The complex working conditions and nonlinear characteristics of the motor drive control system of industrial robots make it difficult to detect *** this paper,a deep learning-based observer,which combines the convolutional neural network(CNN)and the long short-term memory network(LSTM),is employed to approximate the nonlinear driving control *** layers are introduced to extract dynamic features of the data,whereas LSTM layers perform time-sequential prediction of the target *** terms of application,normal samples are fed into the observer to build an offline prediction model for the target *** trained CNN-LSTM-based observer is then deployed along with the target system to estimate the system *** fault detection can be realized by analyzing the ***,an application of the proposed fault detection method to a brushless DC motor drive system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** results indicate the impressive fault detection capability of the presented method for driving control systems of industrial robots.

城市住区作为儿童健康成长的重要空间载体,探索适宜儿童的城市住区户外活动空间环境,对促进儿童身心健康具有重要意义。本研究以广州市雅居乐花园北苑社区中佰利山住区的四类户外活动空间单元为例,从儿童的生理、心理两个维度出发,通过量化儿童在城市住区四类户外活动空间单元中的情绪感知,探讨其与城市住区户外活动空间环境因子之间的关系,为城市住区户外活动空间建设更新提供科学依据和实用参考。

OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the factors and theories related to the attack of motor neuron disease, and comprehensively investigate the pathogenesis of motor neuron disease. DATA SOURCES: A search of Pubmed database was undertaken to identify articles about motor neuron disease published in English from January 1994 to June 2006 by using the keywords of 'neurodegenerative diseases'. Other literatures were collected by retrieving specific journals and articles. STUDY SELECTION: The data were checked primarily, articles related to the pathogenesis of motor neuron disease were involved, and those obviously irrelated to the articles were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 54 articles were collected, 30 of them were involved, and the other 24 were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: The pathogenesis of motor neuron disease has multiple factors, and the present related theories included free radical oxidation, excitotoxicity, genetic and immune factors, lack of neurotrophic factor, injury of neurofilament, etc. The studies mainly come from transgenic animal models, cell culture in vitro and patients with familial motor neuron disease, but there are still many restrictions and disadvantages. CONCLUSION: It is necessary to try to find whether there is internal association among different mechanisms, comprehensively investigate the pathogenesis of motor neuron diseases, in order to provide reliable evidence for the clinical treatment.

In addition to the electron transfer,the appropriate H-adsorption affinity of active centers on the metal cocatalyst surface is quite important for high hydrogen-production activity of cocatalyst-modified *** typical Cu and Ru metal cocatalysts clearly exhibit a weak Cu-H bond and a strong Ru-H bond,respectively,resulting in limited activity for photocatalytic H_(2)*** this work,an ingenious strategy of self-optimized H-adsorption affinity in CuRu alloy cocatalyst is developed to simultaneously reinforce the Cu-H bond and weaken the Ru-H bond by the intrinsic electron transfer from Cu to Ru *** CuRu alloy nanoparticles(2-3 nm)were deposited on the TiO_(2)surface to prepare CuRu/TiO_(2)through a one-step photoreduction *** tests exhibited that the highest H_(2)-production rate of CuRu/TiO_(2)photocatalyst reached up to 5.316 mmol h^(-1)g^(-1),which was 24.80,1.86,and 2.60 times higher than that of the TiO_(2),Cu/TiO_(2),and Ru/TiO_(2),*** on the characterization results and theoretical calculations,the CuRu alloy cocatalyst exhibits excellent self-optimized H-adsorption affinity via the spontaneous electron transfer from Cu to Ru atom,which can greatly accelerate the photocatalytic H_(2)-production rate of TiO_(2).This work provides a feasible idea for the self-optimized H-adsorption affinity of metal active sites in the photocatalytic H_(2)-generation field.

Traditional bulk MoS_(2) as an effective H_(2)-evolution cocatalyst is mainly subjected to the weak hydrogen-adsorption ability of highporpotion saturated S,resulting in a slow interfacial H_(2)-evolution *** this paper,an efficient strategy for enhancing hydrogen adsorption of saturated S by manipulating electron density through O atoms is proposed to boost photocatalytic performance of ***,amorphization of MoS_(2) can further increase the unsaturated active S ***,oxygencontained amorphous MoS_(x)(a-MoOS_(x))nanoparticles(10-30 nm)were tightly loaded on the CdS surface through a mild photoinduced deposition method by using(NH_(4))_(2)[MoO(S_(4))_(2)]solution as the precursor at room *** photocatalytic H_(2)-evolution result showed that the a-MoOS_(x)/CdS performed the superior H_(2)-production activity(382μmol·h^(-1),apparent quantum efficiencies(AQE)=11.83%)with a lot of visual H_(2)bubbles,which was 54.6,2.5,and 5.1 times as high as that of CdS,MoS_(x)/CdS,and annealed a-MoOS_(x)/CdS,*** and density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the mechanism of improved H_(2)-evolution activity is that the O heteroatom in amorphous MoOS_(x) can enhance the atomic H-adsorption ability by manipulating the electron density to form electron-deficient S^((2-δ)-)*** study provides a new idea to improve the efficiency and number of H_(2)-evolution active sites for developing efficient cocatalysts in the field of photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.

