The curved steel-concrete-steel(SCS)sandwich shell was recently proposed to resist blast loading and it showed better blast resistant performance as compared to flat SCS sandwich shell via developing compressive force along the *** this paper,a dimensionless Pressure-Impulse(P-I)diagram was constructed as a convenient tool to predict the damage level of curved SCS sandwich shell subjected to uniformly distributed blast *** curved SCS sandwich shell was equivalent to a single-degree-oMreedom(SDOF)system and the equation of motion was established by employing the Lagrange's *** construct the dimensionless P-I diagram,the energy balance method was utilized to yield the pressure and impulse asymptotes and the responses in the dynamic response regime were obtained via employing the SDOF ***,the finite element method was employed to validate the developed dimensionless P-I ***,the procedures of using the constructed dimensionless P-I diagram to quickly conduct the blast resistant design of curved SCS sandwich shell were presented.

There exist dual features of internationalization and regionalization in the current international monetary system, and the U.S. dollar is still in a dominant position in the system. A lack of relevant institutional constraints has led to institutional deficiencies and systematic risks in the international monetary system, and resulted in the frequent financial crises in the world in recent years. As an emerging economy closely related to the current international monetary system, China has responsibilities and obligations to participate actively in international monetary system reform and push forward international monetary system reform through institutional supply.

Based on soil under seven vegetation types,the carbon sequestration potential in the Ebinur Lake wetland was estimated using the maximum value method,the saturation value method,and the classification and grading *** indicated that:1)Soil carbon sequestration results for the top 20 cm soil layer were about 1.88 Mt using the maximum value method;the middle level standard of the classification and grading method result was 1.71 Mt.2)Soil carbon sequestration potential in the top 20 cm layer under different vegetation types,evaluated using the saturation value method and the classificationgrading method,ranged from 0.45 to 0.67 Mt,accounting for about 5/16 of the ideal carbon sequestration potential.3)Carbon sequestration potential calculated using the saturation method and the classification method(middle level standard),combining the soil organic carbon increment under different vegetation types in Ebinur Lake wetland,recorded an average growth rate of soil organic carbon around 0.7-1 kg/(hm^2·a).Time required to reach its carbon sequestration potential was 41 to 144 *** results indicate that soil organic carbon content dynamically changes,and different forms of land use affect soil organic carbon *** potential and ability of soil carbon sequestration and its mechanism of dynamic change are investigated,providing a scientific basis for understanding regional carbon cycle and climate change in wetlands.

Dorsal root ganglion （DRG） neurons from newborn Wistar rats cultured in vitro were pressurized with 20, 40, 80 or 120 mm Hg compressive Ioadings （1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa） for 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours, respectively. The 3-[4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide test showed that pressures less than 80 mm Hg had no obvious impact on the activity of DRG neurons. The protein expression levels of transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 4 （TRPV4）, transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 1, transient receptor potential channel of melastatin type 8, and transient receptor potential subtype ankyrin 1 were assessed by western blot analysis. The mRNA expression of TRPV4 was assessed by real-time PCR. The results showed that sustained mechanical compression up-regulated TRPV4 mRNA and protein expression in the rat DRG neurons, in a time-dependent fashion. Similar changes were not found in the protein expression of transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 1, transient receptor potential channel of melastatin type 8, and transient receptor potential subtype ankyrin 1. Images of cells using a laser scanning confocal microscope showed that the sustained mechanical pressure increased the number of responsive DRG neurons and was synergistic on the enhanced Ca^2＋ responses to the TRPV4 phorbol ester agonist 4a-phorbo112, 13-didecanoate and hypotonic solutions. These findings demonstrate that sustained mechanical compressive loading in vitro increases the expression of TRPV4 mRNA and protein in DRG neurons and sensitizes TRPV4 Ca^2＋ signals. Mechanical compression does not impact other ion channels in the transient receptor potential family.

