Background Exogenous gonadotropin-controlled ovarian stimulation is the critical step in animal reproductive management,such as pig,sheep,bovine and other *** helps synchronize ovulation or stimulate multiple ***,a number of evidence indicated an unexpected decrease in pregnancy outcomes following ovarian *** study aimed to explore the underlying mechanism of the pregnancy defect and develop a practical rescue *** Compared with those in the control group,gilts that underwent ovarian stimulation showed a decrease in pregnancy rate,farrowing rate,and total number of piglets *** gilts also showed an increase in estra-diol(E_(2))*** supraphysiologicalE_(2) level was correlated with the decrease in the number of piglets ***,we found that high levels ofE_(2) impair uterine receptivity,as shown by the overproliferation of endo-metrial epithelial *** vitro mechanistic studies demonstrated that high levels ofE_(2) hyperactivate FGF-FGFR-ERK signaling cascade in the uterine endometrium,and in turn induces overproliferation of endometrial epithelial *** note,N-acetyl-L-cysteine(NAC)supplementation effectively inhibits ERK hyperphosphorylation and ameliorates endometrial epithelial ***,in vivo experiments indicated that dietary NAC supplementa-tion,compared with ovarian stimulation group,improves the uterine receptivity in gilts,and significantly increases the pregnancy rate and total number of piglets *** Ovarian stimulation-induced supraphysiological levels ofE_(2) impairs uterine receptivity by hyperactivat-ing FGF-FGFR-ERK signaling cascade,thereby reducing pregnancy rate and litter *** NAC to a con-ventional diet for gilts ameliorates hyperactivated ERK signaling and improves uterine receptivity,thus rescuing adverse pregnancy outcomes following ovarian stimulation.

As a prerequisite for sexual reproduction,gametophyte development is an interesting process involving cell proliferation,differentiation and *** has been extensively explored in model plants,but the regulatory mechanism of gametophyte development largely remains unknown in Cucurbitaceae *** present study,we have shown that watermelon ClBBM and ClPLT2,two AP2/ERF transcription factors,participated in both male and female gametophyte *** and Clplt2 single mutants resembled wild-type phenotypes in both vegetative and reproductive *** Clbbm/Clplt2 double mutant showed partial pollen abortion and bore less seeds comparing to *** results indicated that the abnormal pollen grains were caused by premature tapetum degeneration,and reduced seed-set was due to faulty embryo sac *** and ClPLT2 were expressed in FG4 embryo sacs,and their transcripts were also detectable in the tapetum and microspore of stage 9 anthers,which was consistent with developmental stages of defective phenotypes observed in double *** expression of genes essential for tapetum development,ClATM1,ClAMS,ClMS1 and ClMS188,was decreased in Clbbm/Clplt2 double ***,the transcriptome analysis indicated that ClBBM and ClPLT2 participated in tapetum and pollen wall development by regulate cell cycle,transmembrane transport,glucan and cellulose metabolic ***,ClBBM and ClPLT2 were functionally redundant in regulating gametophyte development in watermelon,and their functions differ from their homologous genes in model plant Arabidopsis.

In the new power system, the imbalance of the supply and demand for adequacy and flexibility intensifies in different space-time. Optimizing the HVDC transmission plan allows optimal scheduling of adequacy and flexibility resources in DC interconnected power systems. First, the DC daily trading electricity quantity is obtained by decomposing the cross-region medium- and long-term trading electricity quantity considering the balanced allocation of adequacy over time and implementation deviation of the HVDC day-ahead transmission plan. Then, a supply and demand model for adequacy and flexibility is established. On this basis, an optimization model combined with the decomposition of medium- and long-term trading electricity quantity for the HVDC day-ahead transmission plan is proposed based on the Stackelberg game. The leader optimizes the HVDC transmission plan to promote the spatiotemporal equilibrium of supply and demand for adequacy and flexibility between the sending and receiving ends. The follower performs unit commitment and economic scheduling through two-stage stochastic programming. Finally, the model's effectiveness in cross-regional optimal scheduling is verified on the wind power HVDC transmission system. ©2025 *** ***.

Battery safety is influenced by various factors,with thermal runaway being one of the most significant *** most studies have concentrated on developing one-time,self-activating mechanism for thermal protection,such as temperature-responsive electrodes,and thermal-shutdown separators,these methods only provide irreversible ***,reversible temperature-sensitive electrolytes have emerged as promising alternatives,offering both thermo-reversibility and self-protective ***,further research is crucial to fully understand these thermal-shutdown *** this study,we propose lower critical solution temperature(LCST) phase behavior poly(benzyl methacrylate)/imidazolium-based ionic liquid mixtures to prepare temperature-sensitive electrolytes that provide reversible thermal shutdown protection of *** electrolyte features an appropriate protection temperature(～105℃) and responds quickly within a 1 min at 105℃,causing cells to hardly discharge as the voltage suddenly drops to 3.38 V,and providing efficient thermal shutdown protection within 30 *** cooling back to room temperature,the battery regains its original ***,the electrolyte exhibits excellent cycling stability with the capacity retention of the battery is 91.6% after 500 *** work provides a viable solution for preventing batteries from thermal runaway triggered by overheating.

Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical *** The databases such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,HowNet,Wanfang,VIP and HTA websites were *** researchers screened the literature to extract data according to the inclusion and exclusion *** necessary,a third researcher was *** included literature was analyzed and concluded through corresponding quality *** and Conclusion Four meta-analysis articles and five pharmacoeconomics articles were *** terms of effectiveness,compared with the blank group and the control group(diammonium glycyrrhizinate,glutathione,and polyene phosphatidylcholine),the preventive use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection had a lower incidence of drug-induced liver injury with a more significant reduction in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total *** terms of safety,except for an economic study in which some patients had a transient increase in blood pressure during the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection,other studies did not show the increasing risk of adverse reactions due to preventive *** terms of economy,the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection for prevention of different diseases did not necessarily have economic advantages over the control group(blank group and reduced glutathione,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection,traditional Chinese medicine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection).In the prevention of drug induced liver injury,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection used beyond the instructions has certain efficacy and safety,but it may not be the economic optimal for other different diseases.

This paper provides a comprehensive study of the polarization transition of reflected C-point singularities. The reflection of star-and lemon-type C-point paraxial vector beams at an air-dielectric interface is investigated. For small oblique incidences, a topological phase transition is observed exclusively in spin-maintained modes, manifesting as a shift from a vortex phase to a spin phase. Notably, as the incident angle ranges from 0 to 90 degrees, another topological phase transition occurs, the total spin components of the reflected field undergoing an interchange of topological charges(TCs), resulting in a type transition of the C-point from the star(lemon)-type to the lemon(star)-type. Furthermore, the concurrence of the C-point beam throughout the reflection process can be modulated by the incident angle, spanning almost the entire spectrum from 0 to 1. The longitudinal and transverse displacements of each spin component as well as the overall beam shifts of the reflected beam are further analyzed, revealing their dependence on the incident beam's TC combination. These findings offer novel physical insights into polarization singularity-matter interactions, holding promise for advancing research in singular optics and its applications.
