Gene characterization and phylogenetic analysis of four mitochondrial genomes in Caenogastropoda

Caenogastropoda is a highly diverse group,containing~60%of all existing *** in this subclass predominantly inhabit marine environments and have a high ecological and economic *** to the increase in relevant phylogenetic studies,our understanding of between species relatedness in Caenogastropoda has ***,the biodiversity,taxonomic status,and phylogenetic relationships of this group remain *** the present study,we performed next-generation sequencing of four complete mitochondrial genomes from three families(Buccinidae,Columbellidae,and Cypraeidae)and the four mitogenomes were classical circular structures,with a length of 16177 bp in Volutharpa ampullacea,16244 bp in Mitrella albuginosa,16926bp in Mauritia arabica asiatica and 15422 bp in Erronea *** composition analysis indicated that whole sequences were biased toward A and *** compared them with 171 complete mitochondrial genomes of *** phylogenetic relationship of Caenogastropoda derived from Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)trees constructed based on CDS sequences was consistent with the results of traditional morphological analysis,with all three families showing close *** study supported Caenogastropoda at the molecular level as a separate clade of *** to our divergence time estimations,Caenogastropoda was formed during the middle Triassic period(~247.2–237 Ma).Our novel mitochondrial genomes provide evidence for the speciation of Caenogastropoda in addition to elucidating the mitochondrial genomic evolution of this subclass.

Simulation research on control algorithm of differential pressure casting process

To improve the precision of the filling pressure curve of differential pressure casting controlled with PID controller,the model of differential pressure casting process is established and two pressure-difference control systems using PID algorithm and Dahlin algorithm are separately designed in MATLAB. The scheduled pressure curves controlled with PID algorithm and Dahlin algorithm,respectively,are comparatively simulated in MATLAB. The simulated pressure curves obtained show that the control precision with Dahlin algorithm is higher than that with PID algorithm in the differential pressure casting process,and it was further verified by production practice.

An Improved Hybrid Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Based on Tags and Time Factor

The Collaborative Filtering(CF) recommendation algorithm, one of the most popular algorithms in Recommendation Systems(RS), mainly includes memory-based and model-based methods. When performing rating prediction using a memory-based method, the approach used to measure the similarity between users or items can significantly influence the recommendation performance. Traditional CFs suffer from data sparsity when making recommendations based on a rating matrix, and cannot effectively capture changes in user interest. In this paper, we propose an improved hybrid collaborative filtering algorithm based on tags and a time factor(TTHybridCF), which fully utilizes tag information that characterizes users and items. This algorithm utilizes both tag and rating information to calculate the similarity between users or items. In addition, we introduce a time weighting factor to measure user interest, which changes over time. Our experimental results show that our method alleviates the sparsity problem and demonstrates promising prediction accuracy.

New secondary metabolites with cytotoxicity from fungus Penicillium roqueforti

Two novel compounds including a cyclohelminthol type polyketide(namely oxaleimide K,1)and a maleimide deriva-tive(namely peniroquefortine A,2),and a new natural product(namely 2-(acetylamino)-N-[(1E)-2-phenylethenyl]-acetamide,3),together with four known compounds(4-7),were isolated and identified from fungus Penicillium roqueforti,which was separated from the root soil of Hypericum beanii *** collected from the Shennongjia For-estry District,Hubei *** structures including absolute configurations were mainly established by the NMR spectroscopy analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** 1 represents the second example of a cyclohelminthol type polyketide,which features a rare 6/6/5/5 tetracyclic system and a branched aliphatic chain containing a terminal olefin(oct-1-en-3-yl)moiety,and compound 2 possesses an unprecedented carbon skeleton that is uniquely defined by a maleimide moiety linked to the respective 4-methylene-2-(3-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)-phenol and para-substituted aromatic moieties via the carbon-carbon ***,the absolute configuration of a cyclohelminthol type polyketide as exemplified by compound 1 is determined by the single-crystal diffraction analysis for the first time,highlighting an E-configuration for the linkage of a succinimide moiety and a tetrahydro-furan moiety for 1 rather than a Z-configuration as previously reported in the biosynthesis study,which gives a new insight into the structural elucidation of this category of ***,compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxic activity against multiple tumor cells,especially against the Farage and SU-DHL-2 cells(IC_(50)<20μM,48 h).Further mechanism study revealed that compound 1 significantly induced cell cycle arrest in Farage and SU-DHL-2 cells by causing abnormal ROS level and triggering oxidative stress.

