The application of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)as a covering layer for steel bridge decks has gained widespread popularity.By employing a connection without a shear connector between the steel plate and UHPC,namely,the sandblasted interface and the epoxy adhesive with sprinkled basalt aggregate interface,the installation cannot only be simplified but also the stress concentration resulting from the welded shear connectors can be eliminated.This study develops constitutive models for these two interfaces without shear connectors,based on the interfacial pull-off and push-out tests.For validation,three-point bending tests on the steel-UHPC composite plates are conducted.The results indicated that the proposed bilinear traction-separation model for the sandblasted interface and the trapezoidal traction-separation model for the epoxy adhesive with sprinkled basalt aggregate interface can generally calibrate the interfacial behavior.However,the utilization of the experimentally determined pure shear strength underestimates the load-carrying capacity of the composite plates in the case of three-point bending tests.By recalling the Mohr-Coulomb criterion,this underestimation is attributed to the enhancement of the interface shear strength by the presence of normal stress.

Dry-fermented sausages are a good source of bioactive peptides,whose stability against gastrointestinal(GI)digestion determines their bioaccessibility.This study focused on evaluating the effect of peptide extracts from sausages fermented with Staphylococcus simulans QB7 during in vitro simulated GI digestion,including peptide profiles and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities.Peptides present in sausages were degraded during digestion,with molecular weight reduced from>12 kDa to<1.5 kDa.Besides,the content of amino acids increased from 381.15 to 527.07 mg/g,especially tyrosine being found only after GI digestion.The anti-inflammatory activities were increased after GI digestion,however,the changes in antioxidant activities were the opposite.A total number of 255,252 and 386 peptide sequences were identified in undigested,peptic-digested and GI-digested samples,respectively.PeptideRanker,BIOPEP-UWM and admetSAR were used to further predict the functional properties and intestinal absorption of the identified peptide sequences from GI digestion.Finally,18 peptides were discovered to possess either antioxidant or anti-inflammatory capacities.

The effects of composition of bio-jet fuels on freezing point,smoke point,distillation range,and flash point are investigated.Performance tests using petroleum-based jet fuel with different compositions are conducted in line with standard test specifications.The results show that alkylbenzenes reduce the freezing point,with the amount of reduction becoming greater with increasing alkylbenzene content.For a 25%content of the C_8 aromatic xylene,the freezing point is in the range from-55.5℃to-60.1℃.The presence of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons leads to an increase in carbon deposition performance,especially when alkyl side chains are present.With cycloalkanes,carbon deposition is reduced,although alkyl side chains weaken this beneficial effect.Isomeric hydrocarbons are beneficial in reducing carbon deposition.The ASTM D7566 specifications for the distillation range are based on the average properties of petroleum-based aviation fuel,and if all the parameters governing the distillation range of an alternative jet fuel are at their lower limits,it is necessary to check whether other performance standards are met.Light components affect the flash point greatly,with 5%of benzene reducing the flash point by 17℃,whereas intermediate components(e.g.,xylene and ethylbenzene)and heavier components have less impact.Although alcohols provide better combustion performance,their content must be strictly limited owing to their effects in reducing the flash point.

Improving constraint on Ωfrom SDSS using marked correlation functions

Large-scale structure （LSS） surveys will increasingly provide stringent constraints on our cosmological models.Recently,the density-marked correlation function （MCF） has been introduced,offering an easily computable density-correlation statistic.Simulations have demonstrated that MCFs offer additional,independent constraints on cosmological models beyond the standard two-point correlation （2PCF）.In this study,we apply MCFs for the first time to SDSS CMASS data,aiming to investigate the statistical information regarding clustering and anisotropy properties in the Universe and assess the performance of various weighting schemes in MCFs,and finally obtain constraints on Ωm.Upon analyzing the CMASS data,we observe that,by combining different weights （α=[-0.2,0,0.2,0.6]）,the MCFs provide a tight and independent constraint on the cosmological parameter Ωm,yielding Ωm=0.293±0.006 at the 1σlevel,which represents a significant reduction in the statistical error by a factor of 3.4compared to that from 2PCF.Our constraint is consistent with recent findings from the small-scale clustering of BOSS galaxies(Zhai et al.Astronphys.J.948,99 （2023）) within the 1σlevel.However,we also find that our estimate is lower than the Planck measurements by about 2.6σ,indicating the potential presence of new physics beyond the standard cosmological model if all the systematics are fully corrected.The method outlined in this study can be extended to other surveys and datasets,allowing for the constraint of other cosmological parameters.Additionally,it serves as a valuable tool for forthcoming emulator analysis on the Chinese Space Station Telescope （CSST）.

