In order to address the challenge of non-destructive detection of tomato fruit ripeness in controlled environments,this study proposed a real-time instance segmentation method based on the edge *** method combined the principles of phenotype robots and machine vision based on deep learning.A compact and remotely controllable phenotype detection robot was employed to acquire precise data on tomato *** video data were then processed by using an efficient backbone and the FeatFlowNet structure for feature extraction and analysis of key-frame to non-key-frame mapping from video *** enhance the diversity of training datasets and the generalization of the model,an innovative approach was chosen by using random enhancement ***,the PolyLoss optimization technique was applied to further improve the accuracy of the ripeness multi-class detection *** validation,the method of this study achieved real-time processing speeds of 90.1 fps(RTX 3070Ti)and 65.5 fps(RTX 2060 S),with an average detection accuracy of 97%compared to manually measured *** is more accurate and efficient than other instance segmentation models according to actual testing in a ***,the results of this research can be deployed in edge devices and provide technical support for unmanned greenhouse monitoring devices or fruit-picking robots in facility environments.

In recent years,with the increasing demand for social production,engineering design problems have gradually become more and more *** novel and well-performing meta-heuristic algorithms have been studied and developed to cope with this *** them,the Spherical Evolutionary Algorithm(SE)is one of the classical representative methods that proposed in recent years with admirable optimization ***,it tends to stagnate prematurely to local optima in solving some specific ***,this paper proposes an SE variant integrating the Cross-search Mutation(CSM)and Gaussian Backbone Strategy(GBS),called *** this study,the CSM can enhance its social learning ability,which strengthens the utilization rate of SE on effective information;the GBS cooperates with the original rules of SE to further improve the convergence effect of *** objectively demonstrate the core advantages of CGSE,this paper designs a series of global optimization experiments based on IEEE CEC2017,and CGSE is used to solve six engineering design problems with *** final experimental results fully showcase that,compared with the existing well-known methods,CGSE has a very significant competitive advantage in global tasks and has certain practical value in real ***,the proposed CGSE is a promising and first-rate algorithm with good potential strength in the field of engineering design.

Ni-Fe-based oxides are among the most promising catalysts developed to date for the bottleneck oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in water ***,understanding and mastering the synergy of Ni and Fe remain ***,we report that the synergy between Ni and Fe can be tailored by crystal dimensionality of Ni,Fe-contained Ruddlesden-Popper(rp)-type perovskites(La_(0.125)Sr_(0.875))n+1(Ni_(0.25)Fe_(0.75))nO3n+1(n=1,2,3),where the material with n=3 shows the best OER performance in alkaline *** X-ray absorption spectroscopy spectra before and after OER reveal that the material with n=3 shows enhanced Ni/Fe-O covalency to boost the electron transfer as compared to those with n=1 and n=*** experimental investigations demonstrate that the Fe ion is the active site and the Ni ion is the stable site in this system,where such unique synergy reaches the optimum at n=***,as n increases,the proportion of unstable rock-salt layers accordingly decreases and the leaching of ions(especially Sr^(2+))into the electrolyte is suppressed,which induces a decrease in the leaching of active Fe ions,ultimately leading to enhanced *** work provides a new avenue for rational catalyst design through the dimensional strategy.

In this work,the spray behaviors of a rotary atomizer with round-shaped injection orifices are experimentally investigated to study the breakup mechanism and spray characteristics using rp-3 as the liquid *** breakup process of the liquid is visualized by the backlight shadow imaging method,which also provides the measurements of liquid breakup length and penetration *** injection mode of the liquid film is observed using the front-light illumination *** droplet size and distribution are measured using the laser particle size analyzer at various radial *** typical breakup modes are identified:the ligament breakup mode,bag breakup mode,and shear breakup *** Weber number(Wed)and momentum flux ratio(q)are used to elaborate the liquid breakup *** of droplet sizing indicate that the Sauter mean diameter decreases with a higher rotational speed and slightly varies with the volume flow rate.A correlation between liquid breakup modes and non-dimensional droplet size is established based on Wed and *** study presents some significance for understanding the impacts of the rotational speed and volume flow rates on the spray performance of actual aviation fuels in rotary atomizers.

Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) plays an important role in the progression of gastric cancer (GC). Their involvement ranges from genetic regulation to cancer progression. However, the mechanistic roles of rp11-789C1.1 in GC are not fully ***: We identified the expression of lncRNA rp11-789C1.1 in GC tissues and cell lines by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. A series of functional experiments revealed the effect of rp11-789C1.1 on the proliferation of GC *** vivo experiments verified the effect of rp11-789C1.1 on the biological behavior of a GC cell line. RNA pull-down unveiled rp11-789C1.1 interacting proteins. Western blot analysis indicated the downstream pathway changes of rp11-789C1.1, and an oxaliplatin dosing experiment disclosed the influence of rp11-789C1.1 on the drug sensitivity of ***: Our results demonstrated that rp11-789C1.1 inhibited the proliferation of GC cells and promoted the apoptosis of GC cells. Mechanistically, rp11-789C1.1 inhibited checkpoint kinase 1 (CHK1) phosphorylation by binding ataxiatelangiectasia mutated and Rad3 related (ATR), a serine/threonine-specific protein kinase, promoted GC apoptosis, and mediated oxaliplatin ***: In general, we discovered a tumor suppressor molecule rp11-789C1.1 and confirmed its mechanism of action, providing a theoretical basis for targeted GC therapy.