Metal–organic framework wafer enabled fast response radiation detection with ultra-low dark current

Semiconductive metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted great interest for the electronic ***,dark currents of present hybrid organic–inorganic materials are 1000–10,000 times higher than those of commercial inorganic detectors,leading to poor charge ***,we demonstrate a ZIF-8(Zn(mim)_(2),mim=2-methylimidazolate)wafer with ultra-low dark current of 1.27 pA·mm^(-2) under high electric fields of 322 V·mm^(-1).The isostatic pressing preparation process provides ZIF-8 wafers with good ***,the presence of redox-active metals and small spatial separation between components promotes the charge *** ZIF-8-based semiconductor detector shows promising X-ray detection sensitivity of 70.82μC·Gy^(-1)·cm^(-2) with low doses exposures,contributing to superior X-ray imaging capability with a relatively high spatial resolution of 1.2 lp·mm^(-1).Simultaneously,good peak discrimination with the energy resolution of~43.78%is disclosed when the detector is illuminated by uncollimated 241Am@5.48 MeVα-*** results provide a broad prospect of MOFs for future radiation detection applications.

The characteristics of driver lane-changing behaviour in congested road environments

Lane-changing behaviour is one of the complex|driving *** lane-changing behaviour of drivers may exacerbate congestion,however driver behavioural characteristics are difficult to accurately acquire and quantify,and thus tend to be simplified or ignored in existing lane-changing *** this paper,the Bik-means clustering algorithm is used to analyse the urban road congestion state discrimination ***,simulated driving tests were conducted for different traffic congestion *** the force feedback system and infrared camera,the data of driver lane-changing behaviours at different traffic congestion levels are obtained separately,and the definitions of the start and end points of a vehicle changing lanes are ***,statistical analysis and discussion of key feature parameters including driver lane-changing behaviour data and visual data under different levels of traffic congestion were *** is found that the average lane-change intention times in each congestion state are 2 s,4 s,6 s and 7 s,while the turn-signal duration and the number of rear-view mirror observations have similar patterns of change to the data on lane-changing intention ***,drivers’pupil diameters become smaller during the lane-changing intention phase,and then relatively enlarge during lane-changing;the range of pupil variation is roughly 3.5 mm to 4 *** frequency of observing the vehicle in front of the target lane increased as the level of congestion increased,and the frequency of observation in the driver’s mirrors while changing lanes approximately doubled compared to driving straight ahead,and this ratio increased as the level of congestion increased.

传统多视图学习通常假设样本在每个视图都是完整的,但是由于数据难以获取、设备故障、遮挡等因素,这一假设并不总能成立,而传统的多视图学习方法很难有效处理不完整多视图数据。目前,研究者们已经提出了一些不完整多视图学习的方法,但是这些方法没有充分利用样本类别信息,从而影响恢复后样本的判别性。因此,提出基于判别稀疏性表示的不完整多视图分类方法(IMVC-DSR)。具体地,该方法假设缺失样本可用少量观测样本稀疏线性表示。同时,为了充分利用类别先验信息,增加恢复后样本的判别性,该方法鼓励相同类别样本之间相互表示,降低不同类别样本之间的相互表达。此外,该方法考虑到视图之间的相关关系,引入选择算子选出不同视图的相同样本,并约束相同样本在不同视图的线性表达具有一致性。最后,在公开的五组数据集上验证了所提方法IMVC-DSR的有效性。

计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)可应用于前列腺癌的检查诊断,但是它对软组织结构对比度不高,因此很难从中分割病变;而核磁共振成像(nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)具有较高的对比度,能为病变提供丰富的影像信息。为了提升CT图像的前列腺分割精度,本文提出一种新的基于深度学习的多模态U形网络图像分割模型MM-unet,充分运用MRI图像与CT图像间信息互补的特点。具体地,首先运用迁移学习思想分别训练MRI与CT图像的初始分割模型,然后通过设计一种新型的多模态损失函数MM-Loss,建立不同模态分割模型之间的联系,联合训练基于MRI与CT图像的MM-unet。为验证所提模型MM-unet的有效性,我们在某合作医院提供的Prostate数据集上进行了实验,实验结果表明,与U-net方法相比,MM-unet能够获得高出3个百分点Dice的CT图像分割精度。

随着日益突出的公共安全问题,视频监控异常行为检测成为计算机视觉的一个研究热点.文中结合视频异常检测数据集,提出基于加权样本选择与主动学习的视频异常行为检测算法.根据视频监控数据集的分布特性,选择合适的权重值消除不平衡数据集对分类器的影响,通过主动学习的方式选取少量异常不确定样本,不断迭代更新检测模型,适应复杂多变的异常事件.实验表明,在UCSD异常行为检测数据集上,相比传统方法,文中方法具有更好的检测性能.
