目的:分析牙周炎患者牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a水平与炎症反应、牙槽骨吸收的相关性。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年6月期间在杭州师范大学附属萧山医院接受治疗的81例牙周炎患者为牙周炎组,另选取在本院接受治疗的牙齿正畸患者81例作... 详细信息

目的:分析牙周炎患者牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a水平与炎症反应、牙槽骨吸收的相关性。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年6月期间在杭州师范大学附属萧山医院接受治疗的81例牙周炎患者为牙周炎组,另选取在本院接受治疗的牙齿正畸患者81例作为对照组。入院后行牙周检查,包括菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)。采用RT-PCR法测定牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a的表达水平;采用ELISA测定热休克蛋白60(HSP60)、趋化因子12(CXCL12)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、IL-17、I型胶原交联C-末端肽(CTX)、I型前胶原氨基末端肽(PINP)、骨保护素(OPG)、Runt相关转录因子2(Runx2)、I型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTX)表达水平。Pearson法分析牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a表达与炎症反应、牙槽骨吸收指标的相关性;ROC曲线分析牙周膜组织miR-106a、mi R-34a对牙周炎的诊断价值。结果:与对照组相比,牙周炎组患者PLI、BI、PD、AL表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,牙周炎组患者牙周膜组织中miR-106a表达水平降低,miR-34a表达水平显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,牙周炎组患者HSP60、CXCL12、ICAM-1、IL-17表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05),槽骨吸收指标中CTX、NTX表达水平显著升高,PINP、OPG、Runx2表达水平显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,miR-106a与HSP60、CXCL12、ICAM-1、IL-17、CTX、NTX水平呈负相关(P<0.05),与PINP、OPG、Runx2水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。miR-34a表达水平与HSP60、CXCL12、ICAM-1、IL-17、CTX、NTX水平呈正负相关(P<0.05),与PINP、OPG、Runx2水平呈负正相关(P<0.05)。牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a二者联合诊断牙周炎的AUC最高,优于牙周膜组织miR-106a、miR-34a各自单独诊断(Z_(二者联合-miR-106a)=2.553、P=0.011,Z_(二者联合-miR-34a)=2.834、P=0.005)。结论:牙周炎患者牙周膜组织miR-106a水平显著降低,miR-34a水平显著升高,二者与炎症反应、牙槽骨吸收之间具有相关性,二者联合诊断牙周炎有效性提高。

Cervical cancer is one of many types of cancers that severely threaten women’s *** year,604,000 new cases of cervical cancer appear with 342,000 related deaths *** represents about 18%of global incidences and 17%of global deaths(1).The China Cancer Registry’s annual report determined that,in 2020,world-standardized incidence rate of cervical cancer was 11.35 per 100,000 women—accompanied by a mortality rate of 3.42 per 100,000 women in China;further,both have demonstrated upward trends(2).Thus,China faces serious challenges with cervical cancer prevention and control:creating a major public health problem that severely threatens women’s health.

目的探讨黄芩苷对糖尿病大鼠视网膜小胶质细胞的激活作用及其机制。方法大鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组(MG)和黄芩苷组(BG),另将健康大鼠设对照组(CG),每组12只。BG组大鼠给予黄芩苷水溶液(50 mg/kg)每日灌胃,CG、MG组大鼠给予同体积的蒸馏水灌胃,连续给药12周。12周后测量大鼠血糖,然后麻醉取右眼眼球,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察视网膜形态,免疫组织化学法检测视网膜小胶质细胞簇分化抗原68(CD68)蛋白表达,免疫荧光法检测信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)蛋白表达,实时荧光定量PCR(RT-q PCR)检测白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、STAT3 m RNA的相对表达量。结果(1)视网膜形态:与CG组相比,MG组大鼠视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)丢失明显增多,而BG组RGC数量增加;MG组视网膜厚度较CG组薄,而BG组较MG组厚。(2)小胶质细胞:CG组小胶质细胞局限在内核层;MG组小胶质细胞数量增多,且分布在视网膜的每一层中;BG组小胶质细胞数量较MG组少,且小胶质细胞迁移受限。MG组大鼠视网膜小胶质细胞CD68表达高于CG组(t=7.348,P=0.000),BG组CD68表达低于MG组(t=2.449,P=0.019),差异均有统计学意义。(3)STAT3、IL-6:CG组视网膜STAT3表达主要分布在内丛状层,而MG组视网膜各层均有大量STAT3阳性表达,BG组视网膜各层中STAT3表达明显弱于MG组。MG组大鼠视网膜STAT3 m RNA、IL-6 m RNA表达高于CG组(t_(STAT3)=9.935、t_(IL-6)=17.501,均P=0.000),BG组视网膜STAT3 m RNA、IL-6 m RNA表达低于MG组(t_(STAT3)=8.432、t_(IL-6)=9.944,均P=0.000),差异均有统计学意义。结论黄芩苷能抑制糖尿病大鼠视网膜小胶质细胞激活,其机制可能与IL-6/STAT3信号通路有关。

What is already known about this topic?In the context of rapid population ageing and over represented disabilities among the elderly,healthcare services for the elderly persons with disabilities are one of the most urgent and important population and public health *** studies indicated that the weighted prevalence rate of lifetime healthcare service use was 36.6%(95%CI:35.6–37.5)among persons with disabilities aged 60 years and above in *** is added by this report?We found that the lifetime utilization rate of auxiliary aids among elderly with disabilities increased significantly from 4.96%in 1987 to 9.07%in 2006(ptrend<0.001),and the utilization rate of healthcare service in the last 12 months increased significantly from 18.6%in 2007 to 56.9%in 2014(ptrend<0.001)among total elderly with *** are the implications for public health practice?The arduous achievement indicated the success of social,economic,and medical reforms as well as health equity improvement of ***,more sound policies and action are needed to further reduce the unmet needs in healthcare services.

Purpose–The purpose of this study is to develop an optimization method for charging plans with the implementation of time-of-day(TOD)electricity tariff,to reduce electricity ***/methodology/approach–Two optimization models for charging plans respectively with fixed and stochastic trip travel times are developed,to minimize the electricity costs of daily operation of an electric *** charging time is taken as the optimization *** TOD electricity tariff is considered,and the energy consumption model is developed based on real operation *** optimal charging plan provides charging times at bus idle times in operation hours during the whole day(charging time is 0 if the bus is not get charged at idle time)which ensure the regular operation of every trip served by this ***–The electricity costs of the bus route can be reduced by applying the optimal charging ***/value–This paper produces a viable option for transit agencies to reduce their operation costs.
