For the reduction of bovine serum proteins from w.stew.ter,a novel.mixed matrix membrane w.s prepared by functional.zing the substrate material.pol.aryl.therketone(PAEK),fol.ow.d by carboxyl.groups(C-SPAEKS),and then adding amino-functional.zed UiO-66-NH_(2)(Am-UiO-66-NH_(2)).Aminofunctional.zation of UiO-66 w.s accompl.shed by mel.mine,fol.ow.d by an amidation reaction to immobil.ze Am-UiO-66-NH_(2),w.ich w.s immobil.zed on the surface of the membrane as w.l. as in the pore channel.,w.ich enhanced the hydrophil.city of the membrane surface w.il. increasing the negative potential.of the membrane *** nanoparticl.-l.aded ul.rafil.ration membrane has good permeation performance,w.th a pure w.ter fl.x of up to 482.3 l.m^(-2)·h^(-1) for C-SPAEKS/AmUiO-66-NH_(2) and a retention rate of up to 98.7%for bovine serum al.umin(BSA)-contaminated ***,after several.hydrophil.c modifications,the fl.x recovery of BSA contaminants by this series of membranes increased from 56.2%to 80.55%of pure *** resul.s of ul.ra-fil.ration fl.x time tests performed at room temperature show.d that the series of ul.rafil.ration membranes remained rel.tivel. stabl. over a test time of 300 ***,the new.y devel.ped mixed matrix membrane show.d potential.for high efficiency and stabil.ty in w.stew.ter treatment containing bovine serum proteins.

Chl.rpyrifos is a pesticide w.del. used in agricul.ural.production w.th a rel.tivel. l.ng residual.hal.-l.fe in *** the probl.m of residual.chl.rpyrifos is of universal.*** this study,rice hul. biochar w.s used as an immobil.zed carrier to prepare the immobil.zed strain H27 for the remediation of chl.rpyrifos-contamination *** microorganisms after remediation w.re investigated by ecotoxicol.gical.*** immobil.zed strain H27 had the highest removal.rate of chl.rpyrifos w.en 10%bacterial.sol.tion w.s added to the l.quid medium containing 0.075-0.109 mm diameter biochar cul.ured for 22 *** study on the removal.of chl.rpyrifos by immobil.zed strain H27 show.d that the initial.concentration of chl.rpyrifos in sol.tion w.s 25mg/l.and the removal.rate reached 97.4%after 7 days of *** the soil.the removal.rate of the immobil.zed bacteria group increased throughout the experiment,w.ich w.s significantl. higher than that of the free bacteria and biochar treatment *** Biol.g-ECO test,T-RFl. and RT-RCR w.re used to study the effects of the soil.microbial.community and nitrogen cycl.ng functional.genes during chl.rpyrifos *** w.s found that ICP group had the highest diversity index among the four treatment *** microfl.ra of segment containing 114 bp w.s the dominant bacterial.community,and the dominant microfl.ra of the immobil.zed bacteria group w.s more evenl. *** infl.ence of each treatment group on ammonia-oxidizing bacteria(AOB)w.s greater than on ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA).This study offers a sound scientific basis for the practical.appl.cation of immobil.zed bacteria to reduce residual.soil.pesticides.

The performance improvement of sw.rm drones through aerodynamic shape optimization may be chal.enging due to fol.ed size constraints imposed by the specific l.unch ***,fixed-w.ng aircraft sw.rms can benefit from formation fl.ght in terms of energy *** study introduces the concept of the"aerodynamic formation unit",w.ich consists of tw. or three aircraft that form an inseparabl. unit of the *** the Unmanned Aerial.Vehicl.(UAV)distribution and w.ngtip vortex interference in the formation,tw. typical.aerodynamic formation units are optimized by the variabl.-fidel.ty aerodynamic optimization method based on space *** aerodynamic characteristics of the formation UAVs that affect fl.ght performance,such as l.ft-to-drag ratio(l.D ratio)and static stabil.ty are anal.zed by Computational.Fl.id Dynamics(CFD)*** l.D ratio(cruising condition)of the fol.ow.ng aircraft can be increased by 22.8%and 57.5%in the optimal.units that invol.e tw. and three aircraft ***,this study conducts several.CFD simul.tions for mul.i-aircraft formations formed by the units,w.ich show.that the average l.D ratio of the formation can be improved by more than 19%.These resul.s verify the feasibil.ty and effectiveness of the"aerodynamic formation unit"concept and the optimization framew.rk for formation parameters.
