By the method of the stochastic energetics,we investigate the stochastic resonance (Sr) phenomenon of anoverdamped Brown particle in an asymmetric bistable potential,driven by external periodical signal and *** expressions have been obtained for the quasi-steady-state probability distribution *** is found thatthe input energy (IE) pumped into the system by the external driving shows an Sr-like behavior as a function of thenoise strength,whereas the IE turns to be a monotonic function of the correlation time of the *** effect ofpotential asymmetry is also studied on Sr and IE.

This article provides a graphical tuning method of pIDcontrollers for fractional-order processes with ***,the stabilizing regions are drawn in 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional spaces,based on a graphical stability criterion applicable to fractional-order time-delay systems,for differentλandμvalues to find the maximal stabilizing region in which the most various behaviors of the closed-loop systems are ***,in this maximized region,the performances of stability margins and relative stability degree are considered,***, illustrative examples are given to show the design procedure and the flexible characteristic of the proposed graphical tuning approach.

This paper deals with the problem of graphical turning approach to fractional-order phase-lead compensators（FOpLC） for a class of all pole time-delay *** stabilization and phase-margin specification are considered,respectively,of this kind of delay systems using FOpLC,both based on a graphical stability criterion applicable to fractional-order time-delay *** algorithm for achieving the desired phase-margin is also *** examples are given to illustrate the shapes of the stabilizing region and to show the design *** graphical turning method of FOpLC discussed in this paper exhibits the flexible property in selecting the parameters of FOpLC.

＜正＞This article addresses the stability analysis for TCp networks with proportional-Integral（pI） AQM scheme based on a graphical necessary and sufficient stability criterion.A linearized second-order fluid-flow TCp model is adopted and the stability region is drawn in the proportional-Integral gain space of pI AQM strategy. Then,we relate the network parameters with the pI controller parameters,and the boundaries relations between these two kinds of parameters are obtained,which do not have any conservatism and exhibit how the pI parameters affect the stability of ***,different stability conditions are compared using both Matlab and NS-2 simulations to show the superiority of our necessary and sufficient condition-based stability analysis over the Lyapunov sufficient condition-based results.

This paper provides a new,geometric perspective to study successive difference substitutions,and proves that the sequence of the successive difference substitution sets is not *** interesting result that a given k-dimensional rational hyperplane can be transformed to a k-dimensional coordinate hyperplane of new variables by finite steps of successive difference substitutions is ***,a sufficient condition for the sequence of the successive difference substitution sets of a form being not terminating is *** is,a class of polynomials which cannot be proved to be positive semi-definite by the successive difference substitution method are obtained.

The objectives of this work are the development and design of disturbance observers (DO’s) for a team of agents that accomplish consensus on agents’ states in the presence of exogenous disturbances. A pinning control strategy is designed for a part of agents of the multiagent systems without disturbances, and this pinning control can bring multiple agents’ states to reaching an expected consensus value. Under the effect of the disturbances, nonlinear disturbance observers are developed for disturbances generated by an exogenous system to estimate the disturbances. Asymptotical consensus of the multiagent systems with disturbances under the composite controller can be achieved. Finally, by applying an example of multiagent systems with switching topologies and exogenous disturbances, the design of the parameters of DO’s are illuminated.

In this paper, a new recognition algorithm based on curvelet moment and support vector machine(SVM) is proposed for chip defect recognition. The proposed recognition method is implemented through a reference comparison method. First the defect regions of chips are extracted through preprocessing, and then the curvelet moment feature of the defect region is computed as the input of SVM classifier, the output of the trained SVM classifier is the result of defect recognition. The algorithm combines the good properties of curvelet moment and SVM classifier, the former can provide multi-scale, local details and orientation information of the defect region, and the latter is suitable to solve the small samples, nonlinear and high dimensions pattern recognition problem. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher recognition rate compared with pCA based method and can solve the complex defects recognition problem effectively.

r-fuzzy set is defined in this paper, which is regarded as the generalization of the Zadeh fuzzy set. By means of CrI method, some fuzzy systems are constructed by suitably using several kinds of r-fuzzy sets as fuzzy inference antecedents, such as interpolation fuzzy system, Bernstein fuzzy system, Lagrange fuzzy system and Hermite fuzzy system. A notion of the normal number of the fuzzy system is defined here, we have shown that all fuzzy systems are able to be classified as three classes such as the normal fuzzy systems, the regular fuzzy systems and the singular fuzzy systems under the significance of the normal numbers of fuzzy systems. Finally, the generalized Bernstein polynomial is obtained by constructing Bernstein fuzzy system, it is proved that the generalized Bernstein polynomial is uniformly convergent in C[a,b] under a weaker condition, and it is pointed out that there exist generalized Bernstein polynomials to be not convergent in C[a,b] by use of constructing a counterexample.

A data pretreatment algorithm based on principal component analysis and fuzzy c-means clustering for flotation process is proposed in this *** regression of clustering centers gained by fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is in-troduced to carry through data *** process prior knowledge and principal component analysis method are used to reduce dimensions of input vectors and to choose the secondary *** the paper uses radial basis function neural network（rBFNN）to set up an inferential estimation model of quality indexes of flotation process aiming at principal com-ponent *** simulation results show that this inference estimation strategy has high predictive accuracy in flotation process.
