Digital measuring the ocular morphological parameters of guinea pig eye in vivo with Python

碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)因其高强度、高模量、轻质化、耐腐蚀等卓越性能,在航空航天领域中的应用日趋广泛。CFRP的生产工艺、服役环境会对CFRP的微观结构造成影响,从而改变其拉伸、剪切等力学性能、界面性能以及热电性能。为了提升CFRP的结构稳定性,保证其性能和服役安全性,对CFRP进行原位、无损的微观结构检测,损伤识别与监测工作具有重要意义。拉曼光谱法作为一种高分辨率、非破坏性的检测技术,能够用于碳纤维取向、结晶度以及界面相互作用等微观结构特性的测试表征,继而评估材料的组分、缺陷、变形等情况。该文概述了CFRP在航空航天领域减轻飞行器重量、吸收电磁波等方面的应用优势,总结了拉曼光谱用于CFRP结构表征、力学性能和热电性能研究、高温损伤过程研究的场景和原理,以及使用拉曼光谱分析检测CFRP时的注意事项,以期为CFRP在航空航天领域的性能优化、质量保证、服役行为监控等方面提供理论支持和实践指导。

采用絮凝-电化学氧化协同工艺处理兰炭废水,探究了反应过程中絮凝剂投加量、反应时间、初始pH值、外加电压以及NaCl添加量对化学需氧量(COD)和氨氮(NH_(3)-N)去除的影响及絮凝-电化学氧化协同作用机制.结果表明,随着絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)投加量和外加电压的增加,兰炭废水中COD和NH_(3)-N的去除率逐渐升高.当PAFC投加量为50g/L、电压6V、反应时间4h,初始pH=9,NaCl添加量30g/L时,COD和NH_(3)-N去除率分别为82.37%和100%,更换极板进行二次电解COD去除率可达100%.兰炭废水中有机污染物主要是苯酚类､醇类和酰胺类物质,处理后酚类物质含量大幅减少,酮类、醇类和酸类物质相对占比有所增加.絮凝-电化学氧化过程中,PAFC既是絮凝剂又是Cl^(-)的提供者,其水解产生的Cl^(-)与NaCl引入的Cl^(-)在电场作用下向阳极定向迁移.阳极表面发生氧化反应产生的有效氯(Cl_(2)/ClO^(-))将兰炭废水中有机污染物氧化成中间产物氯酚,与絮凝剂中Al^(3+)的水解产物Al(OH)^(2+)、Al(OH)^(+)_(2)及Al(OH)_(3)通过静电和吸附作用结合形成絮凝体被去除.废水中剩余少量的氯酚及酰胺、环己二醇等有机污染物及NH_(3)-N则在ClO^(-)的间接氧化作用下转化为N_(2)、CO_(2)和H_(2)O得以去除.

Progress of Sintering Technology in Handan Iron and Steel Company

As one of the biggest iron and steel companies in China, Handan Iron and Steel Co has made a substantial progress in the sintering process. The mini-pellet sintering technology has been successfully applied based on lab investigation and industrial trials. Equipment enlargement was realized through replacing small sintering strands with the construction of huge sintering machine with a grate area of 400 m 2. The productivity, iron content and the metallurgical properties of sintering process have been improved.

Highly efficient and stable iron electrodes are of great significant to the development of iron-air battery(IAB).In this paper,iron nanoparticle-encapsulated C–N composite(NanoFe@CN)was synthesized by pyrolysis using polyaniline as the C–N *** performance of the NanoFe@CN in different electrolytes(alkaline,neutral,and quasi-neutral)was investigated via cyclic voltammetry(CV).The IAB was assembled with NanoFe@CN as the anode and IrO_(2)+Pt/C as the *** effects of different discharging/charging current densities and electrolytes on the battery performance were also *** K_(2)SO_(4)electrolyte can effectively suppress the passivation of iron electrode,and the battery showed a good cycling stability during 180 charging/discharging *** to the pure nano-iron(NanoFe)battery,the NanoFe@CN battery has a more stable cycling stability either in KOH or NH_(4)Cl+KCl electrolyte.

