With the diversified development of big data,detection and precision guidance technologies,electromagnetic(EM)functional materials and devices serving multiple spectrums have become a hot *** the multispectral response of materials is a challenging and meaningful scientific *** this study,MXene/TiO_(2.hybrids with tunable conduction loss and polarization relaxation are fabricated by in situ atomic reconstruction *** importantly,MXene/TiO_(2.hybrids exhibit adjustable spectral responses in the GHz,infrared and visible spectrums,and several EM devices are constructed based on *** antenna array provides excellent EM energy harvesting in multiple microwave bands,with|S11|up to−63.2.dB,and can be tuned by the degree of *** ultra-wideband bandpass filter realizes a passband of about 5.4 GHz and effectively suppresses the transmission of EM signals in the *** infrared stealth device has an emissivity of less than 0.2.in the infrared spectrum at wavelengths of 6-14μ*** work can provide new inspiration for the design and development of multifunctional,multi-spectrum EM devices.

目的探讨维持性血液透析(Maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(Hepatitis B vaccine,HepB)不同免疫程序无/弱应答的影响因素及其交互作用。方法在山西省11所医院招募≥18岁MHD患者,随机分为0-1-6月2.μg、0-1-2.6月2.μg和0-1-2.6月60μg HepB免疫程序组,检测接种后1个月血清乙肝表面抗体(Hepatitis B surface antibody,HBsAb),分析无/弱应答(HBsAb2..55%(116/454)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,与0-1-6月2.μg程序相比,0-1-2.6月60μg和2.μg程序的无/弱应答率低(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.2.-0.75;OR=0.52.95%CI:0.31-0.88);≥50岁、有糖尿病者的无/弱应答率分别较2.02.95%CI:1.2.-3.18;OR=1.91,95%CI:1.16-3.12.。免疫程序与年龄之间存在相乘交互作用(OR=1.91,95%CI:1.16-3.14)。结论采用常规免疫程序、高年龄和有糖尿病的MHD患者易发生HepB接种后无/弱应答,免疫程序与年龄之间存在交互作用。

Background:Accumulating evidence suggests that metabolic disorders,including type 2.diabetes mellitus(T2.M),can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine formulas,such as the Gegen Qinlian decoction(GQD).This study elucidates the mechanisms by which gut microbes mediate the anti-diabetic effects of ***:We conducted a double-blind randomized clinical trial involving 12. untreated participants with *** the 12.week intervention,anthropometric measurements and diabetic traits were recorded every 4 *** microbiota and serum metabolites were measured before and after the intervention using 16S rDNA sequencing,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and Bio-Plex ***:Anti-diabetic effects were observed in the GQD group in the human ***,glycated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose,and two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels were significantly lower in the GQD group than in the placebo ***,Faecalibacterium was significantly enriched in the GQD group,and the short-chain fatty acid levels were higher and the serum inflammation-associated marker levels were lower in the GQD group compared to the placebo ***,Faecalibacterium abundance negatively correlated with the levels of serum hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose,and pro-inflammatory ***,the diabetes-alleviating effect of Faecalibacterium was confirmed by oral administration of Faecalibacterium prausnitzi(DSMZ 17677)in ***:GQD improved type 2.diabetes primarily by modulating the abundance of Faecalibacterium in the gut microbiota,alleviating metabolic disorders and the inflammatory state.

Vascular-targeted photodynamic therapy(V-PDT)is an effective treatment for port wine stains(PWS).However,repeated treatment is usually needed to achieve optimal treatment outcomes,possibly due to the limited treatment light penetration depth in the PWS *** optical clearing technique can increase light penetration in depth by reducing light *** study aimed to investigate the V-PDT in combination with an optical clearing agent(OCA)for the therapeutic enhancement of V-PDT in the rodent skinfold window chamber *** responses were closely monitored with laser speckle contrast imaging(LSCI),optical coherence tomography angiography,and stereo microscope before,during,and after the *** further quantitatively demonstrated the effects of V-PDT in combination with OCA on the blood flow and blood vessel size of skin *** combination of OCA and V-PDT resulted in significant vascular damage,including vasoconstriction and the reduction of blood *** results indicate the promising potential of OCA for enhancing V-PDT for treating vascular-related diseases,including PWS.

Two-dimensional(2.)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have garnered considerable attention for their promising applications in sensors and optoelectronic devices,owing to their exceptional optical,electronic,and optoelectronic ***,the inherent high symmetry of TMD lattices imposes limitations on their functional ***,we present a strategy to disrupt the C_(3)rotational symmetry of monolayer WSe_(2.by fabricating a heterostructure incorporating WSe_(2.and SiP *** comprehensive experimental investigations and first-principle calculations,we elucidate that in the WSe_(2./SiP heterostructure,excitons-both neutral and charged-emanating from WSe_(2.exhibit pronounced anisotropy,which remains robust against temperature ***,we observe an anisotropic ratio reaching up to 1.5,indicating a substantial degree of ***,we demonstrate the tunability of exciton anisotropy through the application of a magnetic field,resulting in a significant reduction in the anisotropic ratio with increasing field strength,from 1.57 to ***,the change in heterojunction anisotropy ratio reaches 2..8%as the magnetic field *** findings elucidate that the perturbation of the C_(3)rotational symmetry of the WSe_(2.monolayer arises from a non-uniform charge density distribution within the layer,exhibiting mirror *** results underscore the potential of heterostructure engineering in tailoring the properties of isotropic materials and provide a promising avenue for advancing the application of anisotropic devices across various fields.

