Process and performance of DAAF microspheres prepared by continuous integration from synthesis to spherical coating based on microfluidic system

In order to improve the energy output consistency of 3, 3’-diamino-4, 4’-azoxyfurazan(DAAF) in the new insensitive booster and the safety and efficiency in the preparation process, a continuous preparation system of DAAF from synthesis to spherical coating was designed and established in this paper, which combined ultrasonic micromixing reaction with microdroplet globular template. In the rapid micromixing stage, the microfluidic mixing technology with ultrasonic was used to synergistically strengthen the uniform and rapid mass transfer mixing reaction between raw materials to ensure the uniformity of DAAF particle nucleation-growth, and to prepare high-quality DAAF crystals with uniform structure and morphology and concentrated particle size distribution. In the microdroplet globular template stage, the microfluidic droplet technology was used to form a droplet globular template with uniform size under the shear action of the continuous phase of the dispersed phase solution containing DAAF particles and binder. The size of the droplet template was controlled by adjusting the flow rate ratio between the continuous phase and the dispersed phase. In the droplet globular template, with the diffusion of the solvent in the dispersed phase droplets, the binder precipitates to coat the DAAF into a ball, forming a DAAF microsphere with high sphericity, narrow particle size distribution and good monodispersity. The problem of discontinuity and DAAF particle suspension in the process was solved, and the coating theory under this process was studied. DAAF was coated with different binder formulations of fluororubber(F2604), nitrocellulose(NC) and NC/glycidyl azide polymer(GAP), and the process verification and evaluation of the system were carried out. The balling effects of large, medium and small droplet templates under different binder formulations were studied. Improved controllability and energy density of ignition agents are of great significance for the devel-opment of energetic composite materials.In this study,droplet microfluidics and emulsification tech-niques were combined to prepare HNS/CL-20 composite microspheres with polyglycidyl azide polymer(GAP)as the binder.The influence of binder content on the morphology of microspheres was investi-gated,and the microspheres were characterized and tested for particle size,crystal structure,thermal decomposition,dispersibility,mechanical sensitivity,combustion behavior and detonation performance.The results showed that microspheres prepared with a binder content of 3%had higher sphericity and particle size uniformity.The microspheres retained the crystal structure of both HNS and CL-20(ε-type).Compared with raw HNS,the microspheres had higher apparent activation energy,better safety per-formance,and good dispersibility.The ignition experiments and detonation performance tests show that HNS/CL-20 composite microspheres have excellent ignition performance,obvious combustion flame,and significant energy release effects,which are expected to achieve high energy and high-speed response of the igniter,thus improving the ignition reliability in special environments or systems.

Terephthalic acid reformed Al/Zn metal organic nanoflake was prepared and functionalized with trie-thylamine(T-AlZn).Without adding terephthalic acid,there was no product of metal organic nanoflake.T-AlZn has a remarkable performance in removing trace lead(Ⅱ)ions(Pb^(2+)).The adsorption equipoise with the removal rate≥97%was reached within 35 min.The removal rates of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)declined by only 16.73%after four regenerations.The adsorption of T-AlZn for Pb^(2+)follows the Langmuir isotherms model and pseudo-second-order dynamics model.The utmost adsorption competence was calculated as 215.27 mg g^(-1).The T-AlZn adsorbent exhibits a bright prospect in the adsorption for Pb^(2+)and is a considerable candidate in the disposal of industrial sewage.

In this paper,a novel composite heat transfer enhancement technique comprised of louvered fins(LFs)and rectangular wing vortex generators(RWVGs)is proposed to improve the LF side thermal-hydraulic performance of louvered fin and flat tube heat exchangers(LFHEs).After validation of the LF side pressure dropΔP and heat transfer coefficient hLFof the baseline by experiments,the numerical method is applied to investigate the influential mechanisms of the RWVG parameters(the number N(7 to 15),attack angleβ(30°to 90°),height H_(VG)(0.8 mm to 2 mm)and width W_(VG)(0.8 mm to 1.2 mm))on the performance of the LFHE in the velocity range of 3 m/s to 10 m/s.Results show that thermal-hydraulic performance of the LFHE is significantly impacted by the RWVGs,and according to the performance evaluation criteria(PEC),the LFHE achieves its optimal thermal-hydraulic performance when N=7,β=45°,H_(VG)=1.8 mm and W_(VG)=1 mm.Compared to the baseline,the maximum,minimum and average increments of PEC for the optimal case are 13.85%,4.67%and 8.39%,respectively.

