Biomimetic intelligent polymeric hydrogel actuators with cooperative fluorescence-color switchable behaviors are expected to find great potential applications in soft robotics,visual detection/display,and camouflage ***,it remains challenging to realize the spatial manipulation of synergistic shape/color-changing ***,we report an interfacial supramolecular assembly(ISA)approach that enables the construction of robust fluorescent polymeric hydrogel actuators with spatially anisotropic *** the basis of this ISA approach,diverse 2D/3D soft fluorescent hydrogel actuators,including chameleon-and octopi-shaped ones with spatially anisotropic structures,were facilely assembled from two different fluorescent hydrogel building blocks sharing the same physically cross-linked agar *** control over synergistic shape/color-changing behaviors was then realized in one single anisotropic hydrogel *** proposed ISA approach is universal and expected to open promising avenues for developing powerful bioinspired intelligent soft actuators/robotics with selective spatial shape/color-changing behaviors.

Autonomous indoor humidity control is gaining more and more attention but is limited by the trade-offs among pore volume,pore size and water stability of water *** solve this problem by using a unique coordination network topology combined with hydrolytically stable M(Ⅲ)carboxylate *** extending the ligand length from 9.0 to 11.2 and 13.7?,the pore volume significantly increases from 0.99 to 1.40 and 1.78 cm^(3)g^(-1),which proportionally increases the saturated water adsorption ***,the pore size slightly increases from 10.4 to 11.0 and 13.5A,which restricts the isotherm inflection pressure and hysteresis width to meet the requirement of indoor humidity *** single-crystals suitable for Xray diffraction studies were obtained by using Fe(Ⅲ)salts,while isostructural frameworks with sufficiently high water stabilities were synthesized by using Cr(Ⅲ)salts,which offer record working capacity of 0.90 and 1.10 g g^(-1)for indoor humidity control.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of olfactory three-needle(OTN)electroacupuncture(EA)stimulation of the olfactory system on cognitive dysfunction,synaptic plasticity,and the gut microbiota in senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8(SAMP8)*** Thirty-six SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into the SAMP8(P8),SAMP8+OTN(P8-OT),and SAMP8+nerve transection+OTN(P8-N-OT)groups according to a random number table(n=12 per group),and 12 accelerated senescence-resistant(SAMR1)mice were used as the control(R1)*** was performed at the Yintang(GV 29)and bilateral Yingxiang(LI 20)acupoints of SAMP8 mice for 4 *** Morris water maze test,transmission electron microscopy,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick-end labeling(TUNEL)staining,Nissl staining,Golgi staining,Western blot,and 16S rRNA sequencing were performed,*** Compared with the P8 group,OTN improved the cognitive behavior of SAMP8 mice,inhibited neuronal apoptosis,increased neuronal activity,and attenuated hippocampal synaptic dysfunction(Psion levels of synaptic plasticity-related proteins N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 1(NMDAR1),NMDAR2B,synaptophysin(SYN),and postsynaptic density protein-95(PSD95)in hippocampus were increased by OTN treatment(Psignaling and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin(PI3K/AKT/mTOR)signaling compared with the P8 group(Psition of SAMP8 mice,while specifically increased the genera Oscillospira and Sutterella(Psity,Firmicutes/Bacter

Due to the excellent maneuverability and obstacle crossing of legged robots,it is possible for an autonomous legged wallclimbing robots to replace manual inspection of ship exterior ***,when the magnetic adsorption legged wallclimbing robot steps on the convex point or convex line of the wall,or even when the robot missteps,the robot is likely to detach from the ferromagnetic ***,this paper proposes a tactile sensor for the legged magnetic adsorption wall-climbing robot to detect the magnetic adsorption state and improve the safety of the autonomous crawling of the *** tactile sensor mainly comprises a three-dimensional(3D)-printed shell,a tactile slider,and three isometric sensing units,with an optimized *** experiment shows that the triboelectric tactile sensor can monitor the sliding depth of the tactile slider and control the light-emitting device(LED)signal *** addition,in the demonstration experiment of detecting the adsorption state of the robot's foot,the triboelectric tactile sensor has strong adaptability to various ferromagnetic wall ***,this study establishes a robot gait control system to verify the feedback control ability of the triboelectric tactile *** results show that the robot equipped with the triboelectric tactile sensor can recognize the dangerous area on the crawling wall and autonomously avoid the ***,the proposed triboelectric tactile sensor has great potential in realizing the tactile sensing ability of robots and enhancing the safety and intelligent inspection of ultra-large vessels.

