Bacterial vaginosis(BV) is a common vaginal disorder in women of reproductive age. Since the initial work of Leopoldo in 1953 and Gardner and Dukes in 1955, researchers have not been able to identify the causative etiologic agent of BV. There is increasing evidence, however, that BV occurs when Lactobacillus spp., the predominant species in healthy vaginal flora, are replaced by anaerobic bacteria, such as Gardenella vaginalis, mobiluncus curtisii, m. mulieris, other anaerobic bacteria and/or mycoplasma hominis. Worldwide, it estimated that 20%–30% of women of reproductive age attending sexually transmitted infection(STI) clinics suffer from BV, and that its prevalence can be as high as 50%–60% in high-risk populations(e.g., those who practice commercial sex work(CSW). Epidemiological data show that women are more likely to report BV if they: 1) have had a higher number of lifetime sexual partners; 2) are unmarried; 3) have engaged in their first intercourse at a younger age; 4) have engaged in CSW, and 5) practice regular douching. In the past decade, several studies have provided evidence on the contribution of sexual activity to BV. However, it is difficult to state that BV is a STI without being able to identify the etiologic agent. BV has also emerged as a public health problem due to its association with other STIs, including: human immunodeficiency virus(HIV), herpes simplex virus type 2(HSV-2), Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG). The most recent evidence on the association between BV and CT/NG infection comes from two secondary analyses of cohort data conducted among women attending STI clinics. Based on these studies, women with BV had a 1.8 and 1.9-fold increased risk for NG and CT infection, respectively. Taken together, BV is likely a risk factor or at least an important contributor to subsequent NG or CT infection in high-risk women. The ovary is not an immunologically privileged organ, but a breakdown in tolerogenic mechanisms for ovary-specific antigens has disastrous consequences on fertility in women, and this is replicated in murine models of autoimmune disease. Isolated ovarian autoimmune disease is rare in women, likely due to the severity of the disease and the inability to transmit genetic information conferring the ovarian disease across generations. Nonetheless, autoimmune oophoritis is often observed in association with other autoimmune diseases, particularly autoimmune adrenal disease, and takes a toll on both society and individual health. Studies in mice have revealed at least two mechanisms that protect the ovary from autoimmune attack. These mechanisms include control of autoreactive T cells by thymus-derived regulatory T cells, as well as a role for the autoimmune regulator （AIRE）, a transcriptional regulator that induces expression of tissue-restricted antigens in medullary thymic epithelial cells during development of T cells. Although the latter mechanism is incompletely defined, it is well established that failure of either results in autoimmune-mediated targeting and depletion of ovarian follicles. In this review, we will address the clinical features and consequences of autoimmune-mediated ovarian infertility in women, as well as the possible mechanisms of disease as revealed by animal models.

套管-钻井系统（CDS）可用钻柱普通套管来代替常规钻井系统，该系统可随钻下套管，从而降低钻井成本，更重要的是由于减少了起下钻时间和处理时间，潜在节约了大量资金，减少井眼问题节约的资金更加明显，由于CDS工艺有能力使井连续循环，因此，起下常规钻柱时要比井处于静态更安全。因CDS减少了起下钻柱时间，从而也降低了波动-抽吸压力波动。CDS已经开发了三年，用这种系统已钻了两口定向的试验井，最近，用CDS钻了10口井，这10口井将做为首批现场试验井。

Suakin-1 and Suakin-2 wells are in the Sudanese Red Sea segment where the hydrocarbon generation had been proved by previous studies, however, no reasonable reserve was evidenced due to the complexities of the surrounding salt structures. Six seismic lines were tied to Suakin-1 and -2 to delineate the controlling salt tectonics. The salt evacuation (Roho) and other salt bodies were recognized and matched with similar salt structures in analogous stratigraphic conditions as the Gulf of mexico and Angola margin. While a previous inconsistent interpretation in the study area marked the high amplitude horizon of the Lower Zeit formation as the top of the Dungunab formation. Three seismic features indicated the presence of salt dome (autochthonous): velocity pull-up, dragging of the sedimentary layers forming mini basins around the third feature, which is the relative transparency of the seismic signal in two piercing like bodies. This interpretation similarly demarcated that the salt escaped east-wards, thus the mapped welded salt is believed to be formed after the salt evacuation. A 3D seismic with a far offset and wide range of azimuth is recommended for detailed imaging.
