Fluorine-Doped High-Performance Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl Electrolyte by Lithium Fluoride Nanoparticles for All-Solid-State Lithium-Metal Batteries

All-solid-state lithium-metal batteries(ASSLMBs)are widely considered as the ultimately advanced lithium batteries owing to their improved energy density and enhanced safety *** various solid electrolytes,sulfide solid electrolyte(SSE)Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl has garnered significant ***,its application is limited by its poor cyclability and low critical current density(CCD).In this study,we introduce a novel approach to enhance the performance of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl by doping it with fluorine,using lithium fluoride nanoparticles(LiFs)as the doping *** F-doped electrolyte Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)shows a doubled CCD,from 0.5 to 1.0 mA/cm^(2) without compromising the ionic conductivity;in fact,conductivity is enhanced from 2.82 to 3.30 mS/cm,contrary to the typical performance decline seen in conventionally doped Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl *** symmetric Li|SSE|Li cells,the lifetime of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)is 4 times longer than that of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl,achieving 1500 h vs.371 h under a charging/discharging current density of 0.2 mA/cm^(2).In Li|SSE|LiNbO_(3)@NCM721 full cells,which are tested under a cycling rate of 0.1 C at 30℃,the lifetime of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl-0.2LiF(nano)is four times that of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl,reaching 100 cycles vs.26 ***,the doping of nano-LiF off ers a promising approach to developing high-performance Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl for ASSLMBs.

Efficacy and safety of low-dose cyclophosphamide combined with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab and TACE for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma:A single-center, prospective,single-arm clinical trial

Objective: Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(uHCC) continues to pose effective treatment options. The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of combining low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab and transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) for the treatment of ***: From February 2022 to November 2023, a total of 40 patients diagnosed with uHCC were enrolled in this small-dose, single-center, single-arm, prospective study. They received a combined treatment of low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and TACE. Study endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS), objective response rate(ORR), and safety assessment. Tumor response was assessed using the modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(mRECIST), while survival analysis was conducted through KaplanMeier curve analysis for overall survival(OS) and PFS. Adverse events(AEs) were evaluated according to the National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(version 5.0).Results: A total of 34 patients were included in the study. The median follow-up duration was 11.2 [95% confidence interval(95% CI), 5.3-14.6] months, and the median PFS(mPFS) was 15.5(95% CI, 5.4-NA) *** OS(mOS) was not attained during the study period. The ORR was 55.9%, and the disease control rate(DCR) was 70.6%. AEs were reported in 27(79.4%) patients. The most frequently reported AEs(with an incidence rate >10%) included abnormal liver function(52.9%), abdominal pain(44.1%), abdominal distension and constipation(29.4%), hypertension(20.6%), leukopenia(17.6%), constipation(17.6%), ascites(14.7%), and insomnia(14.7%). Abnormal liver function(14.7%) had the most common grade 3 or higher ***: A combination of low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and TACE is safe and effective for u HCC, showcasing a promising therapeutic strategy for managing uHCC.

Molecular dynamics simulation of the flow mechanism of shear-thinning fluids in a microchannel

Shear-thinning fluids have been widely used in microfluidic systems,but their internal flow mechanism is still ***,in this paper,molecular dynamics simulations are used to study the laminar flow of shear-thinning fluid in a *** validated the feasibility of our simulation method by evaluating the mean square displacement and Reynolds number of the solution *** results show that the change rule of the fluid system's velocity profile and interaction energy can reflect the shear-thinning characteristics of the *** velocity profile resembles a top-hat shape,intensifying as the fluid's power law index *** interaction energy between the wall and the fluid decreases gradually with increasing velocity,and a high concentration of non-Newtonian fluid reaches a plateau ***,the velocity profile of the fluid is related to the molecule number density distribution and their values are inversely *** analyzing the radial distribution function,we found that the hydrogen bonds between solute and water molecules weaken with the increase in *** observation offers an explanation for the shear-thinning phenomenon of the non-Newtonian flow from a micro perspective.

Identification and characterization of chemical constituents in Mahuang Guizhi Decoction and their metabolites in rat plasma and brain by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS

Objective:Mahuang Guizhi Decoction(MGD),an essential herbal pair in traditional Chinese medicine,is able to release cold,fever and asthma,mainly containing alkaloids,flavonoids,phenylpropanoids and amino ***,the absorption and distribution of these four category compounds in vivo still remained ***:In our research,we utilized UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technique to identify the constituents within MGD,as well as the prototypes of MGD and their metabolites absorbed in plasma and *** further profiled the drug-time curve of prototypes and metabolites of MGD both in plasma and ***:Our results showed that 105 constituents were characterized in *** of them could be absorbed into blood,and ten of them could be distributed into *** also discovered eight new bio-transformed metabolites in blood,and a half of which could pass through the blood–brain *** addition,all components detected in vivo could be absorbed and distributed ***:These findings provide an approachable method to analyze the potential bio-active compounds in MGD and their in vivo behaviors,which could promote the efficacious material basis study of MGD and the security of clinical utilization.