原采用普通水玻璃砂为面砂和湿型砂为背砂的双砂造型,普通水玻璃砂制芯的生产工艺生产机车铸钢件。由于普通水玻璃砂水玻璃的加入量高、型芯溃散性差、铸件清理困难,湿型砂在遇高温金属液后,会产生大量的气体,极易使铸件产生气孔及冷裂纹等铸造缺陷,决定对造型和制芯工序进行优化,开发酯硬化水玻璃砂造型、改性水玻璃砂制芯工艺,替代原有的机车铸钢件生产工艺。通过实际生产验证,结果表明采用新的工艺方法生产铸钢件可以满足机械化生产需求,提高产品质量,降低工人劳动强度,改善作业环境。

MCoCrFeNiTix （M = Cu, Al; x： molar ratio, x = 0, 0.5） alloys were prepared using the new alloy-design strategy of equal-atomic ratio and high entropy. By the component substitution orAl for Cu, the microstructure changes from the face-centered cubic solid solution of original CuCoCrFeNiTix alloys to the body-centered cubic solid solution of AlCoCrFeNiTix alloys. Compared with original CuCoCrFeNiTix alloys, AlCoCrFeNiTix alloys keep the similar good ductility and simultaneously possess a much higher compressive strength, which are even superior to most of the reported high-strength alloys like bulk metallic glasses.

Understanding sensorimotor neural circuits plays an important role in the study of behavioral mechanisms. By virtue of a relatively simple brain structure and sophisticated locomotion behaviors, insects are selected as comparative research subjects to discover the basic principles of neural science. Specific abdominal swing behaviors of tethered bees induced by optomotor response are realized. To model functionality of mushroom body in the optic-flow induced swing behaviors, a simplified 3-layer Spiking neural network(SNN) is proposed. Spike response model is used as the single neuron model in the proposed SNN, which is trained by supervised learning method. The computational model can accurately simulate and predict the bees’ abdominal swing behaviors exhibiting ipsilateral direction and proportional frequencies with optic flow stimulus.

为阐明贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄园生态系统碳储量特征,以银川市永宁县玉泉营葡萄园为研究对象,通过测算葡萄不同物候期的地上植被碳储量、土壤碳储量和土壤呼吸速率等指标,分析葡萄园生态系统碳储量的时空变化特征。结果表明:(1)葡萄植株碳储量随植株生长而逐渐增加,在浆果采收期各器官碳储量表现为根(2.40 t·hm^(-2))>多年生枝(2.14 t·hm^(-2))>果(1.26 t·hm^(-2))>叶(0.65 t·hm^(-2))>一年生枝(0.60 t·hm^(-2));1 m深度土壤碳储量随土层加深而逐渐下降,土壤有机碳储量主要集中在0~20 cm土层。葡萄植株地上部碳储量随生育进程的推进而显著增加,土壤碳储量无显著变化,葡萄园植被碳储量主要集中于多年生部分,多年生根和多年生枝的碳储量占比分别为39.28%和32.76%。(2)土壤呼吸速率(0~10 cm土层)均值为1.78μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),浆果生长期的土壤呼吸速率最大;土壤温度和湿度是影响土壤呼吸速率的主要因素,对土壤呼吸速率变化的解释率分别为90.9%和41.2%;土壤呼吸速率与土壤0~10 cm土层的温度和湿度均呈显著的正相关关系。(3)葡萄园生态系统酿酒葡萄品种‘霞多丽’在7 500株·hm^(-2)的种植密度下,当年总碳储量为49.84 t·hm^(-2),各组分碳储量表现为土壤(42.29 t·hm^(-2),占比84.85%)>植株(7.05 t·hm^(-2),占比14.15%)>杂草(0.27 t·hm^(-2),占比0.54%)>修剪凋落物(0.23 t·hm^(-2),占比0.46%)。贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄园生态系统在葡萄生长季能将固定的碳主要储存于土壤层和植株多年生木质部分,有较强的碳汇能力。