This study is based on the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity(AMO)model.Through two sub-studies,it explores the influence of ability-enhancing,motivation-enhancing,and opportunity-enhancing strategic human resource management(SHRM)in science and technology enterprises,on product innovation performance(PIP).It also reveals the dynamic evolution that influence from the perspective of the enterprise lifecycles.Sub-study 1 analyzes 441 questionnaires from managers of science and technology enterprises,using a qualitative comparative analysis method to determine the differences in the lifecycles of different enterprises.A qualitative comparative analysis of the questionnaires identifies the configurations of AMO SHRM,organizational emotional capability(OEC),and organizational human capital(OHC)that affect PIP at different lifecycles.Sub-study 2 empirically validates the dynamic capability path and resource-enhancing path of the impact of AMO SHRM on PIP using 444 questionnaires from managers of science and technology enterprises.The outcomes make the following revelations.(1)There are two possible configurations for product innovation during the startup stage,and opportunity-enhancing SHRM(OSHRM),OEC,and OHC are necessary conditions for impacting product innovation.There are three possible configurations for product innovation during the growth phase,and three possible configurations during the mature phase.(2)OSHRM in the startup stage affects product innovation through human capital,while ability-enhancing SHRM(ASHRM)and motivation-enhancing SHRM(MSHRM)do not significantly affect product innovation.ASHRM and OSHRM in the growth stage affect product innovation through OEC and OHC,while MSHRM has a significant impact on product innovation.AMO SHRM in the mature stage affects PIP through OEC and OHC.The study compares the impact of AMO SHRM on PIP from the perspectives of dynamic capability and resource-enhancing paths,and longitudinally analyzes the adaptability of the two paths in different stages of the enterprise life,

The temperature of flow at the combustor exit is inherently non-uniform and the hot fluid is called hot-streak. An in-house CFD software, NUAA-Turbo, was used to carry out 3D unsteady simulations on the PW-E^3 single-stage high-pressure turbine. The hot-streak effect based on real stator and combustor counts was approximately evaluated by the contraction/dilatation method on the interface. The unsteady attenuation and migration process of hot-streaks in the turbine passage were well captured. The general performance parameters for different circumferential positions of hot-streaks were relatively consistent. Then, the influences of hot-streaks on blade surface temperature were investigated by comparing results under hot-streak and uniform inflow conditions. Unsteady simulations with combined inlet hot-streak and swirling flow show that the core of a hot-streak migrates to the tip under the influence of a positive swirl, while the phenomenon is just opposite with a negative swirl. Therefore, the heat transfer environment of rotor blades shows great differences with different directions of inlet swirl.

高校作为教育、科技、人才的集中交汇点,需要在碳达峰、碳中和这场广泛而深刻的系统性变革中发挥重要作用。建设碳中和校园是国内外密切关注的热点话题,基于利益相关者理论、全生命周期理论及碳足迹核算理论,高校有必要突破物理空间的限制,从产业链、价值链、生命周期链的广泛视角去看待和降低自身碳足迹。中国碳中和校园建设行动方兴未艾,但也面临评价体系不完善、核算方法不统一,“双碳”技术储备不足、人才供给短缺,碳排放管理机制不健全、校企合作深度不足等一系列挑战。研究认为,高校实现碳中和是一项分阶段的复杂的工程,亟需构建以政策驱动为助推、创新驱动为核心、机制驱动为引领、行为驱动为补充的多元协同驱动路径,以此降低高校的组织碳足迹和供应链碳足迹,推动高校的可持续发展。

针对现有搜索加密方案缺乏对数据拥有者行为约束的问题,提出了一种基于区块链的公平可验证搜索加密方案。该方案提供公平高效的搜索和验证。引入向量数字承诺约束数据拥有者行为,同时采用区块链计算哈希验证基准实现高效的轻量级多关键字搜索结果验证,避免第三方验证不可信问题。方案通过对偶编码算法函数和局部敏感哈希函数将关键字映射至布鲁姆过滤器中,实现模糊搜索的同时提高搜索前关键字转化为向量的效率。经实验表明,该方案搜索前关键字转化效率更高,验证过程与现有使用公钥密码原语的验证方案相比,时间消耗更少。安全性分析证明该方案在随机预言模型下是安全的。

统计缔合流体理论(PC-SAFT)能够应用于CO_(2)动力循环中CO_(2)混合工质物性的预测。PC-SAFT状态方程在计算CO_(2)混合工质气液相平衡时,其收敛性较差。本文介绍一种利用基于基团贡献法的蒸气压估算方法为PC-SAFT状态方程提供初值,从基团角度来预测CO_(2)混合工质气液平衡的方法。该方法在很多情况下的准确度高于Refprop 9.0计算结果,尤其在较高的CO_(2)比例下。对于温度滑移较大的CO_(2)混合工质计算中,该方法不会计算出Refprop 9.0中不平滑的尖点,避免了在一些情况下出现反常的计算结果,是一种稳定可靠的计算方法。