Without intervention,a considerable proportion of patients with metabolism‐associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)will progress from simple steatosis to metabolism‐associated steatohepatitis(MASH),liver fibrosis,and even hepatocellular ***,the molecular mechanisms that control progressive MAFLD have yet to be fully ***,we unraveled that the expression of the N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methyltransferase METTL14 is remarkably downregulated in the livers of both patients and several murine models of MAFLD,whereas hepatocyte-specific depletion of this methyltransferase aggravated lipid accumulation,liver injury,and ***,hepatic Mettl14 overexpression alleviated the above pathophysiological changes in mice fed on a high-fat diet(HFD).Notably,in vivo and in vitro mechanistic studies indicated that METTL14 downregulation decreased the level of GLS2 by affecting the translation efficiency mediated by YTHDF1 in an m6A-depedent manner,which might help to form an oxidative stress microenvironment and accordingly recruit Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)monocyte-derived macrophages(Mo-macs).In detail,Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)Mo-macs can be categorized into M1-like macrophages and S100A4-positive macrophages and then further activate hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)to promote liver *** experiments revealed that CX3CR1 can activate the transcription of S100A4 via CX3CR1/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)*** of METTL14 or GLS2,or interfering with this signal transduction pathway such as inhibiting MyD88 could ameliorate liver injuries and *** together,these findings indicate potential therapies for the treatment of MAFLD progression.

Human bocavirus(HBoV)1 is considered an important pathogen that mainly affects infants aged 6–24 months,but preventing viral transmission in resource-limited regions through rapid and affordable on-site diagnosis of individuals with early infection of HBoV1 remains somewhat ***,we present a novel faster,lower cost,reliable method for the detection of HBoV1,which integrates a recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)assay with the CRISPR/Cas12a system,designated the RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence *** RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence system can specifically detect target gene levels as low as 0.5 copies of HBoV1 plasmid DNA per microliter within 40 min at 37℃without the need for sophisticated *** method also demonstrates excellent specificity without cross-reactivity to non-target ***,the method was appraised using 28 clinical samples,and displayed high accuracy with positive and negative predictive agreement of 90.9%and 100%,***,our proposed rapid and sensitive HBoV1 detection method,the RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay,shows promising potential for early on-site diagnosis of HBoV1 infection in the fields of public health and health *** established RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay is rapid and reliable method for human bocavirus 1 *** RPA-Cas12a-fluorescence assay can be completed within 40 min with robust specificity and sensitivity of 0.5 copies/μl.

The potential use of large-size ZnSe quantum dots as blue emitters for display applications has greatly inspired the colloidal ***,we report the negative effects of side reactions of large-size ZnSe quantum *** side reactions between oleic acid and oleylamine generated amidation products and H_(2)O,which led to the hydrolysis of Zn(OA)2 to Zn(OH)2 and the subsequent formation of zinc oxide(ZnO)and zinc bis[diphenylphosphinate](Zn(DPPA)2)*** side reactions resulted in the formation of a defective surface including a Se-rich surface and oxygen-related *** negative effects can be overcome by adopting an etching strategy using potassium fluoride and myristic acid in *** overcoating a ZnS shell,blue emissive ZnSe/ZnS quantum dots with a maximum photoluminescence quantum yield of up to 91%were *** further fabricated ZnSe quantum dots-based blue light-emitting diodes with an emission peak at 456 *** device showed a turn-on voltage of 2.7 V with a maximum external quantum efficiency of 4.2%and a maximum luminance of 1223 cd·m^(−2).

In this paper, we studied a stochastic predator-prey model of two predators with stage *** constructing a suitable stochastic Lyapunov function, the condition of stationary distribution is verified, and we get the sufficient condition for the model to have ergodic stationary distribution. Then, by using the It?'s formula for the model, the sufficient conditions for the extinction of the predator population are given. Finally,some examples and numerical simulations are illustrated to verify the theoretical results.
