Molecular copper catalysts serve as exemplary models for correlating the structure-reaction-mechanism relationship in the electrochemical CO_(2) reduction(eCO_(2)R),owing to their adaptable environments surrounding the copper metal *** investigation,employing density functional theory calculations,focuses on a novel family of binuclear Cu molecular *** modulation of their coordination configuration through the introduction of organic groups aims to assess their efficacy in converting CO_(2) to C_(2)*** findings highlight the crucial role of chemical valence state in shaping the characteristics of binuclear Cu catalysts,consequently influencing the eCO_(2)R behaviour,Notably,the Cu(Ⅱ)Cu(Ⅱ)macrocycle catalyst exhibits enhanced suppression of the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),facilitating proton trans fer and the eCO_(2)R *** rthermore,we explo re the impact of diverse electro n-withdrawing and electron-donating groups coordinated to the macrocycle(R=-F,-H,and-OCH_3)on the electron distribution in the molecular *** placement of-OCH_3 groups in the macrocycles leads to a favourable oxidation state of the Cu centres and subsequent C-C coupling to form C_(2) *** research provides fundamental insights into the design and optimization of binuclear Cu molecular catalysts for the electrochemical conversion of CO_(2) to value-added C_(2) products.

[目的/意义]系统动力学的仿真模拟能够全面捕捉政策影响下的复杂社会系统动态性,准确模拟政策干预随时间推移的累积影响,评估政策的实施效果,对于推动政策工具科学高效地制定和使用,以及提高政策效能都有着极其重要的作用。[方法/过程]以人口生育政策实施为样例,基于生育率等关键性影响因素与教育经济等环境影响参数,借助Vensim PLE构建一套系统动力学仿真模型,动态演示人口—政策—经济子系统间的交互,设计执行3项差异化政策干预情景,深入模拟预测不同政策导向下的人口变迁路径与演化趋势。[结果/结论]研究发现,生育政策的放宽在促进人口增长的同时,有效缓解老龄化趋势。但政策影响日渐式微,亟需结构化变革与调整。

Statistical Analysis of Tropical Disturbances over the South China Sea During 1997-2006

Tropical disturbances over the South China Sea (SCS) during the period of 1997-2006 are analyzed using the Tropical Storm and Hurricane WX products. A total of 158 tropical disturbances were formed over the SCS from 1997 to 2006, with 54 de-veloping tropical disturbances which developed into tropical depressions and 104 non-developing tropical disturbances which never developed into tropical depressions. The development rate of tropical disturbances into tropical depressions was 34.18% in these ten years. During the period of this study, total annual numbers of tropical disturbances and developing tropical disturbances over the SCS had significant decreasing trends; however, the development rate of tropical disturbances had an insignificant increasing trend.

Physical Properties of Half-Heusler Antiferromagnet MnPtSn Single Crystal

We report the growth of ternary half-Heusler MnPtSn single crystals and detailed study on its structural and physical *** single crystal has a larger lattice parameter than that in polycrystal and it exhibits antiferromagnetism with transition temperature TN at about 215 K,distinctly different from the ferromagnetism of MnPtSn *** resistivity measurement indicates that the dominant carriers are hole-type and the nearly temperature-independent carrier concentration reaches about 2.86×10^22 cm^-3 at 5 ***,the carrier mobility is also rather low(4.7 cm^2·V^-1s^-1 at 5 K).The above results strongly suggest that the significant Mn/Sn anti-site defects,i.e.,the content of Mn in MnPtSn single crystal,play a vital role on structural,magnetic and transport properties.

