The china Space Station Telescope(CSST,also known as Xuntian)is a serviceable two-meter-aperture wide-field telescope operating in the same orbit as the china Space *** CSST plans to survey a sky area of 17,500 deg^(2.of the medium-to-high Galactic latitude to a depth of 2.-2. AB mag in at least 6 photometric bands over 2.5-1,000 *** such a large sky area,slitless spectra will also be taken over the same wavelength range as the imaging *** though the CSST survey is not dedicated to time-domain studies,it would still detect a large number of transients,such as supernovae(SNe).In this paper,we simulate photometric SN observations based on a strawman survey plan using the Sncosmo *** its 10-year survey,the CSST is expected to observe about 5 million SNe of various *** quality cuts,we obtain a“gold”sample that comprises roughly 7,400 SNe Ia,2.2.0 SNe Ibc,and 6,500 SNeⅡcandidates with correctly classified percentages reaching 91%,63%,and 93%(formally defined as classification {2.),*** same survey can also trigger alerts for the detection of about 15,500 SNe Ia({2. 61%)and 2.100 SNeⅡ({2. 49%)candidates at least two days before the light ***,the near-ultraviolet observations of the CSST will be able to catch hundreds of shock-cooling events serendipitously every *** results demonstrate that the CSST can make a potentially significant contribution to SN studies.

Previous studies have shown that low platelet count combined with high plasma total homocysteine(tHcy)increased stroke risk and can be lowered by 73% with folic ***,the combined role of other platelet activation parameters and the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T genotypes on stroke risk and folic acid treatment benefit remain to be *** study aimed to investigate if platelet activation parameters and MTHFR genotypes jointly impact folic acid treatment efficacy in first stroke *** were derived from the china Stroke Primary Prevention *** study includes a total of 11,185 adult hypertensive patients with relevant platelet activation parameters and MTHFR genotype *** simultaneously considering both platelet activation parameters(plateletcrit,platelet count,mean platelet volume,platelet distribution width)and MTHFR genotypes,patients with both low plateletcrit(Q1)and the TT genotype had the highest stroke incidence rate(5.6%)in the enalapril *** subgroup significantly benefited from folic acid treatment,with a 66% reduction in first stroke(HR:0.34;95%CI:0.14-0.82.p=0.016).Consistently,the subgroup with low plateletcrit(Q1)and the CC/CT genotype also benefited from folic acid treatment(HR:0.40;95%CI:0.2.-0.70;p=0.001).In Chinese hypertensive adults,low plateletcrit can identify those who may greatly benefit from folic acid treatment,in particular,those with the TT genotype,a subpopulation known to have the highest stroke risk.

Introduction:The purpose of this study is to examine the potential causal relationship between levels of circulating glycine and coronary artery disease(CAD)using a two-step Mendelian randomization(MR)***:We analyzed data from genome-wide association studies(GWAS)conducted on European and East Asian *** assess the causal effects of circulating glycine levels on the risk of *** used the inverse-variance weighting(IVW),weighted median(WM),MR-Egger,and Mendelian Randomization Pleiotropy RESidual Sum and Outlier(MR-PRESSO)***,we conducted mediation analysis to investigate the contribution of blood pressure and other cardiovascular disease-related ***:The two-step Mendelian randomization analysis revealed that higher levels of glycine in the blood were associated with a reduced risk of CAD in Europeans[odds ratio(OR)=0.84,95%confidence interval(CI):0.72.−0.98;P=0.02.]and East Asians:(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.66,−0.89;P=3.57×10−4).Sensitivity analysis confirmed the robustness of these ***,our results suggest that about 6.06%of the observed causal effect is mediated through genetically predicted systolic blood pressure(SBP)in the European ***:Our results contribute to the current knowledge regarding the involvement of glycine in the progression of CAD,and provide valuable methodological insights for the prevention and treatment of this condition.

AIM:To establish a population pharmacokinetic/pharma- codynamic(PK/PD)model for valproate(VPA)in chil- dren with epilepsy in china,and promote reasonable use of antiepileptie drug in clinical practice. Engineering neuroregenerative microenvironment via aligned hydrogel-assisted magnetic stimulation for complete spinal cord injury repair

Utilizing biomaterials in tissue engineering has shown considerable promise for tissue regeneration,particularly through delivering multimodel cell-regulatory signals,including the material-related signals and extrinsic *** this research,we developed a magnetic-responsive aligned nanofiber fibrin hydrogel(MAFG),integrating the structured alignment of nanofibers and the pliability of fibrin hydrogel with an external magnetic *** design aimed to enhance the regenerative response in spinal cord injury treatment.A medium-strength magnetic field,aligned with the spinal cord,was applied to aid motor function recovery in rats with spinal cord *** use of MAFG in this context not only intensified the effect of the magnetic field but also encouraged the activation and differentiation of native neural stem ***,this method effectively steered macrophage polarization towards a beneficial M2.phenotype,addressing immune dysregulation at the injury *** parallel application of magnetic field stimulation through MAFG in a spinal cord injury model contributed to the concurrent promotion of neurogenesis,angiogenesis,and immunomodulation,resulting in marked improvement in motor function in *** investigation underscores the therapeutic potential of magnetic field stimulation and highlights how aligning this stimulation with the spinal cord can significantly enhance the regenerative milieu at the injury site.