天人关系作为中国传统文化的思想母题,在传统哲学语境中,呈现出思想主体广衰与精微的内外协调,同时兼具道体的巍然规范与心体的澄怀自得。具有中国本土特色的宗教场所或建筑,总体呈现出神圣空间与世俗空间流动、泛化、融合的关系形态。其既不广泛具有“神圣-世俗”高度区隔的空间结构,也不普遍具备围绕“神圣-世俗”开展宗教实践的社会基础。然而,如果不围绕“神圣-世俗”的区隔,中国本土化神圣空间的神圣性又是如何被建构与生成的?通过考察可知,区别于“神圣-世俗”的区隔,中国本土神圣空间的建构范式是天与人的生命性贯通,并通过形态表征、体验营造、仪式勾连、秩序同构等生成模式,完成了对一种去边界化、非异质化神圣性的表达与阐释,并由此在神圣与世俗之间形成了一种横向勾连、纵向交感、动态生成的意义共生关系。

孕期环境重金属低水平暴露问题普遍,该阶段暴露易对胎儿生长发育产生不良的影响,并可持续至出生后。本文系统回顾了近年来国内外有关孕期重金属暴露与儿童体格发育的流行病学研究,重点讨论了镉、汞、铅、砷4种常见重金属与儿童体格发育水平及生长轨迹的关联。现有研究结果显示,孕期镉、汞暴露与儿童早期肥胖有关,孕期铅暴露可致儿童肥胖与生长迟缓的双重效应,孕期砷暴露则与儿童生长迟缓相关。同时,孕期镉、铅暴露对男童的影响更显著,存在性别效应。儿童生长轨迹分析的多数研究结果则显示,孕期镉、砷和铅暴露常与较低的儿童体质指数(BMI)/年龄别体重Z分数(WAZ)和年龄别身高Z分数(HAZ)生长轨迹存在关联,甚至可持续至青春期,其中孕早期和孕晚期可能分别是镉和铅暴露作用效应的关键窗口期。由于汞暴露评价方法的不同,孕期汞暴露对儿童生长轨迹影响的结果尚存争议。此外,孕期重金属混合暴露对儿童体格生长发育的作用可能存在联合效应。未来仍需要结合多种样本来源、多时点的人群流行病学研究,进一步阐明单一金属和多种重金属间交互对儿童体格发育的影响,并加强基础性研究以拓宽其中关联机制的新认识。

为了实现北斗B1C+B1I信号的联合生成,提出一种基于软件无线电和图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)加速的北斗B1宽带复合信号的实时生成方法,该方法针对单边带复数二进制偏移载波(single-sideband complex binary offset carrier,SCBOC)调制方式的信号体制进行设计,系统根据用户配置的接收机运动轨迹和星历文件,生成中频信号并通过射频端发射。为了进一步提升GPU并行运算速度,从优化设备内存结构、设计并行线程架构和统一计算设备架构流(compute unified device architecture stream,CUDA)加速3个方面,设计了基于异步运算的加速采样点数据计算的CUDA优化实现方案。测试结果证明,优化后的算法可以基于SCBOC调制实时生成北斗B1I+B1C信号,基于GTX3060的GPU平台,信号90 M采样率下能实现8颗卫星复合信号的实时生成。

Uplift mechanism for a shallow-buried structure in liquefi able sand subjected to seismic load: centrifuge model test and DEM modeling

Based on a centrifuge model test and distinct element method(DEM), this study provides new insights into the uplift response of a shallow-buried structure and the liquefaction mechanism for saturated sand around the structure under seismic action. In the centrifuge test, a high-speed microscopic camera was installed in the structure model, by which the movements of particles around the structure were monitored. Then, a two-dimensional digital image processing technology was used to analyze the microstructure of saturated sand during the shaking event. Herein, a numerical simulation of the centrifuge experiment was conducted using a two-phase(solid and fl uid) fully coupled distinct element code. This code incorporates a particle-fl uid coupling model by means of a "fi xed coarse-grid" fl uid scheme in PFC3D(Particle Flow Code in Three Dimensions), with the modeling parameters partially calibrated based on earlier studies. The physical and numerical models both indicate the uplifts of the shallow-buried structure and the sharp rise in excess pore pressure. The corresponding micro-scale responses and explanations are provided. Overall, the uplift response of an underground structure and the occurrence of liquefaction in saturated sand are predicted successfully by DEM modeling. However, the dynamic responses during the shaking cannot be modeled accurately due to the restricted computer power.