By using a high-precision LaCoste-Romberg (D-12.#) gravimeter,continuous and precise measurements were carried out during the March 9,1997 total solar eclipse in the Mohe region in Northeast *** gravity variations were digitally recorded during the total solar eclipse so as to investigate the possible anomaly of the sun and the moon’s gravitational fields on the *** the careful processing and analysis of the observed data,no significant anomaly during the very solar eclipse has been ***, there are two ’gravity anomaly valleys’ with near symmetrical decrease of about 6—7μGal at the first contact and the last contact This is the anomaly phenomenon observed and reported for the first time in the *** note presents some analyses and discussions.

Moirésuperlattices,arising from the controlled twisting of van der Waals homostructures at specific angles,have emerged as a promising platform for quantum emission ***,the manipulation of strain provides a versatile strategy to finely adjust electronic band structures,enhance exciton luminescence efficiency,and establish a robust foundation for two-dimensional quantum light ***,the intricate interplay between strain and moirépotential remains partially ***,we introduce a meticulously designed fusion of strain engineering and the twisted 2.-WSe_(2./2.-WSe_(2. homobilayers,resulting in the precise localization of moiré*** low-temperature photoluminescence spectroscopy,we unveil the emergence of highly localized moiré-enhanced emission,characterized by the presence of multiple distinct emission ***,our investigation demonstrates the effective regulation of moirépotential depths through strain engineering,with the potential depths of strained and unstrained regions differing by 91%.By combining both experimental and theoretical approaches,our study elucidates the complex relationship between strain and moirépotential,thereby opening avenues for generating strain-induced moiréexciton single-photon sources.

Introduction:A retrospective study based on sentinel surveillance was conducted in 10 provinciallevel administrative divisions(PLADs)in china to enhance the understanding of the epidemiological characteristics of human parainfluenza viruses(HPIVs).Methods:From January 2.19 to June 2.2.,respiratory specimens were collected from individuals with acute respiratory infections(ARIs)and screened for four HPIVs serotypes and other common respiratory viruses using multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).This study analyzed the association of HPIVs infections with seasonal patterns,geographical distribution,demographic profiles,clinical features,and co-infection ***:During the study period,a total of 12.866 ARIs were *** overall detection rate of HPIVs was 6.15%,varying from 5.04%in 2.2. to 9.70%in *** median age of HPIVs-infected patients was 3 ***2.was more prevalent among individuals aged 5–17 years(42.57%),while HPIV4 was more common in those over 65 years(12.2.%).HPIV3(54.16%)and HPIV1(2..18%)were the predominant serotypes,and their prevalence exhibited significant seasonal fluctuations postcoronavirus disease 2.19(COVID-19)*** peak of HPIV3 shifted three months later in 2.2. compared to 2.19 and returned to a summer peak *** peaks of HPIV1 were observed in 2.2. following the peak of ***,coinfections were frequent in HPIVs cases(overall rate:2..12.),with human rhinovirus being the most common co-infecting ***:The prevalence of HPIVs in china was predominantly due to HPIV3 and HPIV1,and their seasonal patterns were altered by pandemic ***,continuous surveillance of HPIVs is essential.

Patients with advanced gastric cancer typically face a grim *** phase 1a(dose escalation)and phase 1b(dose expansion)study investigated safety and efficacy of first-line camrelizumab plus apatinib and chemotherapyfor advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction *** primary endpoints included maximum tolerated dose(MTD)in phase 1a and objective response rate(ORR)across phase 1a and *** 1a tested three dose regimens of camrelizumab,apatinib,oxaliplatin,and *** regimen 1:camrelizumab 2.0 mg on day 1,apatinib 2.0 mg every other day,oxaliplatin 100 mg/m^(2. on day 1,and S-140 mg twice a day on days *** regimen 2.same as dose regimen 1,but oxaliplatin 130mg/*** regimen3:same as dose regimen 2.but apatinib 2.0 mg ***-four patients were included(9 in phase 1a,2. in phase 1b).No dose-limiting toxicities occurred so no MTD was *** 3 was set for the recommended phase 2.doses and administered in phase *** confrmed ORR was 76.5%(95%CI 58.8-89.3).The median progression-free survival was 8.4 months(95%CI 5.9-not evaluable[NE]),and the median overall survival(OS)was not mature(11.6-NE).Ten patients underwent surgery after treatment and the multidisciplinary team *** 2. patients without surgery,the median OS was 19.6 months(7.8-NE).Eighteen patients(52.9%)developed grade≥3 treatment-emergent adverse *** plus apatinib and chemotherapy showed favorable clinical outcomes and manageable safety for untreated advanced gastric cancer(ChiCTR2.00034109).
