To address the problems of insufficient dimensionality of electroencephalogram(EEG) feature extraction,the tendency to ignore the importance of different sequential data segments,and the poor generalization ability of the model in EEG based emotion recognition,the model of convolutional neural network and bi-directional long short-term memory and self-attention(CNN+Bi LSTM+self-attention) is proposed.This model uses convolutional neural network(CNN) to extract more distinctive features from both spatial and temporal dimensions.The bi-directional long short-term memory(Bi LSTM) is used to further preserve the long-term dependencies between the temporal phases of sequential data.The self-attention mechanism can change the weights of different channels to extract and highlight important information and address the often-ignored importance of different channels and samples when extracting EEG features.The subject-dependent experiment and subject-independent experiment are performed on the database for emotion analysis using physiological signals(DEAP) and collected datasets to verify the recognition performance.The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has excellent recognition performance and generalization ability.

Real-time camera tracking using hybrid features in mobile augmented reality

Often only simple features are employed in mobile augmented reality(AR) due to the limited computational capacity of mobile terminals, which often leads to unsteadiness of the camera tracking. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to real-time camera tracking in mobile AR using hybrid features to alleviate this problem. By integrating feature points and lines as scene features, hybrid features are generated through the process of point/line features extraction, optimization and fusion, and are used in the real-time estimation of camera parameters. A method for image feature optimization is proposed based on the scene structural analysis to meet the computational constraints of mobile terminals. In order to improve the stability of camera tracking, an iterative screening method is proposed to choose a set of stable feature lines, and hybrid features are adaptively constructed based on the composition and geometry of scene features. It is shown from the experimental results that the proposed method produces more stable and smoother camera trajectories in comparison with the method only using feature points, and a good balance is achieved between the stability and the real-time computation of the camera tracking on a mobile platform.

In clinical assessment or sports exercise,it is common that a subject is required to repeat a specific per- formance so that a stable movement pattern is obtained and analysed.In practice,however,the trials done by a sub- ject vary more or less,depending on the psychological or physical conditions.Some of the trials can be used as rep- resentatives of the stable movement pattern,and some not.Therefore,there is a demand for a new method to identify which trials/curves are similar.The traditional methods used to assess curve similarity are not perfectly suitable for the case where there are only a few of trials available.This study proposes a similarity-distance coefficient to assess the similarity of curves/trials.A group of designed curves are used to validate the coefficient.The results show that given joint kinematic data during gait as examples,the proposed coefficient can be used to quantitatively evaluate the similarity of trials,and thus find which trials would be representative (s) for the gait investigated.The proposed method could be applied in various situations where repeat movements have to be measured and analysed.

While walkers are commonly prescribed to improve patient stability and ambulatory ability,quantitative study of the biomechanical and functional requirements for effective walker use is limited.To investigate the changes in wrist joint moments that occur with the use of a standard walker,a strain gauge-based walker instrumentation sys- tem was developed for the measurement of wrist joint moments.This walker dynamometer was integrated with an up- per extremity biomechanical model.Preliminary system data were collected for twelve healthy,right-handed young a- dults following informed consent.Bilateral upper extremity kinematic data were acquired with a six-camera motion a- nalysis system.Internal joint moments at the wrist were determined in the three clinical planes using the inverse dy- namics method.Results showed that during a walker-assisted gait there were several typical demands of wrist abduc- tor,adductor,flexor and external rotator.An interesting'bare phase'of wrist joint moments was also found in phase angle[-30°,30°]of gait cycle.Complete description of wrist joint moments during walker-assisted gait may pro- vide insight into walker use parameters and rehabilitative strategies.

Classifying rheumatoid arthritis by Traditional Chinese Medicine Zheng: a multi-center cross-sectional study

OBJECTIVE:To assess the relationship between disease symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome (Zheng) in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients.METHODS:RA Patients were recruited in Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,and diagnosed with a particular RA Zheng from their symptoms.Demographic characteristics,self-reported symptoms,and blood samples were collected from patients.All data were input into EpiData and analyzed using SPSS software.RESULTS:The study included 302 RA patients (age range:18-86 years).All patients were Chinese,and 85.1% were women.Cold and fatigue triggers were reported by 8.6% of patients,followed by triggers such as childbirth (4.3%),cold (3.0%),dampness (2.0%),menopause (1.3%),and psychentonia (0.7%).The most prevalent Zheng was dampness and heat blockage (Shire Yuzu in Chinese,SRYZ),diagnosed in 39.4% of patients (119),followed by phlegm and stagnation blockage (Tanyu Bizu,TYBZ) in 21.5%,liver and kidney deficiency (Ganshen Buzu,GSBZ) in 18.5%,dual deficiency of Qi and blood (Qixue Liangxu,QXLX) in 9.6%,cold and dampness blockage (Hanshi Bizu,HSBZ) in 6%,and wind and dampness blockage (Fengshi Bizu,FSBZ) in 5%.Increased length of time since RA diagnosis was associated with the GSBZ group.Patients diagnosed with the SRYZ Zheng had the highest disease activity score.Patients diagnosed with the QXLX Zheng had the lowest blood platelet counts;patients diagnosed with the QXLX and HSBZ Zhengs had lower C-reactive protein levels and lower health assessment questionnaire scores.Patients diagnosed with the GSBZ and QXLX Zhengs had the highest health assessment questionnaire scores.CONCLUSION:The specific Zheng was related to RA characteristics.The findings suggest that eliminating dampness,cooling the patient,and promoting blood circulation may assist in treating severe RA.