Ground-based platform systems provide a good tool for monitoring and managing crop conditions in precision agriculture applications and have been widely used for monitoring crop *** develop an unmanned ground vehicle system(UGVS)based multi-sensors and test the feasibility of this system for monitoring rice conditions,an UGVS was developed to collect real-time rice condition information including NDVI values,reflectance measurements and crop canopy temperature in this *** components of the integrated system are GreenSeeker R100 system,hyper-spectroradiometer and infrared temperature *** leaf area index(LAI)was measured by the CGMD302 *** Independent Samples T-Test method and the one way ANOVA method were used to determine the best spectral indices and analyze the relationship between the vegetation indices and rice *** was found that the two best spectral indices for estimating LAI were NDVI(860 nm and 750 nm)with the correlation coefficient(R^(2))at 0.745 and RVI(853 nm and 751 nm)with the R^(2)at *** results show the UGVS can support multi-source information acquisition and is useful for crop management and precision agriculture applications.

Solar vapor generation(SVC)represents a promising technique for seawater desalination to alleviate the global water crisis and energy *** of its main bottleneck problems is that the evaporation efficiency and stability are limited by salt crystallization under high-salinity ***,we demonstrate that the 3D porous melamine-foam(MF)wrapped by a type of self-assembling composite materials based on reduced polyoxometalates(*** blue,HPB),oleic acid(OA),and polypyrrole(PPy)(labeled with MF@HPB-PPy_(n)-OA)can serve as efficient and stable SVC material at high *** characterizations of MF@HPB-PPy_(n)-OA indicate that both hydrophilic region of HPBs and hydrophobic region of OA co-exist on the surface of composite materials,optimizing the hydrophilic and hydrophobic interfaces of the SVC materials,and fully exerting its functionality for ultrahigh water-evaporation and anti-salt *** optimal MF@HPB-PPy_(10)-OA operates continuously and stably for over 100 h in 10wt%***,MF@HPB-PPy_(10)-OA accomplishes complete salt-water separation of 10wt%brine with 3.3kgm^(-2)h^(-1)under 1-sun irradiation,yielding salt harvesting efficiency of 96.5%,which belongs to the record high of high-salinity systems reported so far and is close to achieving zero liquid ***,the low cost of MF@HPB-PPy_(10)-OA(2.56$m^(-2))suggests its potential application in the practical SVC technique.

Effects of different magnetic flux densities on microstructure and magnetic properties of molecular-beam-vapor-deposited nanocrystalline Fee4Ni36 thin films

The nanocrystalline Fe64Ni36 thin films were prepared by molecular-beam- vapor deposition under different magnetic flux densities. The microstructure and magnetic properties of thin films were examined by AFM, TEM, HRTEM and VSM. The results show that with the increase of magnetic flux densities, the changing trend of the average particle size is the same as the coercive force except 6 T. Under 6 T condition, the thin film became the mixture of bcc and fcc phases, which leads to slight increase of the coercive force. In addition, the HRTEM result shows the short-range ordered clusters （embryos） or nucleation rate of thin films increase with increasing magnetic flux densities.

The inconsistent findings concerning the effects of vitamin D supplementation on cardiometabolic risk factors and the large heterogeneity in the published literature call for further research to identify sources of heterogeneity and potential effect *** performed a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published until March 2024 that reported estimates for the effects of vitamin D supplementation on cardiometabolic factors and relevant baseline covariates of RCT participants.A total of 17656 participants from 99 RCTs were analyzed,and weighted mean differences(95%confidence intervals(CI))for the intervention status were derived using random-effects ***,compared with the placebo,vitamin D supplementation(median dose:3320 international unit(IU)·day^(-1);range 40-120000 IU·day^(-1))had favorable effects on systolic blood pressure(SBP;-2.04(95%CI,-3.50,-0.59)mmHg;1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure(DBP;-3.00(95%CI,-3.61,-2.39)mmHg),total cholesterol(TC;-0.12(95%CI,-0.21,-0.03)mmol·L^(-1)),fasting blood glucose(FBG;-0.13(95%CI,-0.20,-0.05)mmol·L^(-1)),hemoglobin A1C(A1C;-0.09%(95%CI,-0.13%,-0.05%)),and fasting blood insulin(FBI:-7.61(95%CI,-11.93,-3.30)pmol·L^(-1)).The benefits of vitamin D were most evident in trials performed in non-Westerners,participants with baseline 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25[OH]D)lower than 15.0 ng·mL^(-1),non-obese(body mass index(BMI)<30 kg·m^(-2)),and older(age-50 years).The findings of this study underscore the need for personalized vitamin D intervention strategies that comprehensively account for individual patient characteristics(such as ethnocultural background,age,BMI,and circulating 25[OH]D level),intervention dosage,and intervention duration to optimize cardiometabolic health outcomes.