Flame Morphology and Characteristic of Co-Firing Ammonia with Pulverized Coal on a Flat Flame Burner

Ammonia as a new green carbon free fuel co-combustion with coal can effectively reduce CO_(2)emission,but the research of flame morphology and characteristics of ammonia-coal co-combustion are not *** this work,we studied the co-combustion flame of NH_(3)and pulverized coal on flat flame burner under different oxygen mole fraction(X_(i,O_(2)))and NH_(3)co-firing energy ratios(E_(NH_(3))).We initially observed that the introduction of ammonia resulted in stratification within the ammonia-coal co-combustion flame,featuring a transparent flame at the root identified as the ammonia combustion *** to challenges in visually observing the ignition of coal particles in the ammonia-coal co-combustion flame,we utilized Matlab software to analyze flame images across varying E_(NH_(3))and X_(i,O_(2)).The analysis indicates that,compared to pure coal combustion,the addition of ammonia advances the ignition delay time by 4.21 ms to 5.94 *** E_(NH_(3))increases,the ignition delay time initially decreases and then ***,an increase in X_(i,O_(2))results in an earlier ignition delay *** burn-off time and the flame divergence angle of pulverized coal demonstrated linear decreases and increases,respectively,with the growing ammonia *** addition of ammonia facilitates the release of volatile matter from coal ***,in high-ammonia environments,oxygen consumption also impedes the surface reaction of coal ***,measurements of gas composition in the ammonia-coal flame flow field unveiled that the generated water-rich atmosphere intensified coal particle gasification,resulting in an elevated concentration of ***,nitrogen-containing substances and coke produced during coal particle gasification underwent reduction reactions with NO_(x),leading to reduced NO_(x)emissions.

Effects of the crude extract of Polygala tenuifolia Willd on human sperm in vitro

The aim of the present study is to analyze sperm membrane changes and the spermicidal effect in treatment with the crude extract from Polygala tenuifo/ia Willd （PTW） in vitro. The root of PTW was extracted in distilled water. Normal human spermatozoa were used to assess the spermicidal activity （Sander-Cramer assay） of the extract from the PTW root. The hypo-osmotic swelling （HOS） test and the eosin Y （EY） staining were used to detect the integrity of sperm membrane and vitality. The sperm chromatin dispersion （SCD） test was performed to determine sperm DNA integrity. N-9 was used as a reference standard and semen added to physiological saline was used as the control. Semen samples were donated by 42 healthy fertile men. The crude extract from the root of PTW could immobilize and kill 100% spermatozoa within 20 s in vitro at the concentrations of 20.0 and 10.0 mg/ml; at the concentration of 5.0 mg/ml, spermatozoa were immobilized in （39.5±3.2） s. In the groups of the crude extract from the root of PTW and N-9 solution the rate of the normal HOS （tails swollen） and the white head （unstained） was 0%, and the rate of the abnormal HOS （tails unswollen） and red head （stained） was 100%. Sperm DNA fragmentation showed no change in exposure to the crude extract from the root of PTW and N-9 solution. The sperm revival test did not show any spermatozoa that recovered their motilities. The rapid spermicidal activity of the crude extract from the root of PTW in vitro may occur by the disruption of the sperm membrane integrity.

BACKGROUND Pitt-Hopkins syndrome(PTHS;MIM#610954)is a rare genetic neurological *** and strabismus have been reported in approximately 50%of PTHS *** studies have reported details about the required surgery for PTHS with strabismus and early-onset ***,we retrospectively reviewed the surgical management of two patients with PTHS combined with strabismus and/or early-onset *** SUMMARY A 5-year-old girl presented with congenital esotropia and left eye myopia,and the second girl was a 5-year-old girl who presented with intermittent *** testing performed on both patients showed a mutation in transcription factor 4,which is a diagnostic marker of *** first girl underwent bilateral medial rectus recession combined with posterior scleral reinforcement(PSR)in the left eye and the second patient underwent bilateral lateral rectus recession strabismus *** made key innovations in surgical timing and strategy,and the results were *** combination of strabismus and PSR surgery is an innovative strategy for patients with both strabismus and early-onset *** Early treatment of strabismus and myopia positively influence motor development and should be included in rehabilitation programs for patients with PTHS.