Deterministic compartment models(CMs)and stochastic models,including stochastic CMs and agent-based models,are widely utilized in epidemic ***,the relationship between CMs and their corresponding stochastic models is not well *** present study aimed to address this gap by conducting a comparative study using the susceptible,exposed,infectious,and recovered(SEIR)model and its extended CMs from the coronavirus disease 2019 modeling *** demonstrated the equivalence of the numerical solution of CMs using the Euler scheme and their stochastic counterparts through theoretical analysis and *** on this equivalence,we proposed an efficient model calibration method that could replicate the exact solution of CMs in the corresponding stochastic models through parameter *** advancement in calibration techniques enhanced the accuracy of stochastic modeling in capturing the dynamics of ***,it should be noted that discrete-time stochastic models cannot perfectly reproduce the exact solution of continuous-time ***,we proposed a new stochastic compartment and agent mixed model as an alternative to agent-based models for large-scale population simulations with a limited number of *** model offered a balance between computational efficiency and *** results of this research contributed to the comparison and unification of deterministic CMs and stochastic models in epidemic ***,the results had implications for the development of hybrid models that integrated the strengths of both ***,the present study has provided valuable epidemic modeling techniques and their practical applications for understanding and controlling the spread of infectious diseases.

The assembly of neurons into complex circuits relies upon appropriate axonal navigation to distant *** considerable progress has been made toward understanding the regulation of the guidance and branching of axon extension,the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the coordination of the motility of the axon tip,axon growth,and branching remain largely unknown(Sudhof,2017).The Drosophila mushroom body(MB),the major site for associative learning and memory,is a powerful model system to investigate complex axon *** MB is a bilaterally symmetric central brain structure,mainly composed of Kenyon cells,MB output neurons,and dopaminergic neurons(Li et al.,2020).Among the seven neuronal subtypes of~2000 Kenyon cells,Y,a/β,and a/β'subtypes extend axons in a fascicle and bifurcate to produce two sister branches,one projecting into the dorsal lobe and the other into the medial lobe.

Numerical simulation for the initial state of avalanche in polydisperse particle systems

Numerical simulation is employed to investigate the initial state of avalanche in polydisperse particle *** and propagation processes are illustrated for pentadisperse and triadisperse particle systems,*** these processes,particles involved in the avalanche grow slowly in the early stage and explosively in the later stage,which is clearly different from the continuous and steady growth trend in the monodisperse *** examining the avalanche propagation,the number growth of particles involved in the avalanche and the slope of the number growth,the initial state can be divided into three stages:T1(nucleation stage),T2(propagation stage),T3(overall avalanche stage).We focus on the characteristics of the avalanche in the T2 stage,and find that propagation distances increase almost linearly in both axial and radial directions in polydisperse *** also consider the distribution characteristics of the average coordination number and average velocity for the moving *** results support that the polydisperse particle systems are more stable in the T2 stage.

HPLC combined with chemometrics for quality control of Huamoyan Granules or Capsules

Objective:Huamaoyan Granules(HMYG)and Huamaoyan Capsules(HMYC)are Chinese patent medicines with different dosage forms of the same *** to the different preparation process,the chemical composition of these Chinese patent medicines varies greatly among different forms,but there were few studies on the difference comparison and quality control of *** order to improve the effectiveness and safety in its clinical application,an idea combining high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and chemometrics was put forward to study the quality control of Chinese patent medicines in different dosage forms of the same ***:The differential markers of HMYG and HMYC were explored based on HPLC fingerprint and chemometrics including orthogonal projections to latent structures-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),principal component analysis(PCA),and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA).Finally,the quantitative analysis method of related components was established by ***:A quality control method for HMYG and HMYC was ***,the chemical components of HMYG and HMYC were systematically analyzed by HPLC *** exploration showed that there were 20 characteristic peaks and 57 common ***,the potential differential markers between HMYG and HMYC were explored by chemometrics,and the differential markers were screened after intersection with the 20 characteristic ***,HPLC quantitative analysis methods for nine components were established,including seven differential markers(neochlorogenic acid,protocatechualdehyde,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid A).The results of HPLC quantitative analysis showed that the contents of eight components in HMYG and HMYC samples were significantly *** to the above results,the differential markers between HMYG and HMYC screened based on HPLC fingerprint and chemometrics can effectively characterize the differ

Blended teaching is one of the essential teaching methods with the development of information *** a learning effect evaluation model is helpful to improve students’academic performance and helps teachers to better implement course ***,a lack of evaluation models for the fusion of temporal and non-temporal behavioral data leads to an unsatisfactory evaluation *** meet the demand for predicting students’academic performance through learning behavior data,this study proposes a learning effect evaluation method that integrates expert perspective indicators to predict academic performance by constructing a dual-stream network that combines temporal behavior data and non-temporal behavior data in the learning *** this paper,firstly,the Delphi method is used to analyze and process the course learning behavior data of students and establish an effective evaluation index system of learning behavior with universality;secondly,the Mann-Whitney U-test and the complex correlation analysis are used to analyze further and validate the evaluation indexes;and lastly,a dual-stream information fusion model,which combines temporal and non-temporal features,is *** learning effect evaluation model is built,and the results of the mean absolute error(MAE)and root mean square error(RMSE)indexes are 4.16 and 5.29,*** study indicates that combining expert perspectives for evaluation index selection and further fusing temporal and non-temporal behavioral features that for learning effect evaluation and prediction is rationality,accuracy,and effectiveness,which provides a powerful help for the practical application of learning effect evaluation and prediction.
