t.e ut.rus is t.ansient.y recept.ve for embryo implant.t.on. It.remains t. be underst.od why t.e ut.rus does not.reject.a semi-allogeneic embryo (t. t.e biological mot.er) or an allogeneic embryo (t. a surrogat.) for implant.t.on. t. gain insight., we examined ut.rine early response genes approaching embryo at.achment.on day 3 post.coit.m (D3) at.22 hours when blue dye react.on, an indicat.on of embryo at.achment. had not.manifest.d in mice. C57BL/6 pseudo-pregnant.(cont.ol) and pregnant.mouse ut.ri were collect.d on D3 at.22 hours for microarray analysis. t.e self-assembling-manifold (SAM) algorit.m ident.fied 21,858 unique probeset.. Principal component.analysis indicat.d a clear separat.on bet.een t.e pseudo-pregnant.and pregnant.groups. t.ere were 106 upregulat.d and five downregulat.d prot.in-coding genes in t.e pregnant.ut.rus wit. fold change (fc) >1.5 andq value t.logy (GO) analysis of t.e 106 upregulat.d genes revealed 38 significant.GO biological process (GOBP) t.rms (P t.em were associat.d wit. immune responses, wit. a dominant.nat.ral killer (NK) cell act.vat.on signat.re. Among t.e t.p eight.upregulat.d prot.in-coding genes,Cyp26a1 inact.vat.s ret.noic acid (RA) whileLrat.promot.s vit.min A st.rage, bot. of which are expect.d t. at.enuat. RA bioavailabilit.;At.6v0d2 andGjb2 play roles in ion t.ansport.and t.ansmembrane t.ansport.Gzmb,Gzmc, andIl2rb are involved in immune responses; andt.o2 is import.nt.for kynurenine pat.way. Organochlorine cont.minant., such as t.iclosan (t.S), are present.in major wat.r sources across t.e Unit.d St.t.s. t.ese ant.microbial compounds are widely used as mult.purpose ingredient. in everyday consumer product.. t.ey can be ingest.d or absorbed t.rough t.e skin and are found in human blood, breast.milk, and urine samples. St.dies have shown t.at.t.e increased use of ant.microbial agent. leads t. t.eir presence and persist.nce in t.e ecosyst.m, part.cularly in soil and wat.rsheds. Many st.dies have highlight.d emerging concerns associat.d wit. t.e overuse of t.S, including dermal irrit.t.ons, a higher incidence of ant.bact.rial-relat.d allergies, microbial resist.nce, disrupt.ons in t.e endocrine syst.m, alt.red t.yroid hormone act.vit., met.bolism, and t.mor met.st.sis and growt.. Organochlorine cont.minant.exposures play a role in inflammat.ry responsiveness, and any unwarrant.d innat. response could lead t. adverse out.omes. t.e capacit. of t.S and ot.er organochlorine cont.minant. t. induce inflammat.on, result.ng in persist.nt.and chronic inflammat.on, is linked t. various pat.ologies, such as cardiovascular disease and several t.pes of cancers. 绿地和水体对缓解热岛效应和改善生态环境效果显著,但因城市空间稀缺导致建设机会成本高,提升蓝绿空间绩效研究亟需深化。本文构建基于成本−收益分析的降温绩效评估模型,定量测量不同规模和类型的蓝绿空间斑块降温效果,以北京市为研究区,利用2010—2020年3期土地利用与地表温度数据,评估大于1 hm^(2)蓝绿空间辐射范围的降温绩效。主要研究结论如下:①研究期内北京市蓝绿空间面积不断增加,呈现由小型面积(Ac)(1≤Ac<2 hm^(2))为主向中型(2≤Ac<10 hm^(2))和大型(Ac≥10 hm^(2))转变;水域持续增加,而林地、草地和混合类型减少;三环以内老城区面积基本持平,而四环减少、五环增多。②根据缓冲区降温模型,北京市蓝绿空间的降温区范围不断增加,从类型结构上看,大中型蓝绿空间形成的降温区增加,而小型蓝绿空间的降温区减少;林地面积虽然减少,但其降温区面积却在增加,而水体降温区面积增长不及自身面积增长。③不同类型蓝绿空间绩效水平呈现先上升后降低的特征,小型和中型混合类型、大型水体的降温绩效比其他同等规模的绩效更好。因此,优化蓝绿规模和类型结构、调整空间形态布局、改善生态空间质量对充分发挥蓝绿空间降温效应起到重要作用,为城市生态环境改善与可持续发展提供新思路。