Background Saline nasal irrigation is an effective therapy for relieving common cold *** study aimed to investigate and explore the efficacy of physiological seawater nasal irrigation(PSNI)on children with mild and asymptomatic infection with *** This randomized controlled trial was conducted in Shanghai,China,and 403 children with mild and asymptomatic infection with Omicron were *** children were allocated into the PSNI group and the control *** primary outcome was the duration of viral shedding(DVS),and the secondary outcome was the change in clinical *** The median age of all participants was 5.59(6.26)years *** DVS was significantly shorter in the PSNI group[2.40(1.13)]than in the control group[3.09(2.14)](P=0.014).The multivariable Cox regression model also showed that patients in the PSNI group had an increased probability of shorter DVS compared with patients in the control group[hazard ratio(HR),1.27;95%confidence interval(CI),1.04–1.55;P=0.017].Subgroup analysis suggested that the DVS of patients without full vaccination was significantly reduced in the PSNI *** proportions of runny nose and stuffy nose were apparently reduced in the first three days in the PSNI group or the control group,but there was no evidence showing that PSNI contributes to the benefit compared with the control *** PSNI can reduce the DVS of patients with mild and asymptomatic infection with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.2 variant.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignancies around the world and accounts for 85%to 90%of the pathological types of primary liver cancer(1).In total,905,677 patients die from HCC,which was the third leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide in 2020(2).Despite significant advancements achieved in early detection,liver transplantation,surgical technique,and local and systemic treatment,the overall prognosis of HCC remains dismal with a 5-year relative survival rate of 18.4%(3).

Pressure-relief effect of coal rock body of long distance lower protective seam mined based on FLAC^(3D)

According to the specific geological condition, analyzed the stress distribution of the overlying strata, the displacement of pressure released seam, thickness variation and the distribution of plastic zones by FLAG3D software to simulate mining of the long-distance lower protective seam. The research results show that the distribution of vertical stress appears as a ＂Double-hump＂ within the pressure-relief range of the protected coal seam and the swelling deformation curve of coal bodies takes an ＂M＂ shape. The swelling is divided into initial swelling, swelling increase and swelling compression stability. The maximum swelling ratio of the pressure released seam is 1.84%, protection angle of the lower protective coal seam along the strike direction is about 55°, protection angle below the dip direction is about 50°, protection angle above the dip direction is about 55°, and the coal seam compression zone resembles a ＂U＂ shape.

Perifollicular granulomas with Ig G4 plasmacytosis:A case report and review of literature

Perifollicular granuloma is a unique histologic feature and whether it is associated with immunoglobulin G4(IgG 4)-related disease is controversial. We report a case of a 38-year-old man who presented with worsening left eye pain, proptosis, tearing, gritty sensation, blurred vision and multiple lymphadenopathy. An axillary lymph node resection showed reactive follicular and interfollicular lymph node hyperplasia, and increased eosinophils and plasma cells(at least 80% of Ig G+ plasma cells were positive for IgG 4). A distinct feature was the presence of multifocal, perifollicular histiocytic granulomas, which formed a wreath around the entire follicles. The human herpes virus 8 was not detected by immunohistochemistry. In addition, an extensive panel of special stains, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry was negative for lymphoma, fungal, or mycobacterial infection. The findings were suggestive of IgG 4-related sclerosing disease-associated lymphadenopathy. Further laboratory testing showed a significant increase of serum immunoglobulin E(> 23000 IU/mL) and slight increase of total Ig G, but normal serum Ig G4. Even though perifollicular granuloma is a nonspecific histopathologic feature and can be seen in other diseases, such as nodular lymphocyte predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, Ig G4-related lymphadenopathy should be listed in the differential diagnoses of benign reactive lymph nodes, especially when perifollicular granuloma and plasmacytosis coexist.

Achieving the directional and long-range droplet transport on solid surfaces is widely preferred for many practical applications but has proven to be ***,directionality and transport distance of droplets on hydrophobic surfaces are mutually ***,we report that drain fly,a ubiquitous insect maintaining nonwetting property even in very high humidity,develops a unique ballistic droplet transport mechanism to meet these demanding *** drain fly serves as a flexible rectifier to allow for a directional and long-range propagation as well as self-removal of a droplet,thus suppressing unwanted liquid *** investigation reveals that this phenomenon is owing to the synergistic conjunction of multiscale roughness,structural periodicity,and flexibility,which rectifies the random and localized droplet nucleation(nanoscale and microscale)into a directed and global migration(millimeter-scale).The mechanism we have identified opens up a new approach toward the design of artificial rectifiers for broad applications.