针对现有振动俘能器输出功率低、工作频带范围小等问题,提出了一种基于磁性液体的非线性磁浮式振动俘能器新型结构。提出新型俘能器的结构形式,分析其工作原理,建立磁偶极子非线性力学模型,对比仿真结果与试验数据,验证其准确性;分析磁性液体的二阶浮力和黏性阻尼,建立其数学模型,运用多尺度变换方法求解俘能器动力学方程的近似解,进而获得输出性能响应模型;分析三类系统结构参数和激励加速度变化对俘能器输出性能的影响,对比了有无磁性液体时俘能器的输出性能。结果表明:磁铁间距、悬浮磁铁与磁性液体的总质量和激励加速度能有效地改变俘能器的工作频率范围和输出功率幅值,而阻尼比主要影响输出功率幅值。新型俘能器输出电压峰峰值和输出功率峰值分别达到426.88 mV和0.56 mW,增加磁性液体后输出电压和功率分别提升了22.67%和75%,对比其它低频振动俘能器,具有较优的输出功率特性。新型磁浮式俘能器的结构形式与建立的动力学模型能为拓宽此类俘能器工作频带范围和增强输出功率性能提供新的解决思路,具有良好的参考价值。

The Kungurian Stage is one of the three remaining stages of the Permian that is not yet defined at the base by a Global Stratotype Section and Point （GSSP）. The candidate section at the Yuryuzan＇River in the Urals yields few conodonts, and contains non-marine sediments near the boundary. The search for a suitable, continuous marine succession is a principal task for the Subcommission on Permian Stratigraphy. The Leonardian, with its type area in the southwest United States, and in objective stratigraphic succession directly beneath the basal Guadalupian Roadian Stage,has priority to serve as a subseries of the Lower Permian. However, distinct provincialism limits the correlation of Leonardian fossil zones with the fusuline-based Tethyan timescale. Conodonts can be correlated in many important regions on opposite sides of Pangea, yet contradictions arise when relating conodont zones with fusuline and ammonoid zones. The different taxonomic philosophies are highly suspected for the cause of the conflicts, but also there are different conodonts from the type Roadian in West Texas. Given that the Pamir and Darvaz in central Asia are difficult to access, further investigations should focus on South China, where abundant fusulines and ammonoids facilitate correlation throughout the Tethyan region, and where conodonts permit correlation with North America.

曳光弹丸发射过程中,在高过载和高膛压作用下曳光管壳可能发生大的塑性变形甚至断裂,影响曳光药剂正常燃烧,因此设计了用来固定和保护曳光管的管套。压螺与弹体螺纹连接和曳光管壳在高过载作用下的强度校核结果满足要求的前提下,利用ABAQUS软件仿真分析曳光管壳和管套在360 MPa膛压作用下的应力应变,结果显示:曳光管与方案1管套配合时的最大应力为1026 MPa,最大应变为0.8;与方案2管套配合时的最大应力为844.7 MPa,最大应变为0.05。经分析可知,采用方案1管套时,曳光管壳的局部变形量可使曳光药剂断层、松散;而采用方案2管套时,曳光药剂强度不会发生破坏性变化。通过曳光性能射击试验验证了ABAQUS软件仿真分析结果。

目的分析2020—2021年辽宁省食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌(Lm)毒力基因分布特征及分子血清分型情况。方法采用普通PCR方法对Lm的19个毒力基因包括毒力岛Ⅰ在内的6个位点(prfA、plcA、plcB、hlyA、mpl和actA)和毒力岛Ⅱ内化素家族蛋白基因的10个位点(inlA、inlB、inlC、inlD、inlE、inlF、inlG、inlH/C2、inlI、inlJ),以及3个毒力基因相关位点(iap、fbpA、hpt)进行检测。同时应用多重PCR对所有菌株进行5种(1/2a、1/2b、1/2c、4b和3a)血清型分型检测。结果在辽宁省食源性分离到的91株Lm中,36株Lm的19种毒力基因全部检出,其检出率高达39.6%。55株Lm菌株出现2种及2种以上毒力基因的不同缺失。inlG和inlF基因缺失率较高,分别为41.8%(38/91)和52.7%(48/91)。依据毒力基因携带情况,可分为13个基因型,其中携带19种毒力基因的Ⅰ型为辽宁省的优势基因型别。辽宁省Lm被分成4组分子血清型,1/2a(3a)血清型占比为59.3%(54/91),1/2b(3b)占比为34.1%(31/91),1/2c(3c)占比为3.3%(3/91),4b(4d、4e)占比为3.3%(3/91),3株4b血清型均分离自肉及肉制品。结论辽宁省食源性Lm的毒力基因携带率高,毒力基因缺失具有多样性且存在样品种类上的差异。
