Fungal bifunctional terpene synthases(BFTSs)catalyze the formation of numerous di-/sester-/tri-terpenes ***,the mechanism in controlling the cyclization pattern of terpene scaffolds is rarely deciphered for further application of tuning the catalytic promiscuity of terpene synthases for expanding the chemical *** this study,we expanded the catalytic promiscuity of Fusarium oxysporum fusoxypene synthase(FoFS)by a single mutation at L89,leading to the production of three new *** computational analysis revealed that the reconstitution of the hydrogen-bond(H-bond)network of second-shell residues around the active site of FoFS influences the orientation of the aromatic residue W69 within the first-shell catalytic ***,the dynamic orientation of W69 alters the carbocation transport,leading to the production of diverse ring system *** findings enhance our knowledge on understanding the molecular mechanisms,which could be applied on protein engineering terpene synthases on regulating the terpene skeletons.

Currently,the major therapy for patients with ovarian cancer includes post-cytoreductive surgery followed by chemotherapy of carboplatin or cisplatin plus *** rise of drug resistance is a substantial factor in cancer recurrence and mortality among ovarian cancer patients receiving cisplatin ***147 is widely expressed in a variety of cancer tissues1 and recognized as a drug target for its antibody drug Licartin which has been approved by China’s National Medicines and Pharmaceutical Administration.2 Even though many studies reported that CD147 is involved in the cisplatin resistance of varieties of cancers,3 its mechanism remains *** this investigation,we uncovered a distinctive mechanism by which CD147 regulates cisplatin resistance through the proteasomal degradation of the transcription factor FOXM1,which is associated with DNA damage repair,in ovarian cancer *** results suggest that targeting CD147 may have therapeutic implications for increasing cisplatin efficiency in the management of ovarian cancer.

Chloride solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high room-temperature ionic conductivity and excellent cathode ***,the conventionally selected central metal elements(e.g.,In,Y and Ta)are usually rare and heavy,inevitably causing the high cost and high density of the obtained chloride ***,by choosing abundant and light Mg and Al as central metal elements,we develop a cheap and low density Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)SE for high active material ratio in all solid state *** replacement of Mg^(2+)by Al^(3+)in the framework yields vacancies and lowers the non-lithium metal ions occupancy at Mg/Li co-occupied 16d site,effectively relieving the blocking effects by Mg^(2+)in the pristine spinel Li_(2-2x)Mg_(1+x)Cl_(4).Thus,a significantly improved room-temperature conductivity of 3.08×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)is achieved,two orders of magnitude higher than that of Li_(1.2)Mg_(1.4)Cl_(4).More attractively,its low density of only 1.98 g·cm-3 enables low SE mass ratio in cathodes(only 16 wt.%)with still effective electrolyte/cathode contact and lithium-ion conduction *** charged to potential of 4.30 V,the asfabricated Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)-based solid lithium battery with uncoated NCM523 cathode can be cycled for over 100 cycles with a capacity retention of 86.68%at room temperature.

数字技术的快速发展打破了产业边界,跨界创新成为产业变革下新创企业快速发展的一种常见模式。本文基于烙印理论,以40家造车新势力企业为研究对象,采用fsQCA研究方法,探究何种创业团队特征组合能够产生高水平的创业绩效。研究结果表明:单一造车新势力创业团队特征并不构成产生高创业绩效的必要条件;有3种创业团队特征组态能够产生高创业绩效,分别为“汽车+金融”行业烙印支撑下的异质型团队、“汽车+ICT+金融”行业烙印支撑下的“强异质-弱复合”型团队、“汽车+服务+金融”行业烙印支撑下的复合型团队。本文也发现了3种创业团队组态会导致非高创业绩效,均是由于缺乏高职能背景异质性、高汽车制造和商务服务行业经验烙印导致。本文关注了创业团队配置的最新情境,拓展了创业团队特征对创业绩效的前因组态研究,丰富了创业团队先前经验分类维度,对指导跨界新创企业如何配置创业团队来提升创业绩效具有重要意义。

Biopsy is the gold standard for tumor diagnosis,as this technology provides highly detailed and reliable information on tumorigenesis and *** the discrete wettability of desert beetles,in this study,a fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(F-PCR)microneedle array(MNA)platform is developed for efficient spatial tumor *** MNA is fabricated by the coupled strategies of bottom-up self-assembly and top-down photolithography;it comprises a hydrophobic silica nanoparticle-assembled substrate and graphene aerogel-hydrogel hybrid microneedle *** from the hydrophilicity and absorption capacity of its graphene hybrid microneedle peaks,MNA can easily penetrate tissue specimens and collect tumor nucleic acid biomarkers *** addition,because of the discrete wettability of the platform,both tissue fluids and PCR liquids can be easily removed from the substrate,and each microneedle peak is similar to an independent island for directly conducting F-PCR reactions for tumor marker *** on these advantages,the F-PCR-MNA platform is demonstrated to be ideal for detecting DNA biomarkers of lung carcinoma in standard solutions,mouse tissue samples,and clinical specimens,thus indicating its practical potential as an innovative tumor biopsy system.

Mineral carbonation is a promising CO2 sequestration strategy that can utilize industrial wastes to convert CO2 into high-value CaCO3. This review summarizes the advancements in CO2 mineralization using typical industrial wastes to prepare ultrafine CaCO3. This work surveys the mechanisms of CO2 mineralization using these wastes and its capacities to synthesize CaCO3, evaluates the effects of carbonation pathways and operating parameters on the preparation of CaCO3, analyzes the current industrial application status and economics of this technology. Due to the large amount of impurities in solid wastes, the purity of CaCO3 prepared by indirect methods is greater than that prepared by direct methods. Crystalline CaCO3 includes three polymorphs. The polymorph of CaCO3 synthesized by carbonation process is determined the combined effects of various factors. These parameters essentially impact the nucleation and growth of CaCO3 by altering the CO2 supersaturation in the reaction system and the surface energy of CaCO3 grains. Increasing the initial pH of the solution and the CO2 flow rate favors the formation of vaterite, but calcite is formed under excessively high pH. Vaterite formation is favored at lower temperatures and residence time. With increased temperature and prolonged residence time, it passes through aragonite metastable phase and eventually transforms into calcite. Moreover, polymorph modifiers can decrease the surface energy of CaCO3 grains, facilitating the synthesis of vaterite. However, the large-scale application of this technology still faces many problems, including high costs, high energy consumption, low calcium leaching rate, low carbonation efficiency, and low product yield. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate ways to accelerate carbonation, optimize operating parameters, develop cost-effective agents, and understand the kinetics of CaCO3 nucleation and crystallization to obtain products with specific crystal forms. Crocodiles,one of the oldest and most resilient species on Earth,have demonstrated remarkable locomotor abilities both on land and in water,evolving over millennia to adapt to diverse *** this study,we draw inspiration from crocodiles and design a highly biomimetic crocodile robot equipped with multiple degrees of freedom and articulated trunk *** design is based on comprehensive analysis of the structural and motion characteristics of real *** bionic crocodile robot has a problem of limb-torso incoordination during *** solve this problem,we used the D-H method for both forward and inverse kinematics analysis of the robot's legs and *** a series of simulation experiments,we investigated the robot's motion stability,fault tolerance,and adaptability to environments in two motor patterns:with and without spine and tail *** experimental results show that the bionic crocodile robot exhibits superior motion performance when the spine and tail cooperate with the *** study not only demonstrates the potential of biomimicry in robotics but also underscores the significance of understanding how nature's designs can inform and enhance technological innovations.
