine concentration, as well as increased the content of serum immunoglobulin A when compared to the basal diet(both P 0.05). In addition, the diet with fermented Ca butyrate reduced the number of osteoclasts in the proximal tibia and the level of C-terminal cross-linked telopeptide of type I collagen, a bone resorption marker(P < 0.05), whereas it tended to increase the concentration of the procollagen type I N-terminal propeptide that reflects bone formation marker in serum. Moreover, the layers fed fermented Ca butyrate diets possessed higher(P < 0.05) bone area and trabecular number of the proximal tibia, yield load, and ultimate load than those that consumed basal diets. With unlimited topological modes in mathematics,the fractional orbital angular momentum(FOAM)demonstrates the potential to infinitely increase the channel capacity in acoustic-vortex(AV)***,the accuracy and stability of FOAM recognition are still limited by the nonorthogonality and poor anti-interference of fractional AV *** popular machine learning,widely used in optics based on large datasets of images,does not work in acoustics because of the huge engineering of the 2-dimensional point-by-point ***,we report a strategy of phase-dislocation-mediated high-dimensional fractional AV communication based on pair-FOAM multiplexing,circular sparse sampling,and machine *** unique phase dislocation corresponding to the topological charge provides important physical guidance to recognize FOAMs and reduce sampling points from theory to practice.A straightforward convolutional neural network considering turbulence and misalignment is further constructed to achieve the stable and accurate communication without involving experimental *** experimentally present that the 32-point dual-ring sampling can realize the 10-bit information transmission in a limited topological charge scope from±0.6 to±2.4 with the FOAM resolution of 0.2,which greatly reduce the divergence in AV *** infinitely expanded channel capacity is further verified by the improved FOAM resolution of *** with other milestone works,our strategy reaches 3-fold OAM utilization,4-fold information level,and 5-fold OAM *** of the extra advantages of high dimension,high speed,and low divergence,this technology may shed light on the next-generation AV communication.

Application of dynamic programming algorithm in winter heating control of greenhouse

In order to solve the immaturity of decision-making methods in the regulation of winter heating in greenhouses,this study proposed a solution to the problem of greenhouse winter heating regulation using a dynamic programming algorithm.A mathematical model that included indoor environmental state variables,optimization decision variables,and outdoor random variables was *** temperature is kept close to the expected value and the energy consumption is *** model predicts the control solution by considering the cost function within the next 10 *** two-stage planning method was used to optimize the state of each moment step by *** temperature control strategy model was obtained by training the relationship between indoor temperature,outdoor temperature,and heating time after optimization using a regression *** on a typical Internet of Things(IoT)structure,the greenhouse control system was designed to regulate the optimal control according to the feedback of the current *** testing and verification,the optimized control method could stabilize the temperature near the target *** to the threshold control(threshold interval of 2.0°C)under similar weather conditions,the optimized control method reduced the temperature fluctuation range by 0.9°C and saved 7.83 kW·h of electricity,which is about 14.56%of the total experimental electricity *** shows that the dynamic programming method is feasible for environmental regulation in actual greenhouse production,and further research can be expanded in terms of decision variables and policy models to achieve a more comprehensive,scientific,and precise regulation.
